It was out of the way for me...I was not informed until 3 days out...The staff seemed indifferent to my inconvenience. Very poor service. I am in the service business and if we make a mistake by overbooking we pay for it...I don't see that happening with U-Haul. If this is not rectified, I will not utilize U-Haul in the future.

I received bad service from the lady who receives customer inquiries in this location and was over charged for extra 30 miles that I didn't consume. I had to go back to fix this problem since no one answers my phone call and was transferred to the general customer service. Overall the staff needs training.

I love this location, but the truck was not in good shape. Rear tire was low pressure and engine light came on. My prior experiences have been very positive and customer service is otherwise exceptionally great.

The left rear tire had very low tire pressure when the truck was delivered to me. I had to wait for them to find the tire gauge in order to put air in the tire. The trucks tire pressure system was malfunctioning as well. The same tire was low the next morning. The manager said the problem was with the trucks system. Not true. I could have had an accident with the tire.

This is an extremely well-run facility and the staff has always been very helpful. The rental trucks, which I've used several times, are always very clean, and the storage area is immaculate, well lit and secure. If I ever needed to rent storage space again, this would be my first choice. And I'll continue to use the truck rental services whenever needed.

When returning the truck the Uhaul employee would not help me and told me to use the app. When I asked him if I would have to download the App on my phone I asked if we could return it without downloading a UHaul App. He said no. I left the keys with him. I do not consider this professional.

I booked online as a contactless pick up, but when I went to get the keys, when I picked up the vehicle, the attendant said there were 2 bookings and he would correct them. They were not adjusted. I was double billed. I had to wait 15 min to pick up keys. the truck had dirty front windows and low tire pressure. i rented the truck for a little over an hour. when i returned the key, there was still a long line and the attendant said I could leave the key with him and he would check me in a soon as possible. when I received my bill the next day, I was not checked in until after 5pm, and was billed 2 rental periods, and 2 CDW. I called reservations on 12/27, and explained the situation and was told the manager would call me back. No one called. I called reservations again on 12/29 and was told the same story. I called customer service, and they were not able to reach the manager at that location and again I was told that "someone would get back to me in 72hrs" I disputed the charge on my credit card and hope to get it resolved. So far, I've spent 3 hours on hold with u-haul.

Long wait - when i arrived at the appointed time no one was in the office for 15 minutes (by the clock). All told it was 45 minutes from my arrival before I was able to leave - and that was with as much pre work being done as possible. Equipment didn't work - the wiring harness was worn and frayed and so the lights didn't work. I asked for an adjustment but Caleb said no way, take the trailer as is or go away. No other wiring harnesses available at U Hall. No furniture dolly: I reserved a furniture dolly and was charged for one. One was not available so i had to ask for a refund. Other than that - the trailer itself did the job. We moved the piano and returned it in 3 hours.

Was not greeted even after I greeted the employee . Was not walked to my van is that normal. Have me directions and I was on my own to figure out which one, how to operate etc. just poor customer service . Same when I came back . Will not come again nor recommend - should take after the location on Raymond which I normally go to

The truck we rented had to be taken back because it started to shake very bad when we went over 30 miles per hour. It was a terrible experience and made me very nervous. We had to drive very slow when driving back to uhaul.

I dropped the trailer off around 3PM on 11/28/2020. This invoice I received is not accurate. Additionally the person who was working at the time of drop off refused to walk to my car at the designated drop off area. He was sitting down chatting with a friend until he finally acknowledged me. He then could see I was struggling with the trailer and was suggesting that I reverse my car into the exact location where the trailer is permanently stored. There were two people working. One of them was cleaning the trucks and was too busy to supervise the person who I had to deal with. I didn't get his name but he was the heavier of the two employees,

Reserved a trailer on line, but it wasnt there when we showed up. Rude clerk told me to go to another location, blamed the mix up on the system software but could really care less that I was inconvenienced on a day that I had lined up people to help with a move, I will look for rental alternatives in the future other than UHaul- the system messed up and the help was rude, no a winning business combo.

Horrible service. The location didn't have the plug wire and told me to go purchase elsewhere at 7 a.m. and they'll reimburse me. They charged me for two day rental, when the trailer was returned the same day.

The truck that I picked up had severe damage to one side that was not in the photos. Based on prior experiences with uHaul, this made me nervous. This time, the staff were polite and understanding, but receiving a vehicle with major (and apparently undocumented) damage is a problem.

The price I was quoted on the web site, was cheaper, than the one quoted at the office, and the price at the time of the pick up was even higher. The trailers lights didn't work, and had to use an external system, the lights were not attached properly and it broke the cable due to not being tied up properly.

Checking out takes a lot of time often resulting in a lot of wait time, no fault of staff! Computers seem to be really slow and system outdated?. I have done the online check in, etc. but find there are too many things that go wrong. I was renting a closed trailer and manager Chris was amazing! Had difficulty with the lights and he went out of his way to to make sure I was set before leaving the lot. Chris is ALWAYS so helpful! I rent all the time from this location and tell all my friends and clients to buy their supplies and use their rentals!

Either stop making the customer do all the work involved in a rental while the staff just gets fat or lower the prices considerably to accommodate the customer for having to do all the work. I hope I remember this experience the next time I need to rent a truck so that I can use another company

All aspects of truck rental agreements should be made clear to people, specifically that truck rental prices AND insurance are charged DAILY and that gas is not reimbursable. These are not pieces of information that are otherwise made abundantly clear. Also, the lady who rented the truck out to me was great. When I returned, though, whoever was working there was completely unhelpful. Your "return" self-checkout process is absurdly long and could easily be done by a customer service rep.

Made a reservation online 2 weeks in advance, only to get a call the night before saying there are no trucks. Really I gave my credit card and got written confirmation. I had arranged 10 people to help and was given no solution. After escalating I got a smaller truck but I had to pick up immediately. Must of been someone else's truck.
