Seats that can move up for short ppl
maryanne F.This isn't about the locations,, this is about U-Haul policy and equipment. When two items are ordered together in advance, they should be available at the same location. There should be specific trucks with cruise control and a bigger pedal area for cross country trips, my legs have never hurt this much

I certainly appreciate the fact that the units are well maintained , are temperature controlled and are constantly inspected so that my belongings are safe. RUTH M. | Premières impressionsFIRE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION. When I arrived, no one was anywhere to be found to assist me. Fiftheen minutes of wasted time waiting. I was then handed a key and told to go find the vehicle on my own in a parking lot of 35 trucks. More wasted time. When I found the vehicle, it was dirty, and my blanket and dolly were not inside. More wasted time to have to go back and get the items. Lastly, ALL the tires were significantly under inflated, three were 20+ pounds light and one was 35 pounds light.

Omar P.The container was terrible. Worse container ever. It should've been scrapped. You couldn't use all the locking mechanisms. Door was crooked amd wouldn't line up. Allentown was going to drop the container off by 6 pm and pick up next morning. I told them that doesn't work. He said you can change the day you want the container. Wrong response. Put on hold and then was told it would come earlier. Florida was excellent. Allentown acted like they were doing you a favor. The drivers on both ends were excellent and professional.
Russ F.This was our third uhaul location of the day as our original reservation was changed from Mauch Chunk to 1313 Linden St in Allentown who also seemed to have no knowledge of our reservation and asked us to wait half an hour for the person who does those rentals only to asked to wait another half an hour and still not have a truck. So with this location, I was able book online and and truck was actually available when we arrived. The staff were helpful and quick which was a very pleasant change to the way the day started

LEYTON G.I requested a truck in Easton and was made to pick up in Allentown. I feel that if you don't have a truck in the desired location, that information should be provided at the time of reservation so that the renter knows they will have additional expenses when it comes to mileage. Also, the equipment requested should be in the truck because otherwise the renter has to go back and forth to pick up equipment and this location's office is across the street which makes the process take longer

Rental agreement was emailed, no hardcopies were handed to me, yet I was charged 50 dollars extra for not returning my key with a rental agreement attached. Should I have printed it out inside the truck? Stop at a local library with all of my belongings packed in back? Inside the van smelled like wet dog the whole two hour drive. Ac worked nicely though.

Brian U.The place where I picked up the tow dolly in Phillipsburg, NJ did a very poor job of attaching my car to the tow dolly. The strap came off one of the wheels while on the highway, but by God's grace it wrapped around the axle and did not cause an accident. I stopped at at UHaul center on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC and they were able to re-attach it properly!

William K.When I got the truck the guy didn't walk out with me to make sure the truck was good and come to find out the right taillight wasn't working, oil change was needed and when I returned it an older gentleman was yelling at me telling me to get back in the van because I needed to turn it on and I needed to make sure it worked when an younger gentleman walked over to me and apologized saying that they're supposed to check the van and kindly asked if I wanted a receipt printed and I was on my way home
Anisse T.The truck they provided did not have working air conditioning to drive from Pennsylvaniato Montana through the Midwest during a summer heat wave. The car hauler provided did not have any break fluid in the master cylinder. The breaks were later discovered to be bent, and the break system not functioning. Had to drive another hour one way to get the car hauler replaced. Was promised $1000 refund. Was given 1000 refund, only to have $500 charged back again a week later. I want my $500 dollar charge removed.

Doralia V. | Online Move InWonderful over all experience I was considering occupying a 10x10x10 space but unfortunately one was not available on the same floor where I already have a smaller storage space (3rd floor) The GM and his staff did everything in their power to accommodate my needs but were unsuccessful in finding me a spot on my desired floor they did find me a spot on another floor but the troubles it would have caused would have made the occupancy troublesome so I decided not to move in and explained my dilemma to the GM and his staff they completely understood and were able to refund me my cost. What an awesome team. Koodles to you U-Haul.

No one at the store could help remove charges from my bill, so now I have to use a general customer service number that may not help my case. This storage facility would be better off without any of its workers. I will never use Uhaul again and will make sure no one I know uses Uhaul's services.

Unfortunately, it was in the mezzanine where there is a step that prevents you from taking the loaded storage cart up to the door. I had to stop at the step with the cart before walking EACH individual item to my 5×5×10 storage unit. I asked for a better spot but I would have had to get a smaller unit 5x5x5. If you store items there, ask for David, he has excellent customer service skills. Some other guy there was very rude. Wish I had his name. David was extremely helpful, although I didn't get a good unit. Don't go on the mezzanine without checking or asking for a spot before the step. Don't do the step unless there are NO other spaces available. It's extra work when moving into a small storage space or any storage unit. By the way, I tried to resolve with the rude guy.
