Your coordination with local locations is horrible! Took the movers you arranged 1 1/2 hours to get my box. By the time they were back with the second one it was dark out and we had very little light to load. Similarly, you scheduled a Sunday unload, from a local Uhaul storage area closed on Sunday! Payment codes could not be found on the site via your link. Shipping payment wasn't automatically charged as your email stated. The actual move was great.....your administration of it was horrible!

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee because I said the vehicle was not clean enough for the next family. However, I didn’t feel it was clean enough when I picked it up either, which is why I checked that box. I feel like I was scammed out of that $25. The truck ran ok, but it was not clean. I would appreciate the return of the $25. Thank you.

Fire the asshole who runs that location. I have been to 10 different uhaul locations in the past few years. That guy is by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He tries to charge us for any little dirt, and then has the nerve to rent out broken down and dirty vehicles. Devonte or something like that. He is a terrible person to the establishment. I live close to that uhaul location but would never ever use it again, and would tell everyone to stay away.

I accidentally put 45 dollars extra in gas tank and was told it could not be adjusted from my cost in no way , uhaul can take money if you under the gas amount but won't accommodate when you pay too much by mistake

Get more equipment to go one way, My cost for using the equipment was double the cost of what I needed , only needed a one way ride not DOUBLE THE COST. AMBER WAS VERY HELPFUL

The truck smelled like cigarette smoke when I got in it. So, I sprayed odor neutralizer throughout the cab. The contract said that the tank was full but it was one tick from being full. To avoid a dispute, I filled the tank prior to returning it.

Hey I will b discrepancy the charge of the tire. The agent didn’t point out a spare tire to Me during my walk around nor did I think to look up under the vehicle to see if one was there. Why would I think to do that when I was bring it right back. Therefore I will b discrepancy that charge. How I’m suppose to know if one was there or not. For all I know it was missing all alone and he knew it and decided to put the blame on me. I pick up this rental @8:30aam return @ 12pm. What do I need with an cargo spare tire. This location seemed to be very understaffed and it took far too long for a simple transaction, especially since I checked on online ahead of pickup which was supposed to expedite the process. At the time of my arrival there was one person working, who was juggling returns, vehicles/trailers, and counter work. They did not seem to have enough personnel to manage demand, resulting in long wait times for me and everyone else who arrived after me. The location had newer equipment available (that was in much better condition), but refused to release it to me, even though I was going on a long distance move. My request for another unit was dismissed summarily and I was told that all other units were reserved. This was in fact not true, as I learned by making a dummy booking after pickup and the location showed guaranteed availability on additional identical units. I assume they wanted to retain the nicer stuff for local customers but it should not work that way. Overall would not recommend using this location if it can be avoided.

Have more than 1 person staffed in the early morning hours especially at the 1st and end of the Month. People usually start early during this time. And because you provide a variety of services this can create a long wait time. My customer service rep Devanté was very polite on pick up, and Jojo was Awesome on drop off
