The truck I used was damaged, had high mileage, a headliner that was falling down and blocking the windshield, a low tire pressure warning light active, tank was near empty, and more dents, scuffs, dings, and scrapes than indicated in the pictures. This truck should not be in circulation.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Got me exactly what I needed and made it work for me to the best of their ability. There was some unusual ware on the left tire of the equipment but it still functioned as expected.

They would not rent the trailer to me because the right blinker didn't work and claimed it was my wiring. I left paid to have it troubleshoot to find out my wiring was fine. I went back and the plug on the trailer was loose. I wasted 2 hours and $25 for there error and no I'm sorry or compensation for my trouble.

Well, the prior renter of the UHaul must have been transporting pot plants. The unit smelled of pot. Perhaps it needed to be swept better as when I used the broom to clean out the unit upon return had a lot of dried up pot plants.

Rental van didn't have any fuel. Check out person insisted it has 1/4 tank. On line app not operational. App did not take drivers birthday as a result could not proceed. Consumers have choices will consider alternative to uhaul in the future

I had a terrible rental experience. I rented a cargo van from a Palm Springs location. 10 minutes before my rental when I was already at the location I got a text that my rental was moved to cathedral city. It seems that the previous renter extended their timing. So that bumped me. So I had to do additional driving only to find out that the new location did not have a cargo van. So I was stuck with a 10 ft box truck. Not cool u-haul. Not cool.

After a terrible experience renting from Budget I had high hopes renting from UHaul. It started off bad because the truck I was assigned had a dead battery. When I went into notify, I was assigned another truck. I noticed the gas gauge was at less than a quarter full rather than half full like my contract said. The mileage was also thousands of miles off.

Not a good experience. We were told by UHaul to leave the truck and keys overnight at this location. The app didn't work, we couldn't reach anyone at the location so we had to, in a very rough and sketchy part of town at night, take our own photos of the mileage, fuel level and all exteriors of the truck. It's been 3 days and we still can't get anyone on the phone to verify our return.

Additional staff were visible as the customers lined up for service. The truck wasn't filthy but so dusty inside that one could write their name in the dust on the dashboard. A small rubber stopper on the tie down chain was missing for the tow dolly, we used some bailing wire to secure it. A dolly was requested, and none was available but apparently not removed from the contract in the database at the pickup location, and the drop off location called to ask where the dolly was. This renter had to share that while we requested a dolly, one was not available.

The first location I had a reservation at did not have a truck ready for me and I had to transfer to this location. It took almost 2 hours to get my rental truck after having to go through the process twice and then redoing an entire new reservation and on top of that they did not have a dolly for me which made the move absolutely miserable and exhausting. I actually would like a refund for the entire amount. That's how bad my experience was!

The inside of the truck was clean. The outside of it was a totally different story. Covered in dirt and bird droppings. Almost hated to touch the door to open it. Seemed like plenty of help around, but nobody was in any hurry to wait on me. Same with the 2 customers waiting after me.

We had to return the trailer after we picked it up because it was locked. We also needed to inflate both tires. With the load, one was nearly flat.

The trailer had broken bottles in it so the guy was going to change the trailer. It was a on way trailer so he could not change the trailer. I had to wait for the guy to sweep up all the broken bottles.

Battery barely started truck (possible starter issue?). Some one must have "jump" started it before we picked it up but FAILED to re-attach the hood hold downs and hood flew half way up driving down Gene Autry Blvd. Truck was also "dirty" in the bed of the truck. (we cleaned it before we loaded our stuff). Usually our truck rentals from this location have been good. They just failed this time around. Also gas gauge was actually at 1/4 and not 3/8th as they indicated on the paperwork.

I was informed that the error message displayed in the van for low air in the front passenger tire was a sensor issue but that the tire is fine. I believed the attendant and rented the van anyways. When I returned the van to the Corona location, the front passenger tire was in fact low and could have been dangerous for driving. Luckily nothing happened.

They did a super job. Because I am retired. Spent all my working career in the customer service business the one thing I would think to improve on. Because the location is so busy 90 % of the time, better staffing. I also notice there is quite a bit of turnover in staffing. During this past 6 months possibly could have been due to lack of leadership at busy times. I am hopeful that this comment helps you to improve. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more input. For me not being in a hurry and having lots of patience. This location worked great for my needs. Thanks you.

I have 2 storage unit there. As the prices increased so did the ability to access my storage unit. Multiple times there would be U-Haul trailers, trailer bins and trucks parked in front of the building that housed my storage unit. Fortunately a worker would move them for me. Unfortunately they had to be asked to do so. Perhaps not allowing so many uhauling vehicles to be stored in one place would be helpful. And as kind as he staff is they seemed short staffed and very busy. U-Haul DO BETTER!! I'm sure the company is making profit! Treat people better all around! Moved out of one hoping to get out of the other! Thank you for asking

I attended a music festival and needed to store items during the festival. I knew I would be arriving outside business hours and was able to apply for storage online from out of the country. My only issue was that there was supposed to be a lock included inside the locker, which was not there. Luckily, several local hardware stores were open late so I was able to purchase an appropriate lock.

The available hours for storage units was the most appreciated option with this location. I've been to several other storage units and they basically work office hours around 8:00 in the morning till 5:00 or 6:00 at night and not on the weekends very much.

The facility was always cramped - trucks and trailers parked in the isles of the storage area and you had to squeeze between them to get to your storage unit. There was debris (including nails, screws, and glass) strewed around the storage area and NEVER cleaned up. We got a flat tire one time. Another time we cleaned up all the glass/metal from the area around our unit and told the brand new GM about it but the pile was still where we left it next to our storage unit 2 weeks later. There were rats in the unit and they ate one of our couches (we had insurance and were reimbursed). The ceiling was sagging and looked like water damage had happened at one time, which made me fearful for my items. The good news is there is a new GM so hopefully they will improve the facility but in the 2 weeks the hadn't done much from what I could tell (since the pile of scrap metal was still there after we pointed it out to her). I made sure to get my items out as quickly as possible and will not be using this Uhaul again.

The staff including the manager have no business in the service industry. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company. My experience with this store severed over 35yrs of business with U-haul. Due to their inability to perform their job's and a manager that refuses to make a phone call to admit their wrong and to rectify what was done. I'll never recommend this company to anyone. I'll convince them why they shouldn't. It'll be easy. I did reach out to the staff before emptying my unit that I was doing so and afterwards AND THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED OR SENT THE USUAL EMAIL TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THEY SUCK = THE STAFF!!! I'm still waiting for money and apologies for stealing my money.

The gentleman that help me where short staff some one was late or call in one guy could only work the computer his back up guy was not a computer guy but they really work as a team he had every ready and the counter guys was trying to help 2 people at a time and he did his personality was positive and pleasent he was really helpful the older gentleman work in and outside the yard was also getting everyone needs and had it ready almost as the counter guy got paperwork done great team work even tho someone was late or call in sink that don't change there productive and positive attitude ! I was impressed

The only complaint I have is that U Haul in general has a horrible answering service (800#). Its the only number listed and trying to get a hold of anyone was nearly impossible. But the location office itself was Excellent. All the associates I came into contact with were very friendly, courteous and professional.

Spencer, did a great job addressing my concerns. I think Uhaul needs to focus more on securing this location much better. Spencer told me they were building the fences higher to keep people from getting. One of my locks was cut off after less than 24 hours in my unit. Spencer took great care of giving me the proper locks and making sure I had insurance on my belongings. Great job Spencer. It was greater service then what I received in Phoenix by far.

Very happy with the reasonable rate. In the storage unit area, there were many rental trailers and trucks stored in the driveways between the buildings, which made it a little tricky to maneuver through with a truck pulling a trailer.

Our storage unit got broken into and they failed to even contact us. FOR TWO MONTHS. Only reason we found out is because my husband and I went down there. Would NOT recommend.

You need to pave all the areas as if moving carts are being used and not having ramps at the entrance to the indoor storage is just dumb. Don't put up signs bragging about the indoor temperate being controlled when on the few occasions I actually showed up it wasn't even close. There is a real issue with telephone communication at this location. I'm guessing management is either overextended or just doesn't care but many simple issues that could be solved were kicked down the line adding to really everyone's additional time wasted. Have someone that can take care of the phones and I'll bet you won't have any bad reviews or irritated customers as I've noticed on most visits there's always one or two upset folks: There's got to be someone at home that could go on payroll and quickly resolve most problems . You have sone really great workers there and you've got some lousy ones but honestly neither seen to stay. U-Haul is a smart company and kinda quietly crept up and made itself the only affordable ish option for moving and storage but I can't say I really love it like everything about it . This location is ok but it's just because it's really the only game in town. I've found better prices and better service within a half mile but I did have to wait for a space and of course they don't rent trucks , so thank you for the space it was clean and available.. I don't mean to be a jerk I'm just being blunt. You obviously have a good business, I think it could be a great one with a few improvements. It's interesting that not getting good service lingers and kinda leads a good customer away when the cost to actually take care of it was so little. You'll do well regardless I'm sure:

We were so relieved to discover we got a month of free storage with our one way rental. Our home buying experience did not allow us to move directly in..in fact it took 4 additional months!! We had to pay for 3 months and were so glad our unit was air conditioned. A staff member verified all the units were secured twice daily by physical inspection. And for secure?...you had to use your gate pass to also exit every time you came. Video surveillance was also used. If we ever move again...U-Haul is our choice.

Every time we went our it was like an obstacle course! U-haul vehicles and has block our row since day one. Have to ask an employee to move vehicles and trailer blocking both access roads to our unit, multiple times. Have to wait 15-20min. pain. Check yourself row G19. So, we had to move to another storage facility

The entire time I was moved in, the staff could not provide me with an access code or card. They repeatedly told me the gate controls were broken and being fixed. They never were. I had to call over the intercom to be let in. One evening they left for the day with me and my vehicle in there and I had to hop the fence, leave my car, and have my wife pick me up. Would not recommend.

Office staff could care less about customer service. It is only because I live in L.A. during the week that I keep my belongings stored here. The vermin droppings in the storage area is disgusting.

Employees not wearing very protective masks. Just scarves over their faces. The Uhaul company need to provide masks that protect both the employee and the customer from the employee. I did not continue with my rental because of a price increase. I was told that the vehicle I rented had 1/2 tank of gas instead the vehicle had only a quarter tank. Fortunately I caught it before driving off. The truck bed was not clean.

I found it impossible to communicate with my local UHaul agent regarding my storage. Saving money this way for your company does not make friends. I waited up to an hour and never did connect with a question that could've only been answered by my local dealer.

I rented a 20 ft truck to go 1 way to cat city & was told I got a few storage for a month. I was told it wAs 10x8x5. (It's your business & you should know that a 20 ft truck worth of stuff won't fit 1/4 of my belongings in, so what should have taken 4-5 hrs took all day (I'm disabled w a broken neck). I had to move my stuff to a different storage then bring the truck back. I would expect some kind of refund or a free truck for my reservation on the 8th as the 3 things & confirmation # were wrong. I have all my documentation copied & ready to go to the bbb if you don't come up w a solution for me b4 3/8/21 thank u Richard Nicolas. 951-295-9139

I had difficulty with the hasps on the locker. Two uhaul locks were very difficult accommodate to the hasps. The employees were great and very helpful. Maybe U-Haul should look at a better engineered hasp system hardware. A new hasp designed from the ground up would not be inappropriate.

It was hard to go to the office, it was always busy with long lines. I had to wait on many occasions to pay cash for my unit for a long period while the cashiers helped customers with rentals.
