I cannot think of a single thing I would do differently. The team in Brunswick placed the containers exactly where I wanted them, and they were perfect. If you played tetris you can pack these things deep! Our entire house fit in two U boxes, your results may vary. Transit time from Maine to Tampa cannot be changed but we were kept aware of the departure and arrival. Our stuff arrived exactly as we packed it! Secure, affordable, professional, and courteous.

I was lied to. I was told if I returned the vehicle in 1 day I wouldn't be charged for the 2nd day. I returned the vehicle in 1 day and never got the 1 day credit like I was told.

Parking is completely confusing. With all of the U-Haul vehicles, trailers, storage units, and more; it's not clear where someone is supposed to park when visiting the office. Signage could be helpful.

I was at this facility for almost 3 years. Everyone is courteous and have good "I Can Do" attitudes. I was able to go through 50 year's of accumulation! It's all gone now and I was able to end my monthly fee. Thanks again.

Allow the use of Debit cards for renting Cargo Vans. In my case, I have debit cards, and was not allowed to rent a Cargo Van without a Credit card. I used a 10ft truck instead, which was larger and more than I required.

I rented a pickup truck to use and was called twice to change the vehicle due to over booking. I explained I needed a pickup not the Van or Box Truck. I was told, "well the other reservations were a month, month and a half before yours" and that "there are 2 trucks and 3 reservations so someone was not getting a truck". This to me was an almost guilt trip or bullying way to get me to change my reservation or to be scared that I would show up and not have the vehicle I selected due to YOUR overbooking.

There was an issue with my original reservation, we reserved in Auburn, they called me the night before and told me they now didnt have the trailer I reserved. But I could drive to Brunswick to get one. I had no choice but to go to Brunswick U-Haul. They were wonderful and were able to set it up that I could drop it off in Auburn with no extra cost! Thank you Brunswick U-Haul!

Returning the vehicle was easy and the representative was very pleasant. The clerk who did the rental was a little short and almost grumpy. Spent most of the time talking to another clerk behind the counter talking to them about another rental customer.

The web site registration was a mess, logged in, the filled n information the timed out waiting for agreements then started over, inftmation entered again, recognized and logged in again, then timed out before completion, 15m on phone to confirm reservation

The only thing is when we got all our items out of the unit, I went to the front, told them the unit was empty and cleaned out. That was on December 3rd, 2021. A worker was going to go and check it out, I ask if I should stay, I was told I didn't have to that the unit will be looked at and a email sent to me stating everything looked good. I didn't get a email, and they called on Dec. 14th stating that they didn't know we moved out. So someone didn't do their job that day, 3rd of December.

Had issues with non renters gaining access after hours by trying to pull into 'garage' area, also, someone had been accessing my storages when I was not there, and guy with uhaul shirt went into a different unit one visit, he set off alarm and he shut and locked the door and boogied down hallway (not sure if just posing as employee?)-which does not give security a high rating. Employees were very helpful and accommodating though, which I do appreciate, and areas well maintained. Thank you for helping me through a rough time.

Glad I was able to get a tour from a staff member when I arrived to utilize my unit. The facility is confusing and maze-like but very clean and feels safe to go to. The employees were wonderful and very helpful as well as polite.

You need to get an IT person to clear up problems with the program. It makes you think storage is available and it is not. Your staff is great but without proper equipment they are going to get bad things said about the company. They realy helped me with my dilemma.h

My reservation did not actually hold a storage unit or a truck. I understand this is a issue with the national uhaul system but the staff was not helpful in resolving this issue, causing hours long delays in my moving day plus extra expense. The facility bathroom was disgusting and I did not have access to the building or my unit and this was not resolved until after the office closed for the day. I reported the issue to upper management of the company and it was only then that anything changed. You can do better!

Customer service at this location is excellent! Derrick and Dawn were both very helpful. The facility itself is really nice. Very clean and in great condition. The ability to load and unload indoors is a big plus. We moved in during a snowstorm. Overall, a very good experience.

I'm so glad I found this specific storage facility. It is immaculately clean and very secure. I felt comfortable storing my treasured belongings here. Due to the pandemic my move was delayed and I had to store everything for an entire year. When I was finally able to move, all my things were in the same condition as when they were packed away a year ago. My appreciation to the owner for such a clean and well maintained facility. The entire grounds and the store/office are also immaculate. I would highly recommend this specific U-Haul facility.

The worst loading/unloading operation I've ever seen - we had to wait more than 30 minutes for one of only 2 spaces to unload. The entry systems where you swipe a card is confusing and we set off the alarm. I'd not recommend nor use this place again. Very few carts were available to push our furniture the long way to our storage cage either. A very bad experience.

Whomever helped me, I think his name was Erik, he was younger probably 20 and was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable. If I was his boss I would pay him more. He walked us through all your covid precautions and laied down all the ground rules for the storage facility

Daniel Fenohr is the most attentive storage manager I've encountered. Totally responsive and a straight talking good person. His facilities are well attended to and he is exceedingly responsive. The staff I interacted with were very helpful. I felt well taken care of and had a full understanding of policies and what I was committing myself to. Would use them again.
