Very helpful when I came in. Check in was quick.
Real good set up for rental. Quick, easy - mobile AP was well put together. Upon return of vehicle there was a minor snafu that staff corrected quickly. Final bill was actually lower than quoted!
Everyone at this location is very helpful
The phone drop off instructions: I clicked “return truck†The directions told my to verify that my gas level matched my pickup level, and truck was clean etc. and told me to put keys in afterhours drop box. Which I did. I then inadvertently pressed “return truck†again. The directions then took me into the directions to take photos of the return truck, gas level etc. Somewhat confusing.
The Staff at this location is astounding!! The staff displayed courtesy and were very helpful. The U-Haul establishment is very lucky to have a team who appear to love their jobs and are happy. They communicate well and are problems solvers(they assisted me over the phone will a ACH draft billing issue). the problem was solved in less than 15 minutes without being transferred. This type of customer service in today's America is becoming extinct. Please, what ever management is doing to keep them happy please continue to do it!!! :):):)

The equipment was functional. The trailer rub rails were older and I could barely slide a strap through. Also the end of one side was not attached so could not be used. The door was also difficult to use
My original reservation at a different location (Belk Blvd) wasn't available. The truck was broken, but no one contacted me to inform me. Thus, I had to go to this branch to get a replacement truck, which also wasn't available here. The team at Midlothian turnpike was very helpful and helped me find a replacement truck, but all of this meant that we were 2 hours late to our destination.
I appreciate everything you did for me in regards to my son didn't charge me extra that means a lot you have a customer for life
This is a great location I visit fairly often. The associate who helped me load my car on the hauler was fantastic. Very friendly, professional & helpful!

Perhaps consider extended hours for vehicle drop-offs.
The trucks are parked too close for an individual to go through and inspect the truck. If it rains or snows, the only way around is by going over the grass which creates a mess for your shoes and eventually inside the truck. Recommendation would be to reverse and park trucks instead. Improve your smartphone app for android. It doesn't work efficiently. It couldn't recognize my location even though other apps on my phone could see my location. I had to retake the front part of my license like 3 times before it was accepted. Sorry to say but U-Haul doesn't seem to be 100% ready with their mobile check-ins.

I paid rental fees for furniture blankets and a utility dolly. Neither were in the truck when I got home to start loading. I'd hired moving help, so, there was no time to return to the rental location.
This is the better U-Haul place to be.
As always, this location handles my rentals as quickly and professionally as possible. Would always recommend this location.
Megan and Monique were so helpful in getting my reservation worked out. I had set up a reservation for one day round trip but there ended up not being a truck available from my pickup spot. Beth called me and was great with fixing it for me and was very generous with a discount. It was all very confusing so my pick up and drop off wasn't the easiest process, but Megan and Monique did a very good job figuring it out. They were great!
We found Kurt to be helpful, informative and very polite. The entire process was smooth and the use of the trailer invaluable. The triplet was easy to use and pulled like a dream . The instructions on the fenders were a smart idea. We are impressed with all of it. Thanks again
The U-Haul Midlothian Team as well as Mrs. Nicole's Team (Parham Rd. or Staples Mill Rd.(?)), was such a blessing to us. AWESOME personalities and customer service skills! I had 3 U-Box containers, then switched to a regular storage unit. So overwhelming, but the Midlothian Team made things work out pretty smooth. They went above and beyond, they took great care of us. So here's to you all, HUGE KUDOS to Mr. Kurt & Ms. Nicole's Teams! Thanks for all your help, it was very much appreciated! We will recommend everyone to your U-Haul locations. KUDOS TO YOU! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!
Very busy and inadequately staffed for the demand. Handled the transaction quickly and professionally once I got though the 30+ minute wait.

I have used service at this location many times since 07/2015. I had two credits worth $21.01 for return of television package boxes i purchased there. Reps Janet and Kurk each handled the refunds. When return truck Alvin Shepherdson was clerk. I gave him my papers for $42.02-credit. Kurk came in AND TOLD HIM HOW TO APPLY THE CREDIT. When i look at my two emails minutes ago related to that rental. HE DID NOT give my my $42.02 credit AFTER Kurk told him to do so and how. When Alvin gave me the receipt did not look at. Threw it garbage right instore your store. I am going there in the morning to express my displeasure

I was scheduled to pick up at the Parham Road location at noon on Sunday. I arrived at Parham and the attendant said he should have called me since the trailer was broken. He sent me to the Glen Allen location where he said traffic had moved me. I arrived at the Glen Allen location and found that it was closed on Sunday. I called the Glen Allen attendant who connected me with traffic. Traffic sent me to the Midlothian location. Since I had been kerked around so much, traffic agreed to give me an extra day. I arrived at the Midlothian location and they actually had the trailer and were open. The attendants couldn't figure out how to do the extra day so they said they would book it as 2 days then change it, or something of that nature. After hours of delay and roaming around the area, I used the trailer and returned it several hours early without further incident. I received my email receipt and saw that I had been billed for 2 days instead of one. I called the Midlothian location and the nice lady corrected the billing immediately. I will evaluate alternatives when I rent equipment in the future instead of my foer automatically calling Uhaul

Being the former manager of this location it was in very good condition and the store manager Kurt is an asset to your company and has trained his employees very well. I will always go to this location.
My Uhaul smelled so bad and continued to smell on the next day even after we had let the window down personally. My gf and my cuzzin could barely take the smell. The staff isn't bad but personally i think i should have gotten a better credit back i paid for a truck not funk

Always a great crew here, John was quick to assist with finalizing check-in and Ozzy was quick with the setup and some extra info on the trailer. Solid crew at this location for sure!

Tell your workers to explain to there clients that they need to specify the guidelines before they rent equipment
They seemed a little understaffed to keep up with the crowd at 2pm on a Saturday, Aside from the wait, it was all good.

I want to take this time to thank Uhaul for their service they provided for me for over the past six years. Uhaul always kept me informed when changes occurred with with office hours and with annual charges. I would definitely refer a friend if they needed Hey safe and secure a place to store there items.

Easy experience overall. I was able to drop off and pick up U-Haul trucks from this facility as well as rent a storage unit for two months. Everything was in clean, good condition--no complaints!

My 20 yr. storage relationship with Uhaul til moveout: A+. Staff, (esp. Kirk & his family) were ALWAYS pleasant, available, and willing to assist. Fees, higher than others, but service is impeccable.

My only disappointment was that I had my space for eight months and had to vacate due to rent increase and I have two spaces, I could see after a year, so it was a inconvenience

Everything is OK. Onlyone issue. We ordered indoor parking for my car but when I went to the office, they didn't have indoor parking. So I have to park my car outside.

The facilities are fine. My problem lies within the payment policy. Once I fell behind, I wasn't allowed to do a partial payment. Which caused me to NEVER be able to catch up. Lost EVERYTHING!
Kurt was great and reached out to me in a helpful and timely manner. He also worked with my sister to get everything sorted and save us some money. Highly recommend this company.

After being a loyal customer for over 8 years, John admonished me about my tone, because I questioned an added charge to my credit card. Kurt had always provided me with the BEST service for years.
This was the worst experience that I could have imagined, clearly defined in comparison to a baseline appraisal of "a secure place to store my things, temporarily". Get the act together. thanks, P
John was absolutely terrible, during our interaction, he reminded me several times that it was almost time for him to leave. He charged my card, $200 when i specifically told him not to.

Staff was always rude when i needed something
Main gate was broke, with a dummie chain. Security door where use your card to get in was broke...I was late the last month and they put a lien fee the day new rent was due the same day we moved out.
Pleasant, clean and always well stocked with trucks & merchandise. Helpful staff, safe facility and friendly staff. I would recommend this location over all of the others. This location is tops!!!!!!!
