From beginning to end, everyone I worked with at this location was terrific: Habiao to Jason to Eddie. They served with care. Thank you all for a super job well done. You made what was very stressful for me an absolute breeze.

ROBERT KI was changed for two extra days. I had the equipment for 4 days but was charged for 5 days. I was granted and extra day (4 days vs 3 days) because my pickup location was changed and it cost me a full day just picking up equipment. I should not have been charged any extra days. I return the equipment to a live person and he did not even want me of the penalty coming my way, or we could possibly have resolved it on the spot.
steve m1. Online signup did not get to last step, so had to wait in line anyway. Fix online process please. 2. I was told how to do after hours drop off, BUT the 6x12 cargo box trailer had no tongue jack, and tongue was way too heavy for me, and there was no visible portable jack with which to unhitch.
THOMAS HI ended up paying more as no one to switch the 26 footer to 20 footer around 8/31/2024 and forced to keep for another day. Calling your scheduling @ 800 988 7008 was useless before office hours. You can check 3 surveys completed. Now I paid more than I should renting U-Haul for so many years. Now I have to think about the option by writing to your upper management.
Bernie MThe app check in and check out is a bit too much. Plus, there is not enough direction upon returning the vehicle during business hours. It says to lock the vehicle and place the keys in the drop box...during open hours, there is no drop box. Needs some refineing for the return process.
DEVIN ATake pictures of fuel levels. Prior to leaving and when returning. Make sure to get mileage in photo. Other than that very friendly easy and quick
Shaun ELine today for pickup was way too long. There were a dozen people ahead of me and only two working, one outside and one inside. It took a solid hour to get through line. The App is garbage. Trying to check the truck in it kept crashing and eventually crashed and said my account no longer had a truck rented.

KAREN PBeen coming to this location for MANY years for the same type of product. Always nice that they have items in stock so when I need something last minute I don't need to worry about them not having trailers in stock.

Andrew GThey have given me the truck with a wrong mileage and fuel on the receipt. Even after 3 calls to costumer service and 3 messages to correct the error I was still overcharged for mileage and the fuel. The manager is supposed to call back to correct the error. Please check your receipt before you drive. Make sure your numbers match the reality.

Kamran ZRenting was easy, pick up was quick and painless, drop off was simple. The only issue was that we reserved a furniture dolly and this location did not have one available that date. Overall, we are very satisfied and will use you again.

If I ever have own a business I will be coming to try and steal him from you guys! He's one of kind, whatever you guys are currently paying him he deserves five times more and I mean that!!!!

Aleksey BWe liked the installation, but it was delayed by a week, supposedly, due to FedEx delivery problems. We just wish that Spencer and Hairo would let us know about it apriori because we actually arrived at 7 am to U-Haul location on July 4th just to find out about this mix up. Eventually, the hitch arrived on 11th and it was installed on 12th. We had to mold our schedule and cancel our plans because of daily delays for 7 days. Otherwise, Spencer promised to install it within 4 hours and he did, which we liked.
OLEG MThe GM on staff was fantastic and handled everything I needed quickly, professionally, and with friendliness and courtesy. The rest of the staff didn't know how to solve my problem, but they were friendly and quickly sent me the manager.

Juanita SI used the app to make my reservation, and based on my needs the 4' x7' trailer would work. However once I started loading I quickly realized that the trailer in the inside is not 4' wide and is only 3,5' and 7,6' long(the width was what was needed most). I had to make 2 trips to the items I needed because of this. When finished I took the trailer back and asked how the measurements are taken and was told it's from tire to tire (inside )(which measures 4')). Also was told that the measurements are listed on the website, well I used the app and didn't see any specifics regarding "usable space". As a customer if you advertise 4'x7, then it should be 4' x 7' of useable space.

JACOB KIt depend who is on the desk waiting for you if is it same old women with glasses then she's gonna give you bad memories !! Last 5 years I keep using uhale for my business because it cheap and close to my house but I had couple of times very bad customer services and brake downs last one and worst on De Soto and Devonshire even on red light because they got lazy even put one gallon fuel so customer can make to gas station !!! They need normal responsible people here plus uhale need to add fence or gate so this homeless can't sleep ,still fuel or bother customers !!! It doesn't looks nice for company big like uhale !!!
Sargis MA few weird things, i paid for six blankets and didn't get them, also counter clerk read my gas gauge higher outgoing than it was. So another clerk read the gauge correctly and changed my reservation. I'm not thinking these things were intentional but there seemed to be some attitude from the first clerk and not from anyone else.
Elizabeth SThe only issue which was very frustrating after a long day of moving was the U-Haul app crashed, glitched and did not work at all. I spent an extra 30+ minutes in the parking lot trying to check in the truck. But the most important thing is the humans I interacted with at the location and on the phone were amazing, kind and helpful!

Initially, my experience was terrible due to some extremely bad treatment I received from an employee and the manager being only somewhat helpful. I was weary every time I had to return there. Thankfully, there must've been a change in management and employees because from my third revisit onward, everyone was exceedingly friendly, helpful and polite.

Also, the lights shut off within a minute, so I hit my head because it went dark when I was retrieving things from my storage unit. Completely unsafe

He initially couldn't find my reservation and then didn't acknowledge he found it and made me feel like it was my fault and I did it all wrong. After I saw the unit, I went in to speak to him because it was too small. He initially told me that he didn't have a larger one when he had just told me that there was one bigger when he couldn't find my original booking. The reality was he was having trouble finding it but could only admit that much later. I apologize for us getting off on the wrong foot, which was glad to accept, but he did not reciprocate in any way, so I gave up pursuing that path. A few hours later, as I was unloading, his employee ignored me as I tried to ask him 3x why he was walking around my trailer. When he finally responded, he was totally disrespectful. He rudely told me he worked there, as if that gave the right to do whatever he wanted to and dismissed people who speak to him. This angered me so I called him on that and he just upped his rude attitude. I told him he must hate his job and he physically threatened me. I then told him I'd call the police but he didn't seem to care. The manager came by right then and I told him what happened and all he did was tell his employee not to talk to me. There was no apologies offered and his employee was reprimanded in any way. The manager did give me an extra day on my trailer rental for free. I needed that because all their storage units were much smaller than I expected and the only other unit available was slightly bigger than the one I'd originally rented. I thought of finding another place to storage but I had to return the trailer there so I really had no choice. I wasn't told it was on the upper level so I had to spend a lot of time negotiating what I could actually put in the space. The whole experience didn't make me feel valued as a person but as just another nameless faceless customer who clearly doesn't have feelings and shouldn't speak out their thoughts when they're being mistreated. It is also clearly a place that has a culture that promotes not admitting to doing anything wrong and never apologizing, and that offering additional days free makes up for it.

Entrance size to storage unit not listed, it was doorway sized, not the full width of the unit. Unit, even though it was taller than bottom unit, not meant for heavy boxes since the boxes would have to be carried up a ladder.... Big safety issue!

Secure building, which is great, as our storage units at Public Storage were broken into 3 times this year. Especially convenient setup when you need to rent a truck or trailer and your storage unit is right there at the same facility - and first months rent was free because we did rent a trailer - that's how we found out about their storage facility - a $150 savings! Clean facility, well lit. On a scale of 5 stars, we actually give it 10 stars. Well done u-haul!! Personal request - Please build bigger units, we'd love to move all of our storage needs to you. Thank you for providing exceptional service
