I got charged double the rental price then was told I would receive the other half refunded or 3-5 days at the latest. 5 days or more have now passed since the U-haul equipment has been returned. Rental price was supposed to be 60 $. The U-haul pending transaction on my bank statement has now cleared and shows a total of 127 $. I am requesting the over charge of 60 $be returned. The attached receipt shows the 60 $retuned but my bank does not.Thomas H.

The vehicle was well maintained, but the exterior was filthy,Donald Z.
Pick up & drop off was efficient and easy. Equipment worked well. No issues during a 900 mile trip. This was a 6x12 and a tongue jack would have been a nice option because I had to drop a loaded trailer overnight once. I used my truck jack & had to leave the jack under the tongue over night. The young lady who checked us out could not have been nicer. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about her product. If she is not the manager, she should be. Every employee who we interacted with was courteous and nice. I will say the trash outside was very off-putting. If it is from the homeless, then clean your place every morning.Mary M.

Wasn't happy at all. I went to rent the equipment and they didn't have it even though it said it online. So I had to take something much bigger and it towed horribly. My reservation time was at one and I got there at 12:30 and they marked it at 12:00. I told them what happens if I am late and the girl at the front desk said they are very leanant. I got back at about 3:45 because there was an accident on a road to far from the Uhaul place and I was stuck in traffic for over an hour and a half which I informed them and all they said (Well that isn't our fault) and still charged me for two days. I have always rented from that U haul place which I will never again. Especially in these times when money is tight and I don't appreciate being told (Well that isn't our fault). Don't expect me to ever rent from the Uhaul on International drive in Daytona againMichael G.

The service was good. However, there was only one check in person working so the line moved slowly. Even with a reservation it took about 40 mins to get the uhaul trailer. I would suggest having more than one person at the inside service counter.christine B.
The person I called @ this location was rude & dismissive. I called about charges to my account for cleanup & gas. We filled the tank to the agreed upon level & Joe said it was 2/10 short. Charge was over 15 $. Wrong. Then we left a bag of packing materials in the cab for future movers & forgot one water bottle. Joe charged us 25 $cleaning fee for those two items - ridiculous. 1. The van was cleaned with a blower.They covid 19 process is suck.So when i Drove the van home i did disinfect the cabin for my own protection. 2. The guy when i picked the van up he saying 0,59 $ on milage first 100 miles the it is drop to $.39 when i return the car .They basically tell me i`m a liar vhen i argues on price .He tell me I suppose to get charged weekly rate .When i picked up not daily .My original reservation was for 7 days. Then i extended 2 times. The guy at counter with owner nametag .He absolute have no idea what he doing behind desk. He told me i originally suppose to have the van only for 2 days. Then i did not drive enough mile for qualify for weekly rate. I was furious because when i return the car .Suppose to pay around 55 $to my calculation. I went 391 miles. I prepay 200 miles. The guy clearly stated after 100 miles 0,39 $ per mile 191 x0,39 $ =74,49 200x0,59 $=118(prepaid) deduct 100x 0,20 $ =20 $different what i was told by agent. =54,49 maybe tax what ever. They charge me 112,48 .This is total unprofessional .I own business. This is mistreat a customer and not follow protocol for covid 19 .I hope Uhaul follow up with location and inspect because customer safety is first regardless of bussines.Ferenc S.

Long wait, during disconnect the guy let the hitch slip and scratch my vehicle. The line inside was way long and slow. One guy at the desk and one guy in the yard. Both seem exhausted and like contributed to the yard guy dropping the hitch.Tim N.

I rented a trailer about three or four times in the past week or two. Each time I rented it with blankets and I'll admit I just stuck the blankets in there when we were done and dropped off the trailer. Last night they decided to charge me 15 $because the trailer wasn't clean because the blankets were not folded. I never have folded them in the past. I actually used to own a U-Haul neighborhood dealer and never cared if they folded the blankets. They very rarely we're folded. I called there to complain and that's when they explain to me that was the dirty. That is not dirty. I completely disagree dirty is it's full of gravel or mud. I went back to fold the blankets and the manager came out and probably didn't want me on his property because I can't really walk but he finally agreed to give me my 15 $back. After I drove over there. He could've actually just called me and said I won't charge you 15 $this time but in the future please fold the blankets. Or when I called him he could have taken it off. While I was there he picked up a piece of garbage out of another trailer and I asked him if he charged him and he said yes. Wow 2 seconds worth of work can you charge them probably 15 $. I'm sorry your company Does Business that way. He couldn't give me any paperwork back saying that I was getting my 15 $back and I'm not even sure if he's going to. But I didn't want to buy a trailer I wanted to continue renting from you regularly because I just didn't want to have it in my yard. I am now on the market to purchase a trailer Because I don't want to do business there anymore.Daniel M.

Calling Uhaul and getting someone to answer the call was very laborious. I had to wait up to an hour to talk with a Uhaul rep and at the store no one picked up the phone. Other than that, this location was well run and efficient.Hans S.
