Not a deal breaker for me as you guys come in clutch for a lot of things… But god damn, atleast hire somebody who wants to make money. It’s not even just THIS location it’s all of them. I also got overcharged for what I wanted and probably won’t be refunded like I was told.

DENNIS KOnly problem was the staff had a difficult lit time opening a lock box to get the keys to the vehicle. ALSo. They marked the vehicle as 1/4 of a thank of gas. It was at 1/8.
BRUCE DIt would be helpful to have staff do a quick walk through of the newer vehicles, especially the keyless ones. There are a lot of unmarked buttons on the key fobs and starting the vehicle isn't intuitive if you've never driven a keyless vehicle.

Kevin KThe place was clean. The truck was clean but the transmission sounded like it was about to go out any minute. The guy behind the desk was not welcoming. He did whatever he had to do and that was it. The last time I went to this location the person was very friendly and explained the process thoroughly.
JENNIFER BTruck was not on the lot when we check in. Went in to talk to the person inside and they said "it's there, it's by the propane" after looking at his computer. I explained that we had walked the entire lot and was nowhere to be found. "OH, well then maybe it's in the storage area. Ill have to go grab it." Defeats the purpose of online check out. And the service person made it kind of sound like were dumb. Overall meh, but I guess what do you expect.
Telfer SHad a lot of issues with you all everytime we rent. Truck broke down, was over charged the last time. Staff was not friendly. Seemed annoyed to be there and was on their phones looking annoyed with customers.

The make it look easy and we know they work hard and go above and beyond to make things flow smoothly when it comes to moving or moving supplies. Simple put, they are awesome. Clean facility, timely service, and exceptional customer care. Service that keeps me coming back to this location 9 times out of 10.

Nope all 5 of the employees sitting there on the computers or cell phones. Maybe take those signs down if no one is going to help.

MELODEE AWhen I walked in, all I heard was laughter from the four gentleman sitting at the front desk. I walked in, silent until acknowledged, which was prompt, had a very efficient and calm transaction. This crew is great every time I come here. Environment es en punto. Bravo.
CASEY CEquipment was in working order; however, the van was very dirty on the outside with the windows in front and back were very dirty, the inside of the van cab was very dusty, the back cargo part of the van was clean. It would have been nice to have a cleaner van outside and inside the cab area. Getting your hands dirty each time you touch the doors (back and front) was not especially pleasant. Other than these issues everything else was great.

Dana RMy main complaint was the vehicle has no cruise control, and I see that as a basic thing. Treatment at the pickup location was fine, just not happy with the lack of cruise making driving more difficult.

SHERI ENeeded for an in town move. Fast and easy online reservation. If using a third party for loading and unloading, know the payment at the time of reservation is for the movers only. Pay for Uhaul at time of pick up. Easy peasy!

DAVID BMake sure the gas tank is full. Gas was not full and I had to pay extra money. I went 12 mikes and paid $20 for gas. Gas tank was on 3/4 tank when I got in it.
JUAN RHave your local shop honor my online reservation. The total price at the counter during checkout was over three dollars more than the exact same equipment and coverage I reserved online. I printed that specific reservation and showed it to the employee checking me in. I asked him why I was being charged more in person at the counter than what my reservation total showed for the exact same thing. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. I asked him if I could pay the amount on my printed reservation and he said no. When I asked for why, he had no answer, but just required my credit card before he would check out the equipment. I also noted that in hooking up the trailer in the early morning hours, when it was dark, he only checked to see if the flasher/brake lights were working. I noted at the time that the amber running lights on this trailer were not working. He made no effort to remedy that deficiency either. When I turned the trailer in later that day, the different employee was helpful and took note of my comment about the running lights, not working. What can you do to improve? Sync your online service with your local stores. It apparently makes no difference to them. What your online corporate pricing is. And while getting good help is hard these days, train your employees about customer service and particularly about safety issues with the equipment. I’m a loyal U-Haul user and have your app on my phone because of that. This experience eroded my confidence in your brand.

Was in northeast area and I was told it needed to be returned to south lincoln. called the 800 number because the office was closed and they said turn it in to the location closest to you. then got another call saying no a customer in South Lincoln was expecting the truck I rented there so they could rent it. I was told that I had until Tuesday to return the truck but was hounded to return it on monday. Causing stress had job interview on monday and was not happy about all the drama and stress

Although I respect a facilities management to make changes to policies and services, a 30-60 day advanced posted notice in-store would assist current and prospective clients make reasonable adjustments. I respectfully request that a posted notice of "Not a 24-Hour Access Facility be publicly displayed.

Also, our original contract was to drop off truck at different U-Haul location in Lincoln and I asked if we could leave truck at U-Haul storage rental location and they said "yes, no problem".

She runs circles around the men who work under her and she is the only one I wanted to communicate with. When the gate was broken I went inside to ask one of the guys to open it for me, and he said, “Sure it will give me something to do.” How about go clean up the trash all over the property everywhere? Seriously Breanna was a blessing.

ANNTONI M | Expérience généraleThere was never an account I was able to access in my name even though they confirmed that they created one, there were rats and feces everywhere in our storage unit and we had to throw half of our stuff out. When I told this to them they could care less and showed no emotion. And when I told them our drop off location for our rented trailer, they wrote down a completely different address in a different town. They were not helpful or friendly. It was so obvious that they were high every time I came into the store. I Strongly recommend drug testing and a considerable amount of employee training, or just get a completely new set of employees all together.

I have seen staff answer the phone and then put it on hold for very long times. They are helpful when they get to you. Very expensive. I would not use you again in the future.

The U-Haul truck wasn’t available, yet many were sitting in the same spot before I left and returned. The unit wasn’t cleaned out, needed to swipe and clean out before putting my product into the storage unit. No one in the location was wearing a mask, yet the city still hasn’t adjusted the mask mandate. How does a customer feel when we don’t know the status of everyone working at the location? No one offered an apology for the unit not being available and seemed to blame me for the issue of having two rental units reserved.

harrington a | Expérience généraleYou guys stoleeverythaing I had and threwit away saying because the door was with out a lock thin charged me with it and I couldent afford the bill you confinckated every thaing I own my son had left a pile while cleaningand thay told him we were evicted from there gave like a week was a lie thin he was going threw it went and sat in his truck saw a guy walk by went to the storage door had a lock on it he went up and told office that that guy locked him out and thay said he was a big guy I would have to talk to him and I went back to the unit the next day and I saw my stuff sitting out side the trash thin I went to the unit it was completely empty I got a few important thaing and won't in side and thay told me it was abanded because it didn't have a lock on it and I said I explained what my son told me that thay locked it and he couldent get it then thay take lock off and steal my stuff thay wanted and throw away the rest we argued where in you rule book says that I have to have a lock on the door or you guys Rob the person I had a few thousand worth of stuff there I would like to see the pictures of the place you did take pictures before locking and thin stealing my stuff and thin kept charging me for unit so I couldent afford it and got my other unit so every thang I own is gone
