We didn’t speak to anyone when we dropped off the vehicle. System worked well. Signage was poor so not sure where to park truck or where the key drop box was. I did leave something in truck and called the next day. Clarissa was very helpful. She checked the truck while I was on the phone and was able to retrieve item. Much appreciated.

On dropping off the truck we again had issues with the customer service end. Due yourself a huge favor and read the fine print on the paperwork you get . We brought the truck back and we were told that we would have to pay a 25.00 charge as we did not mop up the back if the truck. It was not like it was filthy just normal dirt off shoes boots from loading. So we asked to borrow their mop and we were told most definitely we could not do it nor were we allowed it offered to go off site to clean it ourselves. An argument ensued and we were told we should have read the fine print on the agreement paperwork. Not at either end were we told to make sure the floor was mopped or a extra charge would be added to the bill. Long story short... lacking in professional customer service as the guy would was checking the equipment quickly lost his temper as we argued the price as the first issue as it would have only taken 10 minutes and second the price of 25.00..I am sure they don't pay their staff anywhere near that..so u haul makes a lot of money off of people who don't read the agreements. We did take the truck for an extra day as it took us longer than we thought it would take and got a real good price of 15.00 even though the quote price on the agreement was for 40.00. Over all I would rent from u haul again but each location truly needs to do training on customer service. Both need to go above and beyond to keep happy customers coming back.

Me and my wife lost three babies this year and it was very hard for us to finish our move. The male I dealt with was extremely hard to talk to on the phone. He was only concerned with when the truck would be back. Comparing the first agent I rented with the agent I dealt with last is apples to oranges. They need training.

Unbelievable, computers were sooo slow took nearly an hour to complete process. Staff literally argued who had the least seniority in front of me as to who would hook up the trailer! Finally I went out and decided to do it my self. After looking out and seeing me out there to came out and did it. Why have staff who don’t want the job.

I paid for a 14 day one way to Red Deer, AB on an auto transport. The person that entered the information into the computer only gave me 7 days. So when I arrived at my destination I had an unpleasant surprise waiting for me.

I paid for a appliance dolly-they gave me a utility dolly. I didn't realize until I returned it. The guy noticed when I picked up and didn't even offer to refund me the overcharge- I wondered why we moved he fridge why we had such problems..when I picked up the truck they loaded the utility dolly in the back without securing and it was bouncing all around the inside of the truck. The inside of the cab of the truck smelled very badly of body odour-in fact the smell didn't go away.

We've used this location before for truck rentals and have come back a few times - which is why we rented again. The only suggestion I would make (based on our plans for using a truck the other day), is that a different rate could be applied if plans didn't work out. For example, we rented the truck and were going to pick up a bookcase, drop it off and bring the truck back. The bookcase wasn't able to fit out the office so we didn't move anything and returned the truck within about an hour. I know that Uhaul has nothing to do with plans not working out, but as a regular customer, it would have been nice not to pay for a regular move when it didn't even happen. Thanks!

Van gas cap says E85 fuel only. I went to 3 gas stations looking for the fuel type and couldn’t find it, so I called store and was transferred to 1-800 line and put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and drove to Uhaul only to be told that the van takes regular fuel. I told rep I travelled extra 13 km looking for gas stations, trying to call then going to uhaul, then overfilling to original line. I asked not to be billed those kms and extra fuel or have a credit for next time and was told sorry we don’t don’t do that. Otherwise this service experience would have been 5 stars. Great staff, good store, corporate policies need work.

NO GOOD! After taking my money, told me the storage unit was second floor and the elevator doesn’t work. Another customer complained it’s a regular occurrence, so I cancelled immediately.
