The equipment was not super clean but not bad. I was nervous about returning it dirty as they made such a big deal about it but it turned out to be no biggie.

I love renting at you all this is a business for me the new changes letting me know that I can't leave my truck the second or the moment I'm about to get out of the truck was not appreciated not sure why the change suddenly I feel like it's bias not sure will be watching closely because I'm sure there's going to be customers that need to leave their truck and told to leave the truck on the street doesn't make real sense when there is plenty of spaces that you can leave a truck

I'm curious why the tank has been 1/3 full the last two times I've rented. It would be easier if it was always full then you only need to fill to the top, not some arbitrary amount that usually goes over.

On three day before scheduled pickup I was called by UHaul, postponed a day, and changed location pickup to 45 miles away from my original pickup location.

None of the employees wear a mask. Not sure if this not a mandate in this location. That needs to be enforced here, but there's a sign for customers to wear one, so that makes no sense. Customer service could be better, but no masks, that is why I didn't give this a 5 star review. Other than that, I would go to this location again. Just please fix that.

Truck was dirty had broken glass inside. I scratched my 4000 dollar table on the broken glass. Then while driving the check engine light came on while on freeway. Scared my wife the whole trip.

This is the second time I have tried to use Truck Share 24/7 and again it was a failure. When I arrived at Uhaul, I logged into the website as instructed, entered the information, then waited for over 15 minutes while they were supposedly verifying my information. Finally I walked inside the store and started the process in there, which required me to give all my information over again. Then it came to payment and the equipment failed, so we had to move to another station and again give all my information, then it took 3 tries to get the credit card machine to work. After 45 minutes we finally got our truck. My husband drove the truck and I drove our car to our home, then I got in the truck. IT REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE!! My husband has no sense of smell so he didn't notice, but I am asthmatic so I definitely noticed. We were running late because it took so long to the check out the vehicle so we didn't have time to go back to exchange it. Could only imagine the hassle that would have been. I immediately called the 800# to let them know about the cigarette smell. Wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for it since you aren't supposed to smoke in the vehicles. She was very understanding and apologetic. She took down all the information, told me the manager would probably be reaching out to me. That never happened. The cigarette smell was so strong my mother could smell it from the sidewalk when we parked the truck and opened the door. This was horrible service and I think I will have to go someone else to rent vehicles in the future.

Upon returning the vehicle, I was told just to leave the key and that's it. But to satisfy my expectations or to assure me that all is good and there will be no surprises, please at least look at the equipment. I do understand if you are doing something very pressing, but give me the attention and my customer satisfaction so that I can truly state that I was extremely satisfied or that I was given the excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful attendant. Easy to rent and return with no hassle. I will go back anytime I need a van rental. I only recommend if they can have newer vans similar to Raymond ave . in Pasadena..

Don't just dismiss a person when they had a complaint. The person who I assume is the manager, spoke not looking at the me, talking too the computer, shows little to no respect for my business. True he was helping someone else when the person that was helping me asked him, and I probably should be thankful I got an answer. I would have to talk the the store I got the truck from. Since he apparently had more important business going on, I thanked him and left.

The yard and the shop are both clean and organized. The people who work there are competent and pleasant to deal with. They are well stocked with the items needed to pack and to move. My experience was positive and I would definitely use them again.

I was not given a 24/7 drop off and when I went to drop it off no one was there. Had to take the unit to work with me the next day. Had to take 2,1/2 hours off work to hey it to uhaul so I wouldn't have it attached. Worse experience I've had with renting from a company

My suggestion to others would be NOT to contact the location directly, but use the UHaul 800 phone number. When we called the Lincoln location the guy in the office said he didn't have what we needed. Immediately after hanging up, I called the 800 number and they FOUND and reserved what I needed from the Lincoln site...go figure

The online system didn't work. I was also frustrated that uhaul moved my reservation to another location farther away, which added more money. Then when I called the location to confirm, they said there were no vans but one might be returned. They assured me they would call, but didn't.

The location is fine. YOUR RETURN-APP IS BADLY BROKEN. It would not accept photos of the dash showing mileage and gas. I wasted 45 minutes trying to get past Step 1. It makes renting impossible.

The after hours return used to just be drop the key in the box. Now you have to take all kinds of pictures. I understand the reasoning behind it but it was literally the worst part of my experience with uhaul. Really upsetting.

I was given an auto transport that was not functional, tire straps torn/shredded. Poor customer service and no solution provided to me because it was closing time and they had already hooked this one up to my uhaul truck.

The trailer that I rented had remnants from someone else's move. I asked the sales person if I was going to be charged to have the trailer cleaned out? He said do you want me to clean it out for you? When I return the trailer at 6:50 PM before the store closed, There wasn't anybody inside the store to help me return the trailer. All of the lights were off and nobody was around.

Be more careful with checking truck after drop off. Odometer was misread and we were charged for over mileage. If was a good thing that we took photo prior returning the truck. After long wait on phone then drove back to the drop off location, the mis-charged was refunded. Not acceptable.

Why did I get charged for fuel?? I brought it back with the exact same amount that i left with. It's impossible to see halfway between 1/4 and ¹/8 as indicated on the receipt of in the truck. Unacceptable ploy to milk a few extra dollars out of a customer.

I only ended up at this location because my reservation was not fulfilled at another location and I had to find another van in my area in a huge stressful rush. I WISH there was any other business in my area to rent vans from because what I went through today has scarred me and I truly never want to do business with uhaul again.

I couldn't see out the truck window it was so dirty. When I returned the truck, I pulled in before 7 and no one was in the office. I saw someone walk by as I was returning the truck through the website. I asked if he worked there and he gave me such a bad attitude and said they were closed. He was rude and was not helpful. I will be making a huge complaint.

While this location was great, and the employees here were amazing, I had to go to 3 locations to get a truck that I reserved before the day of, because people hadn't returned the vehicles I reserved and I wasn't informed before traveling 20+ minutes to each location.

I used the phone check in - it was a little hard to do. Turns out the truck that was reserved for me wasn't ready, so they needed to give me another truck. Contactless pickup was not contactless. However staff was nice and helpful and drop off was ridiculously easy!

I cannot think of anything. The yard is well maintained and neat and because of that it is easy to get to the rental equipment being taken out. Likewise, returns are simple. The crew at this location are helpful, polite, and focused.

The guys are always friendly and professional, going the extra mile to accommodate their customers. There are many Uhaul offices closer to my home But my preference is the Altadena office to do business.
