Customer service person was very indifferent when I discussed the cost of the truck that I was not aware of. Attitude was very abrupt.
TRACY LNeed more people at the desk when customers come into pick up trucks. Know your hot times which I imagine would be early mornings each day of the week. Important to staff accordingly.

JESSICA SClean facility, and very patient / gracious staff. After experiencing a catastrophic car engine failure, towing it was just another problem on the list of already numerous headache-inducing problems. This facility and early morning customer service was exactly what we needed. Even after I made a mistake with the paperwork, they happily re-did the entire reservation. The only issue was the daytime running lights on the trailer itself didn't seem to work, but the break lights themselves did. Otherwise a good experience towing it across many state lines and through a lot of weather. ;'/ ;/'
THOMAS MI did reservations for a U-Haul and a storage unit. It was reserved online. I went there and did my paperwork. The representative fail to give me my storage unit or put it in the system. I packed my items and went to the storage and I didn't have a storage number or unit. This was a mistake That was unacceptable so I had to go all the way back home with no storage unit, which caused me to use extra mileage that wasn't in my budget and caused me to do a move out delay. On top of that me thinking I had a storage unit there and couldn't find the storage number called customer service and they say she did nit have me down for the storage unit. I had to move my furniture with my 16 year old son alone because my move into my storage was delayed and the helpers wasn't available the next business day.

Since the average customer does not know how U-haul operates the quick rundown of requirements and procedures caused me inconvenience and I didn't receive my appliance dolly because I had no idea it was set outside of the front door for me to pick up as I left the bldg. Didn't realize it wasn't on the rented truck until I was in traffic and couldn't turn around. The rehearsed responses need improvement in delivery. Merci

TINA ZThe equipment was clean. However, the trucks meed to be serviced. The truck I had jerked horrible The whole ride. It wouldn't go over 50 miles per hour on the freeway at certain times. It seemed as if it was straining to accelerate at times. Which made it hard to drive on the freeway. I thought it was going to break down on me about twice during the move. One of the windshield wipers was not working . Please service your trucks for all the money being paid the trucks should be in better condition. The clerks at the facility were very professional and nice though.

Demetry cThe 10 foot truck and utility dolly I ordered were not available. I scheduled the rental for 4 hours (10 to 2). It took an entire hour to complete the transaction (waiting in line, disputing pricing, couldn't use CashApp, inspecting the cargo van), and I still had to bring it back by 2. So, of course, I was late, bringing it back at 3 and was charged another $28. But the van was clean.

PAULINE BOn more than one occasion I was promised a call back from the manager. And it never happened. In my opinion service was not given at all, which is worst than bad customer service. Bad service means she at least tried. Which she did not.

MARK OI ordered a van but was given a truck instead. There was at least 5 vans on the lot. A customer should get what they ask for.
Khary GI had a decent experience with the truck. But my contract was initiated with the truck having a full tank of gas. I was instructed to return the truck with a full tank. (Which I did). But the truck did not come with a full tank, it had 3/4 of a tank in it. I tried to explain that to the girl at this location and she said there wasn't anything she could do because the contract had already been created. I essentially paid for someone else's mistake. And the mistake of whichever employee was supposed to check that truck in when it was returned the last time and before renting it out to me.

BRENDON RThis was the worry experience I have ever had. I booked on a Tuesday or Wednesday for a Sunday pickup through Tuesday. Friday they called saying that they pickup was not available at the original location and had to move it to another location. I was okay when that. On Saturday they called and confirmed. Then they called again to say they didn't have the vehicle in stock and needed to cancel my order. In that same call, they found a vehicle. Then they called me back and said it was unavailable and in the same conversation, said it was available and would be ready at 8:30 AM. I asked was she sure and she reassured me. I also received 2 text messages confirming that. On Sunday, I get there after receiving another good morning text and saying everything was good to getting there and no one but the detail guy was there. I asked him who I needed to speak to and he said he didn't know. he informed me that they open at 9 AM, and I said my rental was at 8:30 AM. I asked where the key box was and he didn't know. Liz, the csr, came in a few moments later and I asked her if I could get here and she said that they weren't open. I explained what was going on and she said oh well, I can't help you out until 9 AM. I was already on the phone with customer support and they couldn't get my confirmation number to work to sign-in early.. I explained that fo Liz , csr that was not friendly), She then went and got another CSR, Makeylia (who I spoke with and confirmed everything with ion Saturday) and I explained to her what was happening. She said that it was an overnight rental and I was suppose to check in with the app. I explained to her that I was on the app and speaking with customer support at the same time. She too was rude, walked off and got back in her car. The customer support agent had given me a new rental, because the local store where I was at and who confirmed everything had canceled my previous rental. and that is why it wouldn't show. McKayla said she had not done anything to say. Once that was straightened out I was late to my pickup and didn't leave until 9:45. I was late to my pickup. They parked the truck in the wrong position and I asked the detail guy and Liz if they could back it out for me because I couldn't get to the driver's side and get in the truck. Liz said she was helping others and I would have to wait. I eventually had to crawl over the front seats to get to the driver's side side to crank and back the truck out. I also asked for help with the app and was told by McKayla that she doesn't use the app, because she's not the customer. Yet, she keep telling me to use the app and when I asked her questions pertaining to uploading images to the app and she and Liz just would look at the phone and tell me what to do. I did it and it still would not work. She told Mckala and she to take pictures of it with my phone and keep them. Horrible experience and customer service. Might I add, all of this was done in the cold RAIN!

MATRICE A | Expérience généraleThis space is good if you need it for business. Here is why I rated this space 4 stars! It is a secure space with helpful and accommodating staff. They had rolling racks, to put items in storage. I like that they had cameras . When we had items from our storage unit that we didnt want, they have a free space that is open to give it away for whoever wanted it. I also like that they had a bathroom on the main floor and an elevator that worked. It was always clean. The staff is friendly. This was a good storage unit for the 2 years used. It held our things well. When our organization started, we had a small space. Then we realized that we needed a medium space. The staff provided a smooth easy transition. Here are the reasons I could not give it a higher rate of Excellent: The price increased, every 6 months. I didn't like that the automatic timer lights would go off to quickly and you could not reset the timer for when you were there. Once inside the storage unit, it could use a lot more light. In the summer it was hot and unbearable at times at above the mid 80 degrees and over.

Aryelle S | Expérience généraleMy experience with uhaul has been over 8 years in 2 different locations the parking is very minimal for customers who pays storage most of the time on the first of each month and the last of the month ,people coming and going to many uhaul truck takes up all the parking for paying customers ,also the prices fluctuate to much especially for those who uses this facility for business purposes but i am happy about the storage you provided for unwanted or damaged items out front in the bin and i also like that you have a sufficient amount of carts

It is fair and reasonable to refund customers for any unused portion of their rental time, unless the unit remains vacant for the duration of the unused rental period. This policy does not prioritize customer interests and could be seen as withholding rental time unfairly. It's being interpreted as Rental Time Embezzlement and Holding customers funds unjustifiably.

Demetrious B | Déménagement en ligneThe storage facility roof started leaking water and ruined $4k worth of collectable, and the insurance adjuster was very unhelpful and we only received $880. The elevator was not working several times and we were not able to reach our unit as needed. The unit was in a climate controlled floor and it was often above 95 degrees when I was there. I am super disappointed in my uhaul experience and plan to not ever suggest it as an option to anyone. Hopefully, you can make it a better experience for others in the future. P.S. Kendra M | Expérience généraleI technically got a truck on Saturday, December 22nd, moved out and returned the truck the same day. My only issue is with the insurance company for U-Haul. On October 18th while loading some items into my vehicle that I got from my storage, I tripped over a speed bump. The effect was so hard that a tremendous knot appeared on my forehead and black circles appeared around my eyes. I was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Fortunately no concussion. Injured my knee more than I realized. Even though the incident was my fault, I still should have been given some consideration (like free storage for a month, etc.) particularly since I sent pictures to them showing my injuries. I want to thank those who were on the scene to assist with putting my items in my vehicle, securing them until my next of kin came and particularly for the employee who was rubbing my back while I was face down and praying for me. Merci.

Also, upon my close out on Saturday morning at 10:00 one of the ladies ( with longer hair) sat, ate, & had myself & other customers waiting, seemed bothered that she had to walk me to my until to remove a lock & prior, she asked another male employee to assist me ( he had long hair dreads), he didn't want to assist. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. However, overall, I appreciate the safe & clean unit that I rented & the facility securing my lock when I had not.

Myself and a friend had to walk all of my furniture up THREE flights of stairs, because the elevator was out of service. I broke several of my personal items & even got hurt a few times. It was horrific! If I would have known prior to renting the storage unit, I would have never chosen this location. I was very unsatisfied. I spent almost $200 to rent the unit and couldn't even use the main thing to get my furniture to the unit. The only units that were available at the time was on the third floor. I would not recommend to anyone else.
