This location the truck was dirty and was told it's because they do not lock them and transients stay in them at night. After showing video of how dirty was told they'd clean it and I informed them the TPMS light was also on so he said they'd air the tires. After we already waited over 3 hours for a truck we waited for them to clean it and check the tire. When did i to another video as the inside cab was still dirty and now being 4 hours behind schedule we informed him and said we can't wait but want to ensure we are not charged for the mess. Uhaul over all have us a bad experience. We paid in advance and had a pick up time of 6am. They had us get a 26 foot truck which was MAJOR overkill for what we had. Just to confirm the night before on the new pick up location as the first one was not a 24 hour pick up. Got to the 2nd pick up location which was a 30 minute drive to Tempe and it looked like an abandoned car wash. Had to call customer service TWICE as there was no box or anything for us to get the key from. The first guy we spoke with ended up transferring us to scheduling which was not open. Second call she was AMAZING she helped a best she could and was able to get a 10 foot which is what we needed. Sad part was that it was already 1 hour late and my friend ended up pooping himself as there was no gas station near for us to stop for him. Which meant not only driving 20 mins to a 3rd pick up location which is this one we also had to go to my place for him to clean up shower and change into some of my clothes before we could get to the 3rd location. Again our scheduled pick up was 6am. We didn't end up leaving with the uhaul until almost 10am. Then before we left Phoenix the TPMS light came back on. I had to call the 24 hour line to ensure where we was dropping off would be accessible since it would be about 12 am ish and they ensured it would be after me having to ask multiple times as she kept thinking we had a different problem. Then when we're dropping off in Chino Valley I want able to properly return on the app as it wouldn't let me redo allowing it my location. The service line said for us to hold on to the pictures and video to prove we dropped it off at the correct location in the correct manner. This is my WORST experience with uhaul.Molly H.

Security/frame chains for towed vehicle on tow dolly need to be one link longer. This depends on a hitch tow ball height with an over or under tow dolly frame support configuration. Absolutely sure this makes no sense. Wish I'd just videos it.Kevin B.

Yes, when I went to rent the truck I had to do things on my personal phone to complete your transaction to me. Opening apps that I don't want to open so I can complete the transaction because they say I have to use my phone. I don't like that and I don't think I'll rent from you guys again. I don't like opening up my personal information to your access and that's what you're asking people to do. Thank you for renting the truck to me this time but you will not get me as a customer again if this is the protocol you guys need us to follow.Lester R.

Please check the interior light of cab, making sure it works. When opening the doors at night time it is hard to see where things are. Also check the Interior light of the box truck light because when moving later at night that also seems to be a little challenging.MEL T.

Fuel gauge was incorrect. Upon return I was asked to fill tank an extra $20, even though i return it at the same fuel amount it was pivked up at. When i returned with the $20 of gas, the agent still charged an additional $18 for gas. Unacceptable all around. Wont be using uhaul again.Brittany M.

I was told that my original order for the 15 foot truck wasn't available so I had to be a witched to a 10 foot truck. I was concerned that it wouldn't be big enough and but the customer service representative said it would be fine. I ended up having to take extra trips with my personal vehicles on top of the u haul because it filled up quickly. Really made things tough that day. Every thing else was good!JAMES C.

We rented a truck from Uhaul, tried to get a storage room and were lied to multiple times, we got sent to 4 different storage locations all over Phoenix, knowing we are being charged per mile and each one told us if we go to the next one we will be eligible for a free month of storageJanay A.

the only recommendations is to update the trucks, the trucks are super hot with the engine right in front and under you which makes it difficult in 105 degree weather , maybe window tint or something would help and maintaining the coolant for the AClidia F.
The original location we were supposed to drop off was completely abandoned. It looked like a junkyard. I was able to return the vehicle to this location at 2626 East Indian school. It was clean the people were helpful. It it was an ideal uhaul location.frank C.

The area for parking cars was not well maintained and very dirty. Bird droppings and dead birds were everywhere. When I parked my vehicle in the assigned spot, it was covered in bird feces in a very short time. Ended up not wanting to use the space. Overall great reviews with one exception. The online storage unit process is not clear about how you get to your storage unit. I had to change my reservation after learning the only means of second floor access was via a stairwell. I had to pick something with drive up access so I could unload heavy items using a ramp and a hand truck. I get to the Phoneix location and its incorrect they had no storage. The next location 8miles down the road, internet was down along terrible customer service.
