Interior panels were busted up, it rained while we moved and rain leaked through the box and got my belongings wet, truck rode like a log wagon (I know they won't ride like a Cadillac), brakes were squeaking. This truck needs to be retired. It's a piece of shit. We told the worker at UHaul the next day and she didn't offer anything to help. Very poor customer service on their end. I'll rent penske trucks from now on and if they were for some reason not available I'd rather carry my furniture to my new house than use a uhaul. Do better or shut down.

A quarter tank more and i was told yall would not reimburse me. That is not fair and is wrong. Rather have the trucks with a full tank and nit 3/4 full or give a credit/ reimbursement when you're customers return it full

Was charged another 40 for no reason. Called store and was told they didn't know how to fix the issue.

Tami D.I used the app to pick up. After going through every thing on an excruciatingly slow app, I still had to go in to get the keys. What's the point?! When I went in, the agent was on a personal call which he kept apologizing for but still made me wait. And then says, oh, you checked in already, here's your key. When I dropped off the van, the agent taking the key refused to move the van so my wife could pull through to the exit and told us to back all the way back out and go out the enter only side. Van was great and clean, customer service is really lacking to a level of "I don't care".

I rented a 6 ft by 12 ft cargo trailer and realized my father-in-law's Jeep Commander did not have towing lights install Dylan the general manager took time out of his busy morning to try and install some wiring for us so we would be able to still get the trailer we needed to move. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location the employees are amazing and very friendly!!!

John C.The pickup truck I rented must only get 8 mpg. I put 40 miles on it and put gas in it that brought the nettle back to where it was or I thought I did. But then I seen where they put $12 more gas in it and charged me for it. Something don't seem right. It's just the whole sales pitch of $19,95 well I rented it 1,5 hrs and put 40 miles on it and it cost me $65.

Brian A.The service was good - equipment was reserved as expected, and charges were in line with the agreement. The only issue was that the vehicle was banged up and had a tail-light/blinker out. When I called about it, they offered to replace the vehicle, so the service response was good. I would use this location again - just do a full inspection of your vehicle.

Michael L.We rented our truck for the entire day, but then we're told it had to be back within 7 hours. Tried to extend the reservation or rent for a second day, but instead said we would need to pay 150 dollar inconvenience fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. Selected to the online check in to save time, it wouldn't work so had to go in, but then still had to do the picture taking ourselves. When returning we pulled up to the equipment return spot so they could check it in, they wouldn't come out, so had to do it online and do everything ourselves which wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't paid over 300 dollars to use a truck for 8 hours. The customer service on the phone was abysmal.

I did have an issue before picking up my truck as the reservation was changed from the location a 1/2 mile from my house to a town 40 miles away because they didn't have any trucks available. With the price of fuel, I was not happy about driving 4 times to use the truck from Glasgow. Finally got someone from dispatch to help me. I ended up getting a 15' instead of the 26' that o reserved 3 weeks in advanced. It ended up working out, but I was surprised at how unwilling to help as the female employee at the Campbell rd. (Bowling Green KY location. Customer service training would be helpful

The guy moves the first truck looks at me and says you can work around that one right and I said no I can't it's too close I don't wanna risk it and the employee just shakes his head with an attitude and walks away . I pay for a full month of storage move out the third day and I can't even get a refund uhual sucks and I will not be back and I will not be recommending you guys to anybody.

On top of no elevator being in the building so I was lugging everything upstairs alone. Not the best experience but yeah.

Montrell G. | Expérience généraleHow can I recommend this storage facility when over a thousand dollars worth of my things were stolen from it in a way I was not aware of to about two months ago, when I first thought that things were misplaced but once I started moving things into my apartment I realized that things were missing from my storage unit. I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

It is not their fault that uhaul's system goes down every first of the month making it inconvenient to people that have to use them at that time, but through it all the management and staff remain professional while being cursed at for something out of their hands.

Jeff B. | Expérience généraleDuring the pandemic businesses were giving allowances to help everyone due to the Covid by removing late charges, etc. While the did work on a payment arrangement one time. Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.
