This staff practically bent over backwards to try and help with the issue regarding the car hauler. Said they would try to get the car hauler transferred to their location and consider me an "equipment transporter" so I wouldn't be charged.

Excellent service à la clientèle. Drop off was simple and painless. I told them that the check engine light came on while I was driving and was told not to worry about a thing. Definitely will be renting from U-Haul again in the future. Thank you for making "not having a truck" no problem at all.

Upgrade Uhauls computer system. Not tied to just this location. They are slow and cumbersome.

I filled up the tank but the employee who checked in the truck marked the tank was only 3/4 and I was charged for 7 additional gallons. I received the truck with a full tank. I drove it 109 miles and filled the tank up with 6,8 gallons. And, the employee recorded it still needed an additional 7 gallons? I got ripped off.

Couldn't do it without Uhaul. Nothing else comes close to their price and service. When combined with Movinghelp.com, they are the perfect team.

The staff were super efficient and professional. My only complaint is that the truck window was filthy making it difficult to see when driving. There was no fluid in the washer so the wipers were useless.

They didn't return or money, we were very little late to pick up, after we had already paid so they rented us another one after arguing they couldn't do I paid for another one but never got my money for the first one!

My rental experience was very good. No issues. The only way thing that made me go to 4 stars instead of 5 was hearing one of the employees on the phone with someone else asking a question on the phone. It was on speaker and I could hear both sides. It was just very callous - she answered the questions, but in a very matter of fact way. Just put me off.

Very unorganized, called 45 minutes ahead to confirm pick up appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. Prices quoted when ordered was not what was charged by $40?

My absolute only issue with the experiences of renting a uhaul here is the location/parking lot. It is off a very busy road and difficult to turn into (if you're turning left off the busy road). Not a whole lot of places for people to park personal vehicle to check in/out. Thats literally it. Customer service was beyond fantastic, checking in and out was incredibly easy and fast. Store was clean, organized, fully stocked. My only "issue" would be the ease of getting into the parking lot.

Fix the wheel alignment, add some new rotors because those and the brakes were done! And adjust me price because I drove a total of 16,4 miles according to my gps and calculation. So I'm not sure why that piece of truck showed 23 and only using 1/8 tank of gas! Sounds like a SCAM! I will be contacting the ATTORNEY GENERAL first thing Monday morning because I have all of my screenshot! You all put my life in danger and then over charged me! Also the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STAYS ON AND I inquired about that and was told oh it's ok but the truck was a piece of MESS!

I had an Excellent experience at your location, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, they had everything I needed. I was a blown away when I got in the vehicle and saw how clean it was, it looked brand new. I also returned the truck a few days early and got refunded for the days I didn't use it and that was awesome. 10 out of 10 will recommend!

Online checkin is the worst. Will never do it again. Inside customer service gentleman was amazing. And very kind. Made us laugh and made the process a snap.

I used the restroom when I moved my belongings into my interior storage and there was a cockroach on the wall. I reported it discreetly to the gentleman working inside so he could ask his mgr to call an exterminator, or address it however he/she saw fit. I understand these things happen as I manage a hotel, so my experience was still a positive one.

U-boxes pick up and deliver wonderful. Storage facility needs a lot of help. Staff either not trained or computer system needs improvement. I was told I had reserved a storage locker 3 times. After the 4th time I actually was able to move things in. Not sure what the problem is at this location but it gets a negative star

Mouse poop and pee ruined all of our stuff in storage. We had a couch and cloths. The material and wood had holes from the mice. Very nasty and wouldn't recommend to anyone

I was very pleased with the customer service. I haven't had to get a storage unit in a long time and when I did, I had to buy my own lock. So PLEASED that I didn't have to this time because my money was running low. SUGGESTION... Maybe when a customer rents a truck with or without storage maybe offer a free box or two or buy one get one free. Maybe some kind of rewards program for the customers that pay their storage on time.

I work long hours and I was not able to talk to staff about my move out because I am not allowed to use my phone while at work and I am alone. I texted a couple times but I didn't get any response back.

Someone that worked there had access to the unit blocked, after complaining they finally moved it, lot cluttered, very disorganized, had to get another unit because the first one was to small and upstairs. Everything was just a hassle!!!

I came in and ask the guys to move the trucks because They were blocking my unit and all I received was an attitude. The guy moves the first truck looks at me and says you can work around that one right and I said no I can't it's too close I don't wanna risk it and the employee just shakes his head with an attitude and walks away . I pay for a full month of storage move out the third day and I can't even get a refund uhual sucks and I will not be back and I will not be recommending you guys to anybody.

Can't get into the units they have storage containers all blocking the Isles can't get to your units and to run over curbs in order to get to my things would never ever use this facility again would never recommend it to anyone most horrible experience with a storage facility that U-Haul has that I've ever had

The double doors that have a wheel rail at the bottom were broke and I was moving everything in alone the single door entrance has no rail so you had to lift the cart in order to get it in the door. On top of no elevator being in the building so I was lugging everything upstairs alone. Not the best experience but yeah.

The main problems was trucks blocking access to mu unit. These could be moved during businees hours but if I needed access during non-business hours, I could not get in.

How can I recommend this storage facility when over a thousand dollars worth of my things were stolen from it in a way I was not aware of to about two months ago, when I first thought that things were misplaced but once I started moving things into my apartment I realized that things were missing from my storage unit. I was the only one to access to my keys. When I told the assistant manager I was told this could not happen, the lock could not be picked. That the alarm would go off if the door was opened. Well it was picked, someone went into it, I told them I think it was someone who worked or works there. I trusted U Haul, I been with them for five years and I used them to move several times but I will never be able to trust them with my storage. ⚜️

The management and staff are very friendly and professional. It is not their fault that uhaul's system goes down every first of the month making it inconvenient to people that have to use them at that time, but through it all the management and staff remain professional while being cursed at for something out of their hands.

Vacated my storage, left some things behind. I had no ability to take them. I informed them to give the things away or to charity. MY LOCK WAS REMOVED. They said they needed permission to do that and i had to fill out a paper. when i am 300 miles away. SO I AM GOING TO SUE THEM.

During the pandemic businesses were giving allowances to help everyone due to the Covid by removing late charges, etc. While the did work on a payment arrangement one time. Other times I called to get assistance with payment, I couldn't get it. A comment was made during one conversation that I was always late well yes, we were struggling financially and my husband had been in an accident. Whether I call the store or the corporate line it did not change the type of service that was received. So calling corporate with unresolved issues was a waste of time.! Another thing if you leave a message for the manager there it is like a week before you get a call back , if you get one at all. Several times I wanted to just grab something quick because the trucks were always parked in front of my unit.

When we tried to get a hold of a manager they would never answer. At one point they locked me out of my unit because they lost a key to a lock they put on. And there were trucks that were always blocking my unit

Check-in proces was extremely slow Compared to StoreMart (where I had my belongings) check-in process took more than 40 minutes. Why do you require 3 different phone numbers, contact names of third parties, etc? Yard at your facility at Bowling Green is very crowded as well.
