I did not get a receipt the day i returned the U-Haul. Gentleman, took the key and said will email a receipt but i only received the contract. The balance shown on the contract is not the amount i was charged. Would like to get a receipt please.Doreen S.

The scheduled delivery was delayed by 1 day and no one could figure out why or communicate with me the impacts. I should not have to wait all day long for a pick-up that did not even happen. The customer service was extremely poor since I had to call several locations including corporate, track down one of the 20 managers who were still unable to explain the delay. Good people very friendly equipment was new and I am very happy. The trailer rental for a 6x12 cargo trailer was over $1100 for a five day, one way rental out of Kalifornia. That is 2x the cost into the State. I wonder why I had a one way out!Steven A.

1. The vehicle was not where the ap was specifically noting it would be 2. There was no gas cap on the vehicle, and after speaking with someone on the phone at this location they specifically said we could come back and get a spare gas cap, and when we went all the way back they said they would NOT give us one because we were driving one way. So we had to go buy one ourselvesConstance C.
I was charged extra for a metal box and I wasn't asked first about it. As far as the goods not arriving safely, I attribute that issue to the poor packing fine by the moving helpers hired who didn't wrap anything and didn't have tape or wrap to secure any blankets.Jeanine T.

The u-box concept was very convenient. I would use it again if needed. I was somewhat distressed at the huge increase in rental costs in just 2 years, though. I rented a trailer from you for $200 in 2020 for the move from OK to CA. The same rental was almost $800 in 2022, from CA back to OK. That bothers me, which colors my opinion of your company.James T.

The representative that assisted me when I picked up the truck was on her airpods on the phone the entire time, at times, I thought she was talking to me but was on her phone. She even forgot to give me the appliance dolly which caused me to come back hours later due to her being on the phone. Poor customer service skills and she clearly did not take pride in her job.Billy A.

Absolutely fabulous experience, start to finish. The 1-800 call person was super helping me finding what I wanted. On-line check-in simple and easy. Desk clerks attentive and quick. Technician on his bicycle whizzed away to meet me at the trailer. Hook up quick and easy, and everything worked 1st time. After-hours check-in is AMAZING! click through, take 2 pictures, and enable location, and done! Really amazing, easy, and quick. I have rented trailers for Boy Scouts and our Robot Team for years and your firm and people are amazingly wonderful; I have another trailer reserved for this Thursday and it's nice that this part of our trip is no stress because you are so good! The Manager Marcus in Rancho Dominguez took an additional $400 out my account; because he said we put a whole in the inside of the truck. Which was a lie. We spoke to Marie in the compliant department and she told us that Marcus was going to reverse the fees; which he never did. I will never refer friends and family to this establishment. I would recommend that the vans or truck be wash before giving it to the customer. Also, when you have literally 5 employees at the front desk and all of them are having a conversation with each other and completely ignoring the 3 customers waiting in line is BAD customer service. Special shout outs to Steve at U-Haul, 55 E. 3900 S., Amanda at U-Haul, 770 S. Gladiola St, Don Broussard at U-Haul Gardena, and Marcus Bell and Lai (spelling?) at Rancho Dominguez.
