Great staff. Everyone is extremely helpful. Upon my arrival I was asked to present my ID in which I was more than willing to do, but I was forced to have my picture taken upon check in as well which I was not comfortable with. Aside from that, everything was great.

Most of my stuff was broken an I was over charged from the original price they gave me then the box wasn't delivered on time then I was only given one day to remove my stuff from the box I was rushed then the didn't put the box where I asked them to place it

Monica was very professionally greeted me and helped me for the whole rental process. Tony, Manager was very gentle and kindly explained about the tire pressure matters. Great people and very easy to rent a cargo van for my purposes. Thank you very much!!!

Almost everything regarding our experience was flawless - we did run into issues with the Unloaders that we booked through the Moving Help system, the moving company went MIA when it came time to deliver and unload our box at our new address. Fortunately the U-Haul and Moving-Help customer service teams were able to find me a replacement. It was a brief moment of panic, but ultimately avoided in the end.

While the employees working out of the Rancho Dominguez/Carson facility are very good at what they do, there is room for improvement in the "soft" skills when it comes to customer service. In an attempt to get a clearer sense of delivery time, we contacted the number provided and encountered what sounded like a very unhappy employee because we interrupted lunch. That employee didn't need to answer the phone if on lunch and could have asked nicely if we could call back after a certain time. We did apologize for interrupting lunch, explaining that we only wanted to get a sense of when our delivery might come (less than 2 hours, or more than). We also had a similar scenario when talking with the office directly. A bit more emphasis on improving customer service skills might go a long way since the physical skills for the actual delivery/placement of Ubox are excellent.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Trevor. His professionalism and courtesy were top tier. When I returned the truck I commented to his coworker what a pleasure it was to work with him. She smiled and quickly agreed sharing he's the assistant manager and wonderful colleague. It's obvious the work environment there is one that foster respect for the customers, colleagues and providing excellent customer service.

Service was great up until the store called me claiming I didn't return the truck. I was told "The keys are here but the truck isn't" which doesn't make any sense because why would I drop the keys off take a truck. They asked for an approximate time that I dropped the truck off then stated "Oh let me check the cameras and get back to you!" I honestly feel like the cameras should've been checked prior to calling and claiming I didn't return a truck. What would I do with a big u-haul truck anyway? Store it in my storage facility?!?!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with moving. I had all 6 containers ready, and they only delivered 2 and told me I had to pay another $600 for the other 4. They didn't deliver them on the date I had chosen; costed me more money because we had nothing to sleep on; so, I had to go buy air mattress for everybody. The manager had a very nasty attitude when I ask for some type of reimbursement. They were lying back and forth and the complete mix up was between the delivery company they had chosen to bring my stuff and tried to say I never set up a date; but 2 came on the date I set up. I will never recommend u haul for this service like some did to me and I turned down other companies for them and on top of all this; I have a life and death medical condition and they didn't even care that I had left my medication in the refrigerator expecting my stuff to be here that friend. i didn't get it until that Monday....it was hell. They did give me a $109 and I was out of $500 if not more to take care of my family for the weekend, because we had nothing. The 2 containers that was delivered was no use to us to live from....sad.

Could improve on customer service skills. As I stood and waited for somebody to assist me for a equipment pickup. The employee on duty was behind me collecting money from a "visitor" on the Thanksgiving football games.

The website and making the reservation was a bit confusing. Which let me to having to clarify a bunch of pricing. Nobody likes a surprise in pricing. I would say overall everybody I dealt with on the phone and in person were very good at costumer service.

My move overall was very stressful but Uhaul came through with a solution each time. I have been using your trucks, trailers and au boxes since 2014. I have always loved Uhaul customer service with the exception of one recent and terrible customer service experience at a location on Labrea blvd, in Los Angeles all others have been great. Although it was scheduled for delivery for 13th of April it was available before hand. Considering that a customer is moving you would think I want my furniture as soon as possible.

The Girl that came to deliver/pickup the PODS was excellent. She provided great service, with smile and answered all our questions. the ones she could not she followed up and called up with answers.

I used Ubox service, so I never saw this facility first hand. So I can't really rate it. But I can rate Ubox service as a whole. It''s overpriced vs just hiring movers.

Still haven't heard back (going on 10 days) w/r/t the complaint i lodged on the inadequate staff training that resulted in me being charged for an additional month rentals on the 2 UBoxes i rented.

I did not physically go to the facility. I had a UBox shipped there and then delivered to my house. Jennifer who brought my box provided above and beyond customer service. She was outstanding.

I dont have items in storage with this location, yet they bill me and put liens on imaginary storage units. U-HAUL IS A FRACTURED BUSINESS. By far, the worst storage experience in 57 years.
