Pick up was organized and efficient., but drop off was not. Trucks were lined up in the return area with no one attending them. Office was three deep line with only one employee running the store. The Regional Manager, Chris was outside cleaning the lawn mower while customers waited 30 mins for service. The employee at the counter showed no since of urgency to move customers through the process.

Have any extra items ready or in the vehicle your using. Especially when it was preordered the day before. Also have more then one person operating the facility on a weekend. When you have to use your internet site to check out what your using is updated when you put something in.

Long lines are apparently the norm when picking up a vehicle. There just weren't enough people working the counter.

The U-Haul i had sucked. It was clean but drove like crap and a big rock chip and crack in the windshield. The guys inside were great but you need to take better care of the trucks.

Attendant did not secure ramp on trailer and it was half way down when I got to pickup. I have been double charged and will have to call for second day in a row to get my reciept emailed to me and get the charge reversed

The General Manager Chris Millard had a bad attitude and was disrespectful in conversation. He demonstrated poor communication/customer service skills. When I asked about the grievance process he stated “that complaints against him don't matter” because there is no one above him who handles grievances/complaints at this location. 1. The V Odom location was swamped. Those poor girls need more help on a Saturday. I waited at least 15 minutes to simply return the 26' rental. 2. You should offer a discount off the price for returns under "X" number of hours. I picked this unit up at 8:15 and and returned it before 4pm. Yet I paid the same rate as if I kept it until Monday at 8 am. That hardly seems fair.

Mobile check in was a disaster. Took over 45 min with very unclear directions. There was another customer there having the exact same issue. Uhaul did not provide furniture covers that I ordered. Some things got scratched as all I could do was find random towels to unpack. Movers were half hour late. Return time of the truck was less than 5 hours and I reserved for 6. Horrible experience all around

Overall a good experience. Desk very informative and helpful. Truck was clean although it was not at 1/2 full in the gas tank. Took pic and noted on checklist. Check in/ return left something to be desired. Apparently internet went down and kind worker informed me after waiting almost 30 minutes. Was told receipt would be emailed. Still waiting

Every time when I return a trailer and try to upload a picture it turns into a nightmare and the website never works. So I called the one 800 U haul number and I was on hold Saturday night for 25 minutes and still never got through

Tierra Goodman gave poor customer service. She yelled at me and gave me attitude. I was complaining that I had to put 26 $of gas in the truck in that I only went 23 miles. She was very rude and could have careless with my complaint. She made is clear that she didn't care. I work in a hospital and if I acted like her I would have been fired.

UHAUL was low on gas. If someone has a reservation for over 100 miles, don't rent out a truck thats below half tank.

Over the past few months, I've not only rented storage space but trucks and vans. I felt like I should have purchased some stock. Everyone was super helpful and extremely kind! Absolutely the best customer service & Uhaul facility in town!!

The desk agent (also who ultimately hooked up my trailer as well) was extremely personable and helpful. She got me taken care of and out the door fast and with a smile. The only reason I ended up with 4 stars is due to the fact that I reserved a 4x8 and received a 5x8. The 5x8 was a miserable tow, that was noisy and had a shimmy at highway speeds. Seven hours with this thing behind me was tiring.

The GM, Chris, and all his staff were phenomenal! The entire process from checking in online, picking up my trailer early in the morning and returning it mid-afternoon was flawless. In the morning when picking the trailer up Chris and I did a complete pre-operational inspection and he assisted by hooking the trailer up to my truck. The same results in the afternoon. He conducted a thorough post-operational inspection and unhooked the trailer. I would most definitely recommend this U-haul dealership to anyone! Thank you Chris and all your staff!!

My truck was given to me with out a working AC. I drove through 95 degree temperatures to reach my destination in Florida. Windshield wipers were shot, they needed to be replaced. I had to drive through heavy rain, it was unsafe for me to drive with bad wipers and no defrost! It would have been nice to have defrost and good wipers. Are these things not checked before the trucks are sent out? They knew I was headed to Florida. Also, the inside of the truck had not been cleaned.

The manager was rude and put charges to my account that should not have been placed. When I asked theee times to speak with someone over him he lied and said nobody always available when the district manager was onsite . I had to call corporate offices to even get my point across because the manager was intent on charging me extra without seeing proof of my side of things . I've informed several community organizations about this because it's an absurd idea of customer service . My parents were also spoken to poorly by this rude man. The treatment I received was shameful at best. I've alerted the local NAACP, better business bureau and council person in the area. I will fight these charges and will take this further if need be! That location needs shut down if this is the regular order of operations! Horrible horrible! I have spread the word!!

My original location was a train wreck! It took 2 hours of my day trying to get a uhaul truck after I had reserved one days b4 the actually pick up date. Just frustrating!

I made my reservation a month in advance so I could pickup at the location a mile from my house. The day before I get an email saying I had to pickup 25 mins away. When I got to the location, the website wasn't working, so I couldn't use the mobile login. I waited in line for 20 mins, and everyone was so backed that peoples trucks were blocking others in. I paid for a dolly that wasn't included in the truck, and I called multiple times to get it rectified and nobody would call back. The customer service line said they would just give me a refund for the dolly since they couldn't get ahold of my pickup location, but I still haven't received a refund. I rented my truck at 9am, returned it at the correct location at 4:30pm, where I handed the keys directly to the general manager. I got a phone call and text the next morning alerting me that my return was late and I would be charged accordingly. I called the drop off location and they insisted they didn't process it and they will work on it. The charges are still pending and I still have no idea if I'm being changed late fees or if I was refunded for the dolly. Very disappointed

I was charged DOUBLE on my credit card for returning the truck 1,5 hrs past return time. I tried to contact UHaul directly, after staying on hold for over 20 minutes the girl advised me she would not be able to extend, gave me another number to call - again on hold for 22 minutes someone answered and hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. I will be visiting the Uhaul Location on Monday for a refund of the OVER CHARGES~!

Gave me used unclean blanket protectors. Uhaul said the fuel gauge was on 3/4 on their paperwork, I took a picture BEFORE I left and sent to them that it WAS NOT. Truck had so much damage it was ridiculous. Promised a refund for the app not working when turning truck in, it's been almost a month! yet they received my picture of mileage and fuel, then charged me a check in fee!!! VODOM UHAUL IS GARBAGE, go somewhere else!!!

Hire new employees. This location was being staffed by two men who would rather have talked with another man in the store rather than offer any kind of help. My truck was blocked in by another truck that I needed them to move, and they treated it as if it was the most labor intensive thing they had ever been asked to do. Will most definitely not rent a Uhaul from this location again. The truck was clean, but it wasn't worth the disrespect from the staff.

Well I scheduled the pick up and requested a dolly. I didn't get one, but I did get the 14 $fee for it. I also was running late from getting off work and called to let them know that I was coming to pick up the keys, but that I would be back to get the truck after hours. When I got there to pick up the keys, the lady said that a link was sent to my phone, follow the link and complete the truck inspection before it leaves the lot. So when I came back to get the truck, about an hour later, the link was expired so I couldn't do it. Then when I went to drop the truck off on Sunday I read the sign hanging on the building about after hours drop off. No where on that sign did it say that I would be charged a 20 $fee for dropping off after hours and not checking the truck back in myself. I figured that out afterwards and by that point it was too late. Probably the worst experience I have had in awhile.

The pick up truck I rented was in very poor mechanical condition and should have not been allowed out on the road The horn didn't work as well as the cruise control and radio. There were SRS codes , traction control and steering assist malfunction warning lights on the driver's information cluster. The side view mirror looked like it it was broken into pieces and super glued back together like a bad puzzle distorting the view. When I conveyed the problems to the store manager she got quite rude and acknowledged she was aware of the ongoing problems this unit had " but, lt it out anyway because at least it ran". Her assistant had no clue of even knowing how to print out a receipt for me after the manager despised she spoken enough and left me standing there with no receipt, to go serve another customer so I had to wait on little miss statues to get back from serving the other customer who had came in after me to get my receipt so I could leave and hopefully never come back.

I have rented multiple U-Haul transport trailers with no issues. Usually they operate and pull fine. This trailer pulled hard like a sled with square wheels. That may be an exaggeration, but it caused a vibration in my truck from 35-50mph both empty and with a load. I also noted the brakes on the trailer did not feel as thought they were working. I noted this to the lot person upon my return.

The contactless/mobile pick up process was not easy to follow. I still had to go inside the building to get help. Poor signage. The app made it seem like I completed the process even though I got a call from the office. Overall, the app made the process too difficult. The lady that I spoke with was extremely nice though.

Key card did not work call several time about card spoke with manger did not get any results. Finally 2 days before I move out was given a card that worked . There was a nest int the storage complained about that nothing was done. I had a hard time getting into my staorage the lock was bent just one problem after another. I called main office no one seem to care. I just found another place to store my stuff., better and cheaper.

On a trip to storage noticed mouse droppings. I mentioned it to staff who put some poison in. When I went and removed all belongings a short time later there was mouse droppings in everything. Apparently what they use for rodent control doesn't work very well.

The employees would leave the inside of the store while they had a line to the door and no one was servicing the customers. One employee answered her personal phone in the middle of helping a customer after the customer waited in line for almost an hour. I had a reservation for 1:00 I did not leave the facility until 3:40. The employees were arguing with eachother in front of the full line of customers also there was no manger on the shift. All 3 employees abandon the inside of the store multiple times. This occurred on May 30,2020

Other then climate control or indoor units, the only think that would help is light in unit to look for items if need things after dark. Over all very nice unit and I'm sure one of the indoor/lit units may be my next choise.

I moved out of my storage unit 20 days early after paying for rent and I was told that U-haul does not pro rate the unit and offer a refund for the unused time. I will not be returning as a customer.

I was very happy with my storage unit. The facility was safe and secure, and anytime I had a problem the staff took care of it immediately. I would most definitely comeback.

Website says access till 10 pm on Sunday. Access is only until 5. Cost me 200 $appliance sale. When I mentioned to the girl how the incorrect info was on the website, she said " I don't run the site.
