Understaffed and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came out after I called for help disconnecting the trailer. I was 2 hours late and was charged for another day. Other locations don't do that with me as I rent a lot there. Please send the manager to 67th avenue and Bell Road or 19th avenue and Bell Road to learn how to run their store. Those locations should be where you train your managers to be good management.

You (U-Haul) can try to provide trucks that aren't a safety hazard. Out of four trucks I have rented in the past year, three of them were problematic. That's a horrendous track record. The truck I rented this time had piss-poor steering, and the MPG indicator screen turned into a green wrench icon after two hours on the road. When my wife tried to notify U-Haul of that issue, she was met with a full SEVEN MINUTES of questions before being told that "it's alright to drive the truck that way." We never got an answer to our question: "What soes this icon signify?" The steering problem manifested itself when we were almost to our location - in a severe rainstorm on the Interstate. Too late to replace and re-load our property to another, better vehicle (if one even exists in U-Haul's inventory). Seriously, the only above averave thing about this vehicle rental were the dolly and furniture blankets. The truck sucked. Thanks for nothing, guys.

Customer service was terrible. Agent never said a pleasant word to me. Nothing. Agent was on his phone shopping Walmart groceries while waiting to print. Upon returning, no one came out to greet me. After waiting and waiting I had to go inside where the lone clerk (same one who waited on me earlier) told me to drive to a particular area where he meet me and unhitched the trailer. "You're good" Not a thank you during either interactions.

First I was not given the truck I asked for. As I was having a bad day and did not check the paper work I guess I only have myself to blame for not being given what I asked for. Next was this link they sent to my phone and insisted I had to use. It wouldn't work. After a number of attempts and much of my time wasted they finished the registration for me. Then I return the truck and sit under the tent waiting for someone to check me in. I waited and waited there wasting more of my time until I finally had to go into the office to find some clerk playing games instead. Again, rather than using a computer, they tried to finish the transaction on a phone. At one point he had two different phones trying to do the same thing and neither worked-another 15 minutes of my time wasted. Lastly, I was told I would get an email for my final receipt. Well, it's been over twelve hours and I've still not received my receipt. This is the second time in a row my experience with Uhaul has been horrible. Luckily you can rely on their trucks, just not their customer service.

Everything was really good, until the motion lights went out and would not come back on in the outdoor storage lot. Not a big deal it just made it harder to get backed in in the dark. It was also very difficult to reach the branch directly the multiple time I tried calling, id be rerouted to to head office. Staff was however friendly and helpful every time. Overall a clean new facility with friendly staff, eager to assist.

Had a very bad experience with the person that greeted me up on arrival. He was arrogant, disrespectful, rude and lacked the training for customer service. His manager stepped in and resolved my issues. I told his manager that this person needed training on how to interact with customers.

The employee that helped us, Oscar, was so friendly and helpful. Took the time to find us a storage that was easy access for us to drive to & showing us how to access the code. Also called another employee to blow out our unit so it was clean.

I used to dread going to this location due to some of the staff and their lack of professionalism and thoroughness but Amber Clayton the GM there is doing a great job. She has recently re-staffed that location with some enthusiastic professional individuals who provide top notch customer service. Instead of passing the buck they hold themselves accountable for their mistakes and provide excellent customer service by providing solutions instead of excuses. They do everything they can to make it a smooth hassle free experience.

I cannot remember my reps name because I am terrible with names but she was absolutely awesome! She couldn't have helped me more. She was very friendly and really knew her stuff. She showed understanding for my plans and I couldn't appreciate it more. Five stars for sure. She was awesome and the facility was beautiful, clean and organized.

Truck would not start within an hour of driving it. We reached out for roadside assistance and were told it would be 15 minutes then 45 minutes finally received a call from roadside assistance telling us it would be at least another hour. We sat in the 106-degree heat for hours waiting and being lied to. We finally decided to have a friend come help us. He was able to get the truck started, the battery needed jump started. Each time the truck was turned off it needed jumped again. For that reason, we returned the truck early. The overall experience was unacceptable and given the heat that day we are fortunate that we didn't end up with a medical emergency considering we ran out of water while waiting "15 minutes" for roadside to show up.

My BIG gripe is when we selected the storage units, I requested them on the first floor and they were given. But when we arrived, everything was on the third floor which gummed up the works for our out of state movers having to wait for adjustments and charge $1000 more. Also moving out we reserved a 26ft truck and it magically became unavailable the day before and had to pick up another from a Mesa location. I would give four stars, but because of the major inconvenience and causing extra charges from our movers, have to do three 3 1/2 stars

We reserved a truck online and the overall pickup process for the rental truck went flawlessly. Our representative was both professional and friendly. Once we returned the truck, we also rented a storage unit based on our initial experience, the location, and the overall ease of the property is to use. Two thumbs up!!!

The UHaul website is absolutely HORRIBLE. Stop trying to confuse people with all the clicks to sell expensive crap. It was an awful experience, and I ended up with stuff I didn't want on my order. Very frustrating and annoying.

Employees suck. Asked to be called when we could move in new facility. Never got call. Then noticed people moving in. When to reserve spot for RV, went next day to move in and they had reserved stg unit, not rv stg. Got contract and moved in. Yesterday went to get in and couldn't, code denied/unknown. I was not in system. That unit showed as vacant in system. Magr redid contract and gave us new code. One problem after another. If there was another place to move to, this close, I would be there!

The gentleman who helped us check in was friendly yet professional, knowledgeable, considerate and overall made this a very pleasant experience. Downside on facility - I'd recommend narrow color-coded stripe on floor (like hospitals do) OR room indicator on wall when you step off of elevator (like hotels do) 2001-2064 with arrow left, 2065-2200 arrow right OR map of facility/floor laminated on wall - to make it easier to get around and find units. VERY confusing otherwise - and any/all of those are easy to do.

I rented the storage for my son. It was his belongings in the unit. He rented a uhaul to move a shed, which gave him a free month. I went to uhaul to cancel my unit and let him take over the unit in his name for the one free month. At first the uhaul representative didn't want to do it. Wanted me to move everything out and wait one day b4 my 34 yr old son could rent. They treated us like we were trying to do something under handed. Finally after a few phone calls to Amber, the general manager, we were able to close my contract and assign the same storage unit to my son without moving everything out and back in. Amber was rude, short, and hung up on me a few times but in the end Provided proper customer service.
