This location never contacted me to advise of a change in pick up location and that caused me an additional 90 minutes for pickup.

We arrived at 6:45pm for the truck dropoff, (they are open until 7:00), but the guy refused to help us. He said we had to do it online ourselves. We had to take our own pictures of the odometer and inside the truck and cab and answer questions about the vehicle, etc. but by step 4, the phone just kept spinning and it took us 3 times of doing the steps all over again before it went through. This whole process took us 40 minutes, when the guy could've helped us in less than 10 minutes. I'm sick and tired of lazy-ass customer "service" people who don't want to be bothered with doing their job! We had just driven 104 miles and were told on the phone by the girl working with him that they could help us as long as we got there by 6:45 ... which we did. If you're open til 7 ... WORK til 7 !!

The people, the product, the location, the local customer service is outstanding ***** - all five star! The IT sucks - the on-line input has never been successful, the android attempt at checkout has never been successful, the local CSR folks always struggle to use the systems - and it's not them! (They are good people) the system is slow, makes errors. With the android, every time I hit an orange bar, it hangs fire, nothing happens, data has to be re-entered. In short: 1. GET THE SYSTEMS RIGHT; 2. DO NOT RELEASE UNTIL YOU KNOW YOU WILL HAVE LESS THAN A 1 % FAILURE RATE WITH EITHER YOUR CUSTOMERS &&&&& YOUR CSR EMPLOYEES. Conduct extensive IT beta tests before release - do not rush to market - get it right the first time!!!

I always rented from this location but the employees that worked there over a year ago were not customer friendly always with attitudes treated and talked down to people. I just rented two trucks in the last week and the crew you have now are great treated me with respect and took care of me fast in and out I about 10-15 minutes I will return for future service thanks

I had such an EXTREAMLY TERRIBLE experience with uhaul up until I had to drive over 30 minutes to that location. Already in tears so stressed out of what uhaul was doing and the stress of this experience trying to simply get a truck... the gentleman that helped me and my bf was absolutely amazing. Had me laughing and joking the whole time. I don't ever think I'll use uhaul or recommend to anyone to again, but this guy that helped us really has no idea how much I needed his kindness that day. I accidently threw my I'd at him, he'll know who the couple was if this gets back yo that store

Honestly, their equipment needs to be fixed and at least but not last clean , they gave a truck at first but the battery was dead than the other truck was super dirty in the back , told them but they didn't care I guess, I asked for reimbursement and didn't say anything

Uhaul is my absolute last choice ever when it comes to a moving van because you nickel and dime customers to death. This was no example. Returned truck with excess fuel but that just works in uhauls favor. As usual. It's never a transaction you walk away happy with and I still won't recommend anyone use you unless there are no trucks available anywhere else. That being said this single location and only this location can be rated as good. The staff were super helpful. They are exceptional despite the fact that they have a tremendous amount of work on them.

I've always had good luck with uhaul trucks. I'm a 66 year old woman and I have to say that their trucks are so easy to drive and being able to plug in a smart phone is a plus for me because I use GPS while driving. This is a tremendous help! Also, their trucks seem to be well maintained. I don't think I would change anything. I highly recommend uhaul!

Exterior of U-Haul had damage to the front end and was noted before my departure. The U-Haul had a strong odor of gas inside the cabin area during the entire rental. U-Haul should be looked at mechanically especially when using for long distances.

The employee messed up the rental when we clearly told him it was a one way rental he gave us a one way truck but charged us for local after finding this out spent another hour getting it fixed at least the the customer service agent was great and saved me a hundred dollars

They're poorly staffed; the line was to the door and the wait was crazy long. At one point the “owner” or “manager” asked the staff how it was going; seeing the massive line of people and trucks being returned out front. He provided them with no assistance, basically let them sink.

U-Haul can properly communicate when equipment is not at the preferred location because I lost 2,5 hours of moving time due to a lack of communication. This cost me an additional 53,1 and stress when I had made a reservation 3 weeks prior to ensure equipment would be ready for pickup at the place I selected originally in Easton, PA.

The people don't know anything and usually rude. The floors are absolutely terrible. I broke 3-4 things because they fall off the cart because the floors are so uneven and BRICKS?! Never will come back here

There was a lot of confusion with the rental of this truck. Initially, we were supposed to pick this up in reading PA. The location was switched to Allentown without notification. Allentown added another 60 miles to our trip and we incurred overage due to this. I never received the call the day before the rental and found out about the change when I called. The supervisor that I spoke to about the rental change told me that he would give us the extra miles but we did not see that and there was no knowledge by anyone else of this. Overall, I do not think the Allentown employees are at fault, it was just a very awkward issue from the scheduling of this.

My reservation was originally at Kat depot and it was changed without notice or my consent. Even though we had a bad experience there with no truck or attendant opening the shop on time, the team at Livingston were patient and gave us extra time to make up for the hour we missed in the morning. They worked with us and we were very grateful. Equipment was in good condition and drop off was smooth. Merci.

I wasn't told about the after hours fee when you return equipment after closing hours and I was charged $20 which does not make sense. Also the charge per mile is too high. The online return service did not work and kicked me out a few times. They need to improve that. Not very happy with the service and cost overall. Not sure if it's the location or the company as a whole

The overall experience was positive. You have options to load at your house or at the UHAUL facility. I definitely would use a UBOX again for my return to Florida.

My visit to the locations was amazing the experience was horrible with getting a rental. My truck wasn't available I had to pay my movers even though they upset move me for 2 hours. I had to go to another location to get a rental because my truck wasn't there at the original one. Someone happened to drop one off early at another location so luckily could get that one. It was the worst experience ever and I got charged a week in advance and no compensation given for my experience at all.

First my truck broke down less than a mile from the store location after picking it up. After an hour I given another truck. After moving I returned to the location to drop off the truck at approximately 6:45 and could not find someone to check my truck in. I found an employee one minute after 7 and was told I had to check in the truck myself. I had told the employee I had been there and just wanted to get my truck checked in. I was told “it's after 7. I'm off the clock. I don't know what to tell ya” completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Had my first truck not broken down I could have had the truck back an hour earlier. There was no effort to work with me considering their truck broke down.

I got ripped off. I used a 15 foot truck just to move a queen sized bed and I ONLY WENT 16 MILES ROUNDTRIP, and those bloodhounds charged me $23+ FOR 4 GALLONS OF GAS !!!!! I don't think the needle even changed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE U-HAUL (AND U PAY DEARLY) for ANY MOVING NEEDS. I'LL USE PENSKE FROM NOW ON.!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.!!!!! You wanna know how they make their money, just read, and re-read my experience, AND YOU'LL KNOW HOW THEY MAKE IT.!!! They want their paws in all of this inflation garbage too.!!! 4 GALLONS OF GAS FOR 16 MILES TOTAL.!!!!!!

The representative did not tightened trailer to hitch enough therefore trailer popped off hitch about 1/4 mile down the road. Was able to get my truck to complete stop without major damage, however, had minor cosmetic damage to bumper under hitch. Had a passer by stop to help me get it back on and tightened properly. When I returned the rental 4 hours later I did not want to make a big deal about it. I did tell them what had happened and showed them the bruised bumper. Good customer service would have comp'd the $18,95 rental fee since I wasn't going to go to management and throw the representative under the bus. Instead, I got my final invoice/receipt email the following day and was double charged! Absurd!

The online check in process is Terrible. I had to go in and get the key, the girl was very rude and acted like I was bothering her. They gave me a truck that didn't look like it was cleaned . The truck had a check engine light on the entire trip and I called the store to tell them and the girl told me oh there's nothing I can do. She refused to help me. The truck sounded like it was going to blow up the whole ride as well. The movers we hired through uhual in Salisbury were unprofessional, and very slow. It was just a terrible experience.

26' truck was not cleaned out when I picked it up. The passenger side window would not close completely, so there was a very loud noise from it while driving. The second 6x12 trailer had a faulty hitch and frayed wiring. The trailer came unhitched twice on 2 different vehicles.

We were promised a auto trailer originally on fifth st but the people never bought it back then they sent us to Allentown when we got there the trailer had a broken tail light and then they told us if you take it at our own risk it took 3 hours to get the trailer then we return it then they didn't log it in and they left us a voicemail that they were calling the cops on us when we return it the same night uhaul

My pick up location was changed after I confirmed the reservation with a rep the night before. I received no notification that it had been changed, and the new pickup location was 30 minutes in the wrong direction. The new pick up site was a nice location, I only wish UHaul had texted/emailed/called me about the change instead of wasting my time.

Truck was borderline usable. Steering and handling was difficult compared to other trucks. Braking was difficult. Truck cab smelled like weed.

Staff was extremely careless and disrespectful during check in, leaning back on her chair barely interacting then left her station to chat about coffee with another employee while on screen it's asking me to wait for employee to finish transaction, had to call her and ask her to finish it. Outside in the yard the other girl wasn't any better during the return, she mumbled instructions as she was walking away and I had to follow her and ask her again. Truck was so rusty with food/oil fingerprints all over the seat, dashboard and steering wheel

The truck reserved was not the truck provided. The truck provided was nearly half the size of the one reserved resulting in multiple trips and more than twice the mileage to get the job done. They would not accept drop off at another location so there was another round of mileage added on. We would not recommend UHaul truck service to anyone. Moving boxes are good though.

The girl who I talked to didn't have any answers to any of my questions. There were 3 other male staff there and Antonio was the only one that knew anything. Easy as asking if I can pay online, nobody knew. Which is terrible. I was literally on my way out until Antonio mentioned auto pay. I am going to be out of the area and I'm supposed to drive 5 hours to pay for my storage? Garbage. When I asked the girl anything she had no idea the answer. Maybe she was new and that speaks to her training but I already can't wait to move my stuff out.

No complaints other than elevator access. You are only granted access to the floor on which your unit is located. The office is on G and the loading dock is on 1. To get from our floor to the loading dock, they wanted you to go to G, change elevators, and then they would take you to 1. Just ridiculous.

I have been with uhaul for quite somw time. I certainly appreciate the fact that the units are well maintained , are temperature controlled and are constantly inspected so that my belongings are safe. And when issues arise i have encountered nothing but a courteous staff who was quite friendly to me. Thank you to everyone who is making my stay with uhaul enjoyable

I had to call the police on the manager Franklin because of his erratic behavior after the police were called He told the officers for me to take all my stuff out of the unit immediately officer went on to ask him Yes my rent for the storage unit was up-to-date he says yeah the police officer told him that he cannot kick me out after reviewing u-Haul‘s storage lease then he went onto restricting me from renting trucks in order for me to empty my unit at the end of the day if this location isn’t safe for anyone my suggestion get rid of the manager find a new one and by the way I’ve been with you guys for over 10 years and never had a problem until this manager name Franklin showed up take that into consideration

It started off rough with overpricing but with a little bit of talking they figured some stuff out and we corrected the problem for the most part Other than that everything was great staff was friendly and I would recommend somebody to you

1. couldn't find my unit 2. wasn't told that my unit was on top of another unit is hard for me being disabled 3. couldn't get the elevator to work with my code so I couldn't get to the 3rd floor tried to call the office no answer so I had to leave my belongings along so that I may be able to go all the way around the front to get help

Wonderful over all experience I was considering occupying a 10x10x10 space but unfortunately one was not available on the same floor where I already have a smaller storage space (3rd floor) The GM and his staff did everything in their power to accommodate my needs but were unsuccessful in finding me a spot on my desired floor they did find me a spot on another floor but the troubles it would have caused would have made the occupancy troublesome so I decided not to move in and explained my dilemma to the GM and his staff they completely understood and were able to refund me my cost. What an awesome team. Koodles to you U-Haul.

Was sold a unit that was in-use and then charged to store my furniture in an outside unit that I did not want. No one at the store could help remove charges from my bill, so now I have to use a general customer service number that may not help my case. This storage facility would be better off without any of its workers. I will never use Uhaul again and will make sure no one I know uses Uhaul's services.

Really concerned by the fact that there was a RAT BOX for catching rats in my new storage unit..... It was incredibly inconvenient to have the facility open until 10, but can't open any large doors to move items in after 5pm.

I called and spoke with David. He was great, he held a space aside for me. Unfortunately, it was in the mezzanine where there is a step that prevents you from taking the loaded storage cart up to the door. I had to stop at the step with the cart before walking EACH individual item to my 5×5×10 storage unit. I asked for a better spot but I would have had to get a smaller unit 5x5x5. If you store items there, ask for David, he has excellent customer service skills. Some other guy there was very rude. Wish I had his name. David was extremely helpful, although I didn't get a good unit. Don't go on the mezzanine without checking or asking for a spot before the step. Don't do the step unless there are NO other spaces available. It's extra work when moving into a small storage space or any storage unit. By the way, I tried to resolve with the rude guy.

My only complaint is my brother was not initially on the access list, and I ended up having to do it from the middle of a State Park in Illinois with very limited internet. The lack of a more user-friendly process inconvenience multiple people that day.

They don't prorate the rooms so if you leave early you lose out of the money you put in for the rent
