Great service in Cambria Heights. Reservation system and telephone waits are too inefficient. Went to three locations and waited on phone for hours before getting service. Actual service was great. Reservation system is too slow and individual locations should be able to direct you to the location that has the equipment needed. Having to call back the mational number is ridiculous.

JOANNEG T.I did receive contract details. But, didn't receive final milage and that gas was above proper level and that you did verify truck was checked in properly. No estimate of tolls used. Plus the process of self-return is extremely labor-intensive.To add in mileage with decimal point is very confusing.Pictures, pictures,and more pictures. Have respect and verify info sent. Merci.

When I asked her a question she responded that maybe I don't understand how to rent a vehicle and she was not good at explaining the process.

I didn't include an image on the initial check, because I was looking for major damages. No matter how much I disputed it, I was still charged for an issue that I was not responsible for.

KATHARINECHERRY T.They changed my pickup location of the 20 inch truck and did not advise me. Then they did not have the size trailer that I wanted I had to get a bigger one which is what they had left communication was poor and it cost me money and time. Unacceptable

I paid dearly for one day rental and now I have to navigate through bogus extra charges... absolute craziness, now I have no choice but to assist the help of my card issuer. Never ever again will I use uhaul to move anything.
CandaceJulianna W.I had a reservation for 2/8/2021 at 7am. When I arrive at the location, the office was not opened. It was not until 7:15 that the doors were opened. The vehicle I reserved was not cleaned and free of snow. I had the clean the vehicle myself and eventually choose another vehicle as the size I reserved was completed iced over. There was absolutely no one available to clean/clear the ice from the vehicle. There was no defrost in the vehicle which caused another problem. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

I was like why ..he wen and said is not the same ,I look I was yes it is , so I took it across the street to gas station I put another 1,15 $ I wen over that's how much gas it needed that it wen over the mark ... such pitty

CHRISTOPHER G.I signed up for mobile pick up, and wasted 20 minutes attempting to check in. Site kept deleting my info and giving error messages. Unfortunately, this forced me to see an agent. He was highly disengaged, seems like I kept interrupting whatever movie on his phone. At one point, I had to remind him I responded to the mobile prompt because he was caught up in his entertainment rather than anticipating the information that he just asked me to submit. He continuously spoke low and did not adjust all the 20x I asked him to repeat his thoughts. As if he can't see we're speaking thru a mask, shield, and social distance. Even my colleague was confused why the man would speak in such a way. Pay attention to the next customer and use social cues. There are too many other options these days.
