I reserved a 15' with 2 dollys get to 2400 s nova to pick up they immediately hush me cause they were talking to someone else which they gave my reservation to those people and did not have a uhaul for me so I had to go to another location already mad at the mans rude and unprofessional behavior I did not end up getting a 15' which online says it's guaranteed or we owe you $50 never got that 50 ended up having to get a 10' and it took 40 more mins just to get the U-Haul I made reservations because I had a time limit U-Haul was extremely disappointing from a customer stand point

Man...that's how to do returns! Only one minute after I pulled in and stopped the guy greeted me and asked if everything went well with the truck, which it did. Very easy to handle even in the rain. He then walked around the truck, opened the back, checked the fuel level, and said I was good to go ALL in LESS than 5 minutes. Done goodbye, have a good day come back again and I will.

They forgot to put my e-mail on the contract that caused me a lot of issues trying to check in the trailer when I dropped it off. The self check-in wouild not work. The receiving location (road side location) was not able to check it in. They called u-haul for me and that just took me back to self check in. I had to call u-hall when I got home. They said they would take care of it. I had to call back after 2:00 for confirmation that it was received and the regional office call the drop-off place to confirm it was received and I finaly got my confirmation. This was rediculous and a real waste of time all over a missing e-mail address.

Friendly customer service. I was told I could move my drop off date up. When I called to do so, I was told that not only could I not be moved up, but my drop off date was moved even further out because “it takes 10 business days to ship”. The customer service representative I spoke to was very standoffish and would not provide further explanation as to why I was not told this sooner and refused to answer any of my other questions.

The truck was clean but reeked of smoke. The smell was so bad that I got nauseated and threw up. I had to drive it with the windows down. I have asthma, and I'm lucky I didn't have an asthma attack.

Improve your overall pick-up/drop-off system. If I would have been able to return the truck to the u-haul location where my storage unit was there would have been no problems. You have drop off locations that are not operational, leaving the customer to fend however they can, possibly having to add mileage to their trip, causing delays. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!

I was given the wrong trailer by the male employee who attached this trailer to my vehicle. This trailer was not the same as the one I had rented previously in April of this year and I told the young woman agent, I specifically wanted the same bigger trailer as I had rented before but yet was given this one instead. Even though I objected, the male employee assured me that is was the trailer I ordered and was a better, lighter trailer. The motorcycle trailer I was given was filthy dirty and rusty. It had dried cement mix all over it on the outside on both sides. The tires were caked with dried mud and were rusty and filthy, so much so that they left debris in my driveway. The trailer was never cleaned as it had pieces of duct take and plastic trash inside and looked like it had never been washed, I had to wear gloves to load the trailer as even the loading ramp was as dirty as the rest of the trailer. Upon returning this trailer I noticed that ALL of the motorcycle type trailers were just AS dirty and filthy as the one I was given. I have photos as proof of this if someone there would like to see them.

I had 2 Uboxes stored locally for 30 days. I schedule the pickup of my boxes on the 30th day. The boxes were put in storage on the 9/30 and picked up from storage on 10/29. Uhaul charged me a full 2nd month of storage. This made the experience terrible. I would have understood a prorated amount, but not a full month of storage. The agreed rate included 30 days of storage. Robbery!

As soon as I received notice Saturday, 10-31-20 of rental by email I replied "this is fraudulent use of my credit card, I am not renting anything". Next day I get emailed a bill that Uhaul not only allowed the crook to rent the trailer stealing my credit card information but also let him return it Sunday, 11-01-20 and just let him go and sent me the bill! When I contacted U-Haul the second time they said they could do nothing. Terrible, the thief did not even use my name, just my credit card. Very disappointed with U-Haul letting the crook get away with this!

The truck didn't have a dolly as I requested. The truck itself wasn't very safe the breaks were bad! I only used 6 miles but was charged for 10🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

The trailer we received was separating at the front, the tires were old and we had a blow out on the trip. The repair company had a very difficult time even removing the little rim of tire that was left, said they thought fix a flat had been used on tires glueing the tire to rim. This repair caused us about a 2 hour delay. Think we should never have been given this trailer since you knew we were going to NC with it. I believe we a refund.

The moving van that we were given. Shook all over the road. The wiper blades were falling apart and made it dangerous to drive through the thunder storms we hit. The ac only worked intermittently. Whe. You turned the heat on to defrost the windshield it made the van smell like dead fish. To top it off the van leaked and destroyed our Christmas decorations.

There were about 10 people waiting in line when I arrived and 1 person working the front counter with 2 in the lot. Several of us were there for trailers but even though check in was completed online, they have to process the check in again at the register. There needs to be a better way to grab and go easy items like a small trailer without waiting for 30 minutes.

The location was extremely busy and I waited in line a good 15 minutes before just finishing my mobile return and dropping the keys in the night drop box. I wanted to speak with a person to confirm everything but everyone was helping other people and it was chaos there. After an already horrible experience with my guarantees truck not being available when I picked up then getting stuck with a 26 foot truck that I couldn't even get into the location I needed to use it for... this was just an added annoyance.

Do not randomly change equipment when a specific location cannot accomodate the request. They need to call back and point me to a location that will accomodate my needs. Ie the nsb location did this to me. The port orange location gave my sisters reserved truck away after she phoned and stated she would be an hour late. Uncool!

Cannot rate the above. Had a UHaul Bix delivered. I know the location from having lived in the area since 1984. Have never been at the property. Only driven by numerous times.
