The truck had the engine lite on the whole time I had it. While returning the truck I arrived at 4:30 pm. The facility was open until 5:00pm. I noticed another customer wandering in the parking lot seemingly confused as what to do. They were picking up a truck. I tried to enter the office but the automatic doors were not working. It appears that the doors they were shut off and after opening the door I know why. I went back customer in the parking lot to ask if he knew if they were open. He said yes I just talked with someone. I went back to the door and pulled the door open. The entire office smelled like some was smoking POT. There was no one in the office but a man appeared when I yelled is anyone here. I retuned the truck at about 4:30 pm on 8/14/2022. It appeared that there was only one employee working at the time.
Michael S.Used uhaul twice in one week and both time truck were dirty smelly and ran like they were goin to break down! The last truck had 3 lights on on the dash! The check engine light was one of them! And the breaks didn't work well! Horrible!

Erik W.I had a horrible experience with the uhaul truck service. I had to go to three locations for the truck out of the way . And then when i tried to put my things in storage, they didn't have my storage and sent me to two other places as well. The last storage had to split into to storages and by the time they figured it out it was about to close so i had to leave my things on the truck .

timothy T.The van that I rented was absolutely ridiculous. The cargo area was dirty, with a pile of what looked like dirt and just nasty. I was not able to observe prior to leaving due to time constraints. Further, the van outward appearance was equally dirty. The van notice on the dashboard was that an oil change was needed. Obviously, no care was extended to review the overall appearance of the vehicle. I will certainly be more observant the next time utilizing this facility.

We got there and couldn't check in online only to find out a half an hour later that the vehicle wasn't available at that location. We had to drive an extra 40 minutes out of the way to pick up. I even made my reservation two days before to prevent any problems. So why was I being called a half an hour AFTER the time I had reserved my truck for. Ridiculous. Will never use again. It set our whole day back

They didn't even have the unit I reserved so I was lucky because they only had 1 medium and 2 small units left. I had to take 1 of each. If the reservation was proper it would have been 5 stars. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in accommodating what I needed. Location was very clean and organized.

I was constantly given wrong information, my account information was messed up, even after I had called customer service and updated it two times. I was told I can vacant my unit a week after my bill's next payment cycle and I will not be charged, but I was charged for the entire month. Chris, who apparently was a fake name and did not work at the location that we rented the unit provided me other wrong information and just made my move day misurable and exteremly stressful.
