Not obvious where to drop off keys after hours. Not very visible in glass door and took me over 30 minutes to locate it and U-Haul rep on phone had no record of where it was and online it showed no location and wrong type of drop box.

Cortney G.Had to hunt someone down to return my truck. The sign at the return area said to stay in the vehicle someone will be out to take care of your return. Waited for 10 minutes. No acknowledgment. Finally I went inside the building and had to ask for someone. Handed the keys over.

John L.Some clarity on the after hours return policy would be nice. The verbal instructions I received did not match the written ones. If I followed the verbal instructions ( which said nothing about using the uhaul.com website), you could have charged me an additional fee. It was only by noticing a small sign at the drop off location (after hours) did I learn of this procedure and possible fee. Thank God it wasn't dark outside.

Sean H.Don't make the mistake I made and trust the manager to be honest. Take pictures of everything and make sure to stay for the inspection. I was charged extra when I didn't even make the estimated mileage amount. The manager lied and said I did add back enough gas. I got the distinct feeling that he did not like people of color and I will not be returning to.this establishment.

A C.I rented a motorcycle trailer for 24 hours and only had it for 2-3 hours then returned it. I then needed it again that same day less then an hour later and was forced to pay for another full 24 hour rental meaning they charged me 48 hours in the same day and the attitude I got when mentioning this was ridiculous to say the least. Horrible service if they expect return business for sure. This isn't the first issue I've had with this uhaul location either, they called the cops on me pointlessly the last time I rented from them and the cop laughed when I returned to meet with them. They tried making a false report to the police and told them I was stealing the rental I paid for that time then blocked me from renting the following time until I fought for an hour on the phone to have that fixed so I could rent again. They never did anything for the inconvenience even though it took about 3 hours of my time.

We originally ordered a 20'er for Gilbertsville pick up. 2 days before pick up we were informed we had to go to BenSalem to pick up and it was to be a 15'. This was 1 hr drive one way. We got there and they didn't have the truck. He got on the phone and got us a 20' but we had to go to Colman, another 25 min drive. We were to get a $50 credit out of all of this but that hasn't happened either. Not happy with U-Haul. This is the third time we have had issue with U-Haul.

John W.I enjoyed the best U Haul experience ever, beginning with the operator (Mel), who handled my initial call and tracking a suitable truck and auto trailer which happened to be located at my local store (Colmar). When I showed up in store I was processed right away (Robert)- both employees were very courteous and professional. We went out, hooked up the trailer, went over procedures as well as existing scratches and off I went. The pickup and trailer operated flawlessly! Thank you for allowing the purchase of my son's first car to go smoothly!

Jessie C.I got there and stood in line for a half hour, and I was not showed where the truck was I was just told to go find it…and it was pouring rain outside so it was miserable to go find. And then when my dad got the truck to the destination he was not happy bc the truck was pulling to the right and was shaky so probably the alignment was totally out, and then after everything was said and done, I get charged for fuel???? No one told me I had to pay for fuel. That should not be the customers responsibility. I always go to uhual for all my events and I'm not sure I will next time. Very sorry to say this was not the greatest experience.
Denis V.Loved that we just dropped off the vehicle and that was that. It was so quick and easy. They had a lane for return equipment and we just dropped the truck off, handed an associate the keys and they said we were good. They emailed me the final bill and it was so easy.

RAMAZ S.Slightly more detailed instructions on the mobile app for after hours pick up - there were two sets of keys in my lock box and I grabbed both but when I returned the truck I learned I didn't need both and I had accidentally taken someone else's keys.
James S.The local agency was great...but U-haul organization needs some help. I reserved a truck from one location, but when I showed up, the agent told me our reservation was switched with a different location. No advanced warning. We got to the new location 30 minutes into our 4 hour rental and we were told the moving dollies we reserved aren't available. This was critical so my wife and I wasred another 30 minutes trying to decide if we could buy moving dollies from a nearby Home depot. We decided to take tge truck. We were told the truck still needed to be returned by 2 pm (only 3 hours). We complied...but it added extra stress to the logistics of our move. The local agent did commit to crediting back $50 dollars because of the missing dollies, and for that I am greatful. But I still think we should be compensated for the extra hour we lost as well.

I originally arrived to the Colmar Storage with a reservation, but I could not access the unit, and it was still listed as TBD. I called UHaul and was told to book a second storage reservation so that I could gain access, and that the reservations would be combined to give this unit as my free unit. The other unit was cancelled, however, the new unit was never moved to be my free monthly unit. This process took me 2 1/2 sitting outside the storage gate at UHaul in Colmar.
