Female employee was very rude both on the phone and in person. Made a snarky remark because I didn't take my phone with me to take a picture of my license. Very frustrated that my reservation location changed multiple times. Also uhaul changed my truck size (to be a smaller truck) which caused me to have to do more work for my move. This location also didn't have the furniture pads in stock that I ordered. The team members at this location we're very rude. Overall very disappointed in my experience with uhaul.paul H.

Every employee fight with customer. They a real giving hard time. I reserve a 80 $storage unit and was forced to pay about 139 $. The climate control was very warm it ruined my items. I requested to order a truck to move out from you guys. They wouldn't help and hung up. This was daytime black man and black lady. Also same issue with Hispanic daytime man and woman. I reserved a trailer that was supposed to be available at 7101 Yorktown blvd in Corpus Christi. When I got there they said that they didn't rent trailers. Then I contacted U-Haul customer service and was told that there is no trailer available in the city. I had to switch to a uncovered trailer and go all the way across town to get it. Their inventory system need to be updated to be able to properly track their actual inventory. This happened majority of the time that I rented from them. It is very frustrating. They will change location and don't notify you. You can definitely expect this every time you rent from them.Tilson D.

You can start by not charging such an Exuberant amount of money for a 4 hour rental on a car hauler. I was charged 200 $for the rental and am additional 3,50 $ for God knows what Before taxes. I rented the exact same hauler less than a year ago with the coverage for 75 $& change. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAINELOISA A.
Could have used an exterior wash, but it wasn't bad. I disputed the fuel before pick up in the app, it was about an 1/8 lower than the app or paperwork showed, when I returned it the link in the text message never changed it and still showed it at 1/2 tank when it should have been about an 1/8 lower. The rep in the store took care of it. Why have us dispute at checkout if you will not update it?Winston A.

My truck had a leak in the box, and it rained and a lot of my moving boxes got soaked. Then they wanted to charge me 45 for a 1/8th of a tank of gas. Lots of hidden fees. Not pleased.RONNEY H.

I rented from this location even though it was further away because it was suppose to be guaranteed that the equipment would be there with my reservation. After waiting 45min I was told that neither the truck or dolly I reserved was available. And that even though I had a guaranteed reservation that did not mean it was guaranteed. A smaller van did pull up while we were waiting the hr we had been there but still not have a dolly. Overall it took almost two hrs to get the van and still had to drive another 45min to another location to find a dolly which we had to find on our own. I was very unhappy with this location and would never use it again due to lack of good customer service and not standing by their guarantee.NATASHA L.

The truck was infested with roaches and it took me an hour to get them out.JORGE H.
I asked for a appliance dolly and was told it would be in the truck when I picked up and it was not. I realized it after I left the location, swing back and was told they did. It have any and he would refund me. Not positive that happened but haven't checked yet either. This made me have to drive to my parents house and pick up their dolly which I could have done beforehand to avoid additional mileage I would be charged for. I requested the key be in the truck so that I could avoid going inside and the instructions had me looking for something to put a code in. I searched more than once in the heat that gets brutal down here and nothing. I finally walk inside and ask if I am just missing it and the guy turns around to the keys grabs mine and gives it to me. Says nothing else. Moving is an unpleasant experience without the additional hassle. Fortunately everything else went fine after a frustrating start.Jessica R.

I was over charged and no reason was given. I used less miles that I paid for and allegedly I was supposed to be returned some money back, but instead uhaul took another 50$ dollars like mentioned before for no reason given. Awful service never again.Karen F.
Worst moving decision I've ever made. I was told there would be an option to schedule delivery to my home. However, I being told after the fact they don't deliver to a city less than 40 miles away from the warehouse. My options are to unload at their warehouse by hiring another moving company, doing it myself, or rent another truck to tow up to two Uboxes at a time. I feel completely blindsided. I had quotes for self-loading options that would have cost less 4 000 $. This UHaul debuckle will now cost upwards of 8 000 $. Never again!toyin A.

Cancelling was more complicated than I should have been. The storage area was clean but NOT well maintained. Upstairs lockers have oversized steps to get to them and no lift access.Derek F. | Expérience générale
I had a reservation for a climate control 10x15 at the SPID location however after packing my entire house in Houston and driving 4 hours I am told at the SPID location that they don't have any available. They referred me to their Port location so after arriving there we are given 2 storage options neither are climate controlled which is specifically what I needed. The 2 options included one that still had a mattress and other miscellaneous stuff from the previous tenant or one with Big holes in the walls and grease and dirt all over the floor. So all of mine and my families possessions are now stored in a 10x15 non climate controlled storage rooms with holes in the wall which can be accessed by the room next door but at that point I don't have an option because they tell me I still have to get the truck back to SPID by 3pm and I was out of time. I appreciate being left stranded with no where to put my stuff because y'all messed up the reservation and the extreme lack of caring from your staff. I spent over 500 $renting a truck from Uhaul which I have done several times in the past but this will be the last time I ever use U-Haul for truck or storage and I am going to make sure I tell every family member and friend exactly how my experience went And show them the pictures I took of my storage unit so they know what to expect if they ever have the need for storage or truck rental.
