Truck worked well and was clean. Staff was friendly but it took a long time to to check in and pick up the truck.

Latoya L.Stop charging for after-hours return of equipment. Especially if the rented equipment is return before the scheduled return time. That is REALLY UNNECESSARY AND UNFAIR AND PRICE GOUGING. Rental car companies don't even charge after hours drop return fees. Also, I was charged for gas because the gas hand was 1/2 inch away from being directly on the red line. But y'all don't want to reimburse if a customer puts gas in and it's more than what was in the truck at the time of rental. That's unfair and a rip off. Also, the smell in the truck was horrible. The smell of smoke and motor oil was horrible. I sprayed and wiped down the interior several times, but that smell would not go away. It was horrible. I rented a truck priced at $39,95 but paid $180!!!!!! THAT REALLY UPSET ME!!!!!! At the time of rental there card machine was down, so, I proceeded to pay with cash,but was told the cash drawer was broken!!!!!!! I used my cash app card and was told they had to take a $100 deposit in order to use THAT CARD, which I was told I'd get back, but they ended up TAKING $180!!!!! CHARGING ME FOR GAS, MILIEAGE, EARLY RETURN,......i tried to return on the app SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME GO ANY FURTHER!!!! i THINK THAT WAS A SET UP FOR THEM TO GET $20 SERVICE FEE. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!!!! AND IF UHAUL HAS ALL OF THOSE UNNECESSARY CHARGES, IWON'T AND ADVISE NOT TO RENT FROM THEM!!!!

While i was waiting till 9am i called customer service and was on hold for 1hr and 6min until someone helped me but by then i was already inside the store. Just a horrible, stressful and waste of a time experience

Walter S.My experience was terrible. I get the location I selected for pickup, the one that they sent me to no longer does uhaul so they had to find me another. My reservation was for 8:30am I didn't get my truck till 10:00, not to mention it had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Then once I got all my furniture on the truck it wouldn't start, waited 2,5 hours in the heat for roadside to show up. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience.
Thomas W.The truck was not clean, the staff members went to the door of the office and pointed to the truck and said “it's that one and went back. He didn't help me adjust the mirrors or tell me to check it out to see if everything was ok or ask me if I had any questions or concerns. The truck was 26ft., with no parking breaks because they were broken and it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas! I brought it back the night before with exactly 1/4 tank in it and put the key in drop box at 9:45 pm 5/24/22

As this is a separate division under Uhaul to was not the responsibility of the truck/trailer division. As it is still under the same umbrella the two need to work together more closely for the customers
Robert B.Even though the staff was very friendly and super apologetic about my storage facility and confusion on the computer it took me an hour and a half standing in the office just to get my storage complete where I can start unloading the truck. The manager actually had to come back to the register three different times to help fix problems. My suggestion would be more training for the employees.

I spent the next day calling that office (forever hold), finally called cooperate/ customer service, to see why I did not get my receipt. Customer service team was able to get through to the office and get me checked-in and receipt.

When went to pick up did not have iot but gave me a 10x10 larger truck â€"- made mistake and gave me a key to big truck and I kept trying to get in a van … waited & waited for someone to help me …. Finally figured it out as they came outside to assist . Obviously, the process failed or was aborted , however…. Very friendly staff

ernest R.My original CONFRIMED reservation was made at 400 Orchard road location for a pickup truck rental. When I arrived at 10:00 am I was told that there were no pickup trucks available. I had to drive to another location to get a cargo van (not what I needed or reserved, but I had to make due with due to time constraints).

They seem like they're laughing and talking about you. They're very slow. They stare at the screen and look as something is wrong. I asked is something wrong and they say oh no nothing's wrong. Then what's taking so long.

I spent 30 minutes on hold (and tried using the web chat for "immediate assistance") and finally talked to a very nice rep, who confirmed it was open...but that should be highlighted for customers at the time the drop location is assigned. Save us time!
