Streamline the paperwork! This is not a local problem, it's a corporate problem, computer system needs organization so it's sequenced with the needed information. Your operator should be able to click 4 or 5 times, paperwork done, like buying on Amazon!!THOMAS H.

Employee Richard White was loudly listening to some racist audio my husband and I googled to find it was some Podcaster named Tim Poole I think that it highly inappropriate. The truck itself was dirty and missing a gas cap (trash inside etc) I took photos inside and out of the truck. I'm really dissatisfied. Not only did we have to stand inside waiting while listening to some racist audio playing from a back room in front of my child then I had to drive a dirty truck with the check engine light on and a missing gas cap. GHETTO to say the least. 0/10Brandi C.

The store was very busy as customers were waiting for their turn. One left, saying she had already been there 1 hour. I used the app to check-in but I do think a HUGE notice/reminder should go to all customers using the app to allow for 15 minutes to go through the check-in process. Also, since you are checking mileage, gas, and the outside of the truck, the app should direct you to inspect the inside of the storage area. Someone left a vape pen and tissue in the back of the truck. Very minor but I did not have anything to sweep or pick it up with and was not going to litter either. Lastly, employees in the store should know processes for when a customer picks up a vehicle outside of business hours. I have another rental next week that I inquired about and store staff told me incorrect information, but U-haul customer service gave me the correct information. Overall, a great experience. Customer service was awesome when I called because we saw we were going to be late with the return due to traffic and rain.Wayne W.

Install security systems. Notify customers before unilaterally closing contracts. If a unit currently occupied by a customer is found empty you should consider that possibility of theft, not assume they moved out.Robert K.

Mr. Alh and Richard Withe made my experience with uhaul unforgettable. I couldn't have asked for better customer!! Those guys definitely made me feel welcome and right at home! I even offered to give them a $50 tip each and they refused!!! If possible, I would buy them dinner! Truly hard working straight honest guys. Uhaul should value these guys!!! The General Manager at this location became very threatening toward me when I needed to extend my time for the vehicle (which is allowed by U-Haul). He even went as far as to wrongfully charge my card a $50 "late fee," after I had returned the van early and with over half a tank more gas then it had when I picked it up. Stat away from this location. I am surprised that U-Haul allows this type of conduct at their stores.Gordon M.
Disorganized and very slow. I understood some wait as it was a holiday weekend but staff seemed confused and like they did not know how to check out equipment. My contract was messed up which caused me to be overcharged at drop off and having to call a uhaul representative for a refund.Laura C.
When i first got to the facility, i went in to confirm my storage and once everything was confirmed, it was like the cashier didn't know what he was doing at first and then they didn't have my storage cleaned in time, it had ants in it and they laid down pest control in the area but it wasn't the type of ant killer that would kill the ants right away so i wouldn't still had ants in my stuff if i didn't decide to go else where. Rental was not ready on time. Rental was not clean on the inside. Upon return I was not allowed to be there for the rental to be checked in. I was told I had to drop off the keys and I would get an email confirming the return. I never got the email but when I check my credit card I was charged 139,8 plus taxes for gas. Stop charging for after-hours return of equipment. Especially if the rented equipment is return before the scheduled return time. That is REALLY UNNECESSARY AND UNFAIR AND PRICE GOUGING. Rental car companies don't even charge after hours drop return fees. Also, I was charged for gas because the gas hand was 1/2 inch away from being directly on the red line. But y'all don't want to reimburse if a customer puts gas in and it's more than what was in the truck at the time of rental. That's unfair and a rip off. Also, the smell in the truck was horrible. The smell of smoke and motor oil was horrible. I sprayed and wiped down the interior several times, but that smell would not go away. It was horrible. I rented a truck priced at $39,95 but paid $180!!!!!! THAT REALLY UPSET ME!!!!!! At the time of rental there card machine was down, so, I proceeded to pay with cash,but was told the cash drawer was broken!!!!!!! I used my cash app card and was told they had to take a $100 deposit in order to use THAT CARD, which I was told I'd get back, but they ended up TAKING $180!!!!! CHARGING ME FOR GAS, MILIEAGE, EARLY RETURN,......i tried to return on the app SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME GO ANY FURTHER!!!! i THINK THAT WAS A SET UP FOR THEM TO GET $20 SERVICE FEE. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!!!! AND IF UHAUL HAS ALL OF THOSE UNNECESSARY CHARGES, IWON'T AND ADVISE NOT TO RENT FROM THEM!!!!Roshonda S.

I reserved a truck for 7am. Turns out that the location does not offer pick ups. So i had to wait until 9am to open. While i was waiting till 9am i called customer service and was on hold for 1hr and 6min until someone helped me but by then i was already inside the store. My experience was terrible. I get the location I selected for pickup, the one that they sent me to no longer does uhaul so they had to find me another. My reservation was for 8:30am I didn't get my truck till 10:00, not to mention it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Then once I got all my furniture on the truck it wouldn't start, waited 2,5 hours in the heat for roadside to show up. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience.Thomas W.
The truck was not clean, the staff members went to the door of the office and pointed to the truck and said â€œit's that one and went back. He didn't help me adjust the mirrors or tell me to check it out to see if everything was ok or ask me if I had any questions or concerns. The truck was 26ft., with no parking breaks because they were broken and it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas! I brought it back the night before with exactly 1/4 tank in it and put the key in drop box at 9:45 pm 5/24/22LindaF A.
Using Moving help was difficult. First mover did not respond. I had to cancel and rebook. As this is a separate division under Uhaul to was not the responsibility of the truck/trailer division. As it is still under the same umbrella the two need to work together more closely for the customersRobert B.

Even though the staff was very friendly and super apologetic about my storage facility and confusion on the computer it took me an hour and a half standing in the office just to get my storage complete where I can start unloading the truck. The manager actually had to come back to the register three different times to help fix problems. My suggestion would be more training for the employees.Chris M.

I dropped off unit (10am), no one would come out and view, and was told that they will check it out when they have time, and email me my receipt. I spent the next day calling that office (forever hold), finally called cooperate/ customer service, to see why I did not get my receipt. Customer service team was able to get through to the office and get me checked-in and receipt.John N.
