I went to 2 locations after reserving my unit. Due to the fact that they had non of the iniys I needed. So therefore I had to get 2 units.

maurice L.Stop locking the hitch up on the trucks if you pay to rent a truck you should have access to it all not just some! It's what people are paying for! The bed the hitch it all just ask questions like what do you plan on using it for! Get 3500's series if you don't want people to tow with the 2500 or the 1500!!! Not what I needed it for just what I noticed!!! As a paying customer when I rent it I want it all for the time I have it!!! Other then that great ppl clean place truck was clean loved it!!!

When I got there I had no access and had to pay an extra $385 to go to a different location and for extra hours do to this mishap. No one was available to assist me. Everything was locked. I am very upset with my service and was told contradicting information which caused me to come out of way more money then anticipated when moving. I am beyond upset.

When I arrived today (on my 2nd trip today) found the entrance blocked. I had thought it was open until 6:00, but they told me only open until five. On my way home to unload everything from my car (my car is on the street), I thought "why is it still light if it is after 5pm?" As you can see by the time of my post, it was not after 5pm. It would have been 4:30 when I was there. So what are the actual hours?
