april B.Truck runs terrible. The ramp malfunction. Overall , worst experience ever in renting at Uhall. I don't believe you maintain your vehicle. I would not feel safe if I had to use it on the interstate. Customer service not friendly.

I asked if there was anything further that needed to be done and was told no. The next morning I received a call asking when we would be returning the vehicle, I explained the above. A few minutes later I received a invoice and we were charged for gas?? I called and explained, the rep also indicated that with the miles used which was little it did not even match the gas we were charged. I was told to send over a copy showing gas purchased. I did that and nothing else has been said, and no refund of the gas charged,

Michael M.I would recommend that your service center communicate better with the local offices. I specifically told the individual that I spoke with that I needed to pick both trucks up Friday night and needed them for all day Saturday, instead she entered the reservation for me to have them back by 5 am Saturday morning. That needs to be fixed!!!!!

The facility where I picked the truck up from did not clean the cab out and left sand, food debris and sticky residue on the cup holders.
Sean B.I found it unacceptable that y'all disconnect the Tow/Haul function and I personally KNOW that it makes the vehicle's use more gas! I have used UHAUL many times before, and NEVER had any issues with ANYTHING… but the way this truck drove (gear or transmission issues) could change my next rental. However the customer service was great! Chris was very polite and informative during my time in the store! He deserves recognition for his service in my opinion!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the lanes are narrow and traffic on the adjacent road is normally bumper to bumper after lunch. right turns only out of this site, Also auto transport tires were dangerously low when i go it back to the house… the trailer should have been checked by staff before given to a customer.

Demetrius T.The staff setting up the rental went above and beyond. The one who helped me when I picked up the truck was good, but didn't tell me I had to take pictures and use my phone to turn the truck in. I waited about 15 min because the sign said someone would come out and help. A gentleman opened the door in the back, but didn't ask if I needed help. The truck had a lot wrong with it, including a low tire (the sensor was on), the tow button kept turning on, drivers seat had the foam sticking out in places (should have had at least a cover), very noisy while driving, drivers Sun visor was broken and hanging vertically. I've rented a lot of UHauls, this was the worst experience ever. Not happy!!!!
Sandra A.I ended up paying for someone else's contract and it cost me $348. Then I was charged for my contract $119. The fact that $348 was taken out of my bank account, caused my bank account to go into the negative and overdraft! Now I have to wait for the $348 to be placed back into my bank account. Mean while it sits in the negative!!! I am not trying to sound mean oh, but the staff needs to pay closer attention to what truck is going to what customer.

My receipt said my total would be $269 when I went to pick it up the gentleman that checked me out told me the fee on the card reader said $302,63 which was a different amount and he said that amount is if I was paying cash, we'll I didn't pay in cash. When I checked my bank account that was the amount I was charged was $302,63 not $269 . So I'm asking why did I get charged the higher amount. Not very happy with this

I have had to throw away anything that was fabric. It literally had dead baby mice bodies in my children's box strings and clothing. I choose this unit thinking cause it was on Wilma in a busy part of town it would at least be pest and mice-free. IT WAS NOT!! I have left 2 messages for Management to call me back and have not yet heard from anyone. Were the rats traveled on the ceiling beams the insulation was coated in all my belongings 2in thick. I am out a very large amount of funds replacing all my mattresses lien, and clothing. I would recommend using only plastic totes to store anything here. The rats ate through all the boxes I had. I am truly heartbroken that I've had to replace everything while having to move this week. I would never recommend anyone placing their family items here at this unit.

Simply because of the way you price your equipment I will not be recommending it to anybody until it is fixed you need to have consistent prices throughout the year and that doesn't mean make everything more expensive throughout the year. Have some decency.

I visited my unit several times a year for nearly two years and there was always more mouse poop, fallen insulation, and spiders than my last visit. These units are filthy and disgusting and cost $15-$25 more than any non-Uhual nearby storage facility. A ludicrous five dollar price increase to "maintain superior cleanliness standards." Military discount advertised on the website but I was told uhual doesn't do military discount. I stayed there so long because it would cost more to move everything than to leave it be but with the very clear money grab from uhaul I decided moving elsewhere to be worth it.
