While verifying that the equipment has been returned by using a mobile device is wonderful in some ways, it should NOT be a requirement. Doing so is dependent on; having a device in the first place, and, being able to connect with said device, it should not be a requirement to do it this way, and there should definitely be no "convenience" fee associated with having a U-Haul representative verify that the rental was returned. Go back to the old way, if the rental is on site by the start of the next business day, that is good enough. A shout out to the staff at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Concord NH for working with me on this.

Windshield was totally big splattered. Seat had sticky residue on it. No one told me to return the truck with the same amount of gas as when started. I filled the tank costing me approximately $50 more than I should have spent. Not happy. Dr. Del Ogg

Very smooth experience. I liked the online checkin. Truck was in very nice shape. My only minor complaint is that I don't really like the idea of having to return the truck at the same fuel level as it went out. I think it's much easier and clear to have to return it full.

I arraigned for a small unit online which, upon my arrival, was rented to someone else. Was given a larger unit and promised a call within 3 weeks, about smaller unit Never got a call & and moved out.
