Rented a car dolly. Ratchet straps were rusted and it took 3 of us to get loose in order to strap in properly. Lady at desk was kind and helpful but equipment was in bad condition

Reserved truck & furniture dolly a month prior to date needed. Upon arrival no dolly was available. Need to honor rental contract needs as moving furniture was unnecessarily difficult without dolly.

The agent at counter never looked up to acknowledge me. The check in person was moving trucks so did see him. Went inside and stood there waiting for lady sitting behind desk to look up. Saw the gentleman outside at truck. He apologized and said was parking another truck. There was four trucks returned ahead of mine and trailer coming in behind me.

Local rental location did great. However, using the online app to return the trailer after hours did not work. I waited "on hold" over an hour before finally leaving the equipment on site.

I was told that fuel level was 7/8 of tank in fact it was 5/8. I drove 37 miles and had to put in $35 of fuel that it a dollar a mile. Also the left turn signal did not work. I will not be using this location again

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service, but the truck had roaches. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. While I was driving 2 started crawling out of the vents. I used the truck to transport balloons for my business, but had I actually had furniture this could have caused major issues and a possible infestation in my home.

Your guy at the desk inside needs training in customer interaction. I observed his curt disrespect for a customer in front of me. Then he was just as curt with me; I was supposed to be happy that I made his job easier (ridiculously inflexible!). He is either not empowered there to make decisions that deviate from "corporate police" or he is just naturally rude. The kid who checked me in outside in the yard was great.

Movers were supposed to get there at 9:40. Got there at 5:30 after hours. Delivery in Harrison was a day late. Not a good experience for me and I'd never use them again.

I was sent to a location for trailer pick that was not open. While there spent 2 hrs. on phone trying to get a trailer, and was told no one in area had that size, but could get next size for same price. Went to pick it up was told uhaul had no right to agree to that. I said is this not haul, and a manager jump in telling me not to give her employee a hard time which i wasn't. After several minutes of discussion they final agreed to give me the trailer at the price quoted. BAD EXPERIENCE

I use this location often and overall positive. For my most recent rental, the pick-up mobile check-in process seemed a bit broken. I arrived, checked in, took the required pics. Was told to find my truck so I did and it was locked up tight. Waited to see if one of the staff would come over as I'm disabled and was sitting on my mobility device but no one did. The app told me to go inside and not to wait in the line. I refuse to be the "jerk" who steps in front of everyone so waited for 10-15 minutes while one person finished up and another was ahead of me. Then told that the staff outside had the keys so went back to the van. I got my device loaded and got in the van then realized that the dolly I had ordered was not in it. I tried numerous time to get the staff attention to bring the dolly by took several times before they acknowledged me. In the end, took over 40 minutes to get the van and get on the road. For someone who is not disabled all the back and forth wouldn't have been as big of a deal. Regarding picking up the keys, I recommend a device at the entrance to let staff know and then they call you up rather than trying to make your customers the bad guys by breaking in the line....just my opinion out of respect for others. I made a reservation for a 15ft truck one month in advance. I received my confirmation email with order number and a pick-up location for the appropriate date and time. When I showed up to the designated address that was provided to me via the uhaul confirmation email, the person behind the desk informed me that I was at the wrong location and had to drive 10 minutes to a different location to pick up my truck. When I got to that location, the person behind the desk informed me that they could not provide me with a 15ft truck. They could only provide me with a 26ft truck. They then informed me to go to Edgewater (30 minutes away) to pick up the 15ft truck. When I arrived at that location, the person was unable to complete my order because his wifi was down. He wasn't able to rent me a truck via a backup method/a paper filing system. I then had to drive back to the second location (again another 30 minute drive) to pick up the 26ft truck. I am very upset with my experience. Not only was I made to drive an additional 100 miles (including the nightmare gas prices) trying to find my reserved truck, I was also delayed by 2 1/2 hours. I reserved my truck for 1pm because I had movers scheduled to move my furniture in the evening. Receiving my truck at 3:30 pm, and then still having to weigh it for a military move, I almost missed my movers time slot. The whole reason I reserved the truck at 1pm was so I could have enough time to weigh the uhaul at the weigh station (another 30 minute drive away), and then have enough time to prepare for the movers. Instead, due to uhaul's lack of preparation, I had to spend 3 hours of my day stressed, trying to find a truck that I had thought would be ready for me at the designated time. Additionally, I did not want the 26ft truck because I only needed the 15ft truck - the additional 10+ft of space cost me in fuel efficiency and additional gas, not to mention how much larger the gas tank was. I am very disappointed and will not be relying on u-haul again.

Had to return the next day because the employee that disconnected the trailer did not properly do paperwork showing I had returned the trailer. So I had to leave my job and return to the store to complete rental. I called and the help desk was no help. The employee offered no apology for my inconvenience. You all should do better.

We booked a reservation for a trailer and received confirmation for it to be picked up at Honest 1 Auto Care in Ormond Beach which was a convenient location. We made several attempts to call both UHaul and Honest 1 before we left the house but neither places answered the phone. Turns out that Honest 1 did not know anything about our reservation (what a surprise) and the guy did not even want to see the email confirmation. He needs to work on his customer service skills because we weren't greeted when we walked in and no apology was given, his attitude was one of he couldn't care less. We drove to UHaul in Daytona Beach and picked up trailer there uneventfully. But no explanation as to why reservation was not honored at original location.

I'd suggest calling the store once you return any equipment (if you drop off after hours) I used them 3 years ago, supposedly had a last due balance. Nobody called me or emailed me to let me know. So pretty much paid twice as much this time. Made my current move way more difficult with less funds available for my new house.

Definitely need to hire more people only having one person working inside is insanity. Sometimes it can take over a hour of waiting in line just to make a small purchase or even to be able to simply ask a dang question!!! Absolutely 100 percent by far the Biggest U-Haul truck rental location I've ever seen , and definitely the busiest !!! They need to hire more inside help

Trailer rented needed cleaning. The overall condition was poor. After about 500 miles the turn signal light failed. U haul does not offer assistance for such safety problems on a Sunday. Had to resort to repairing it myself.

I have used this location at least a dozen times. That location is always understaffed and the employees there could use a lesson in customer service. I tried to use Acorn in Port Orange, but they did not have the trailer size I needed.

Very nice person with a great attitude! We arrived there just before closing so I was concerned they may not let me turn it in until the next day but he came right out to the car and I never even had to get out. He unhooked it and took care of it and I was in and out in less than five minutes.

The gas mileage on the rental truck was wrong, I told them before I left and they said just use the app, I'm busy. Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left. I'm beyond unhappy and would like corporate to contact me.

My U-Box was given to us on the trailer backwards so we got it home, and had to take the whole thing back to have it switched around. Everything I own was in their storage, and is covered in rat poo.

I didn't go to the u-haul facility, everything was handled by phone, I had a U-Box not a moving truck, we packed it and U-haul shipped it. Few miscommunications but was able to resolve issues quickly.
