The inside of the rental van was soaking yet. Additionally I was told it would cost $19.95 to rent the van excluding gas and miles; however, after having used the van it was $89.00 because of going out of town. It is completely unacceptable that I was not notified of the price increase at any time during this process until after dropping the van off. It is ridiculous that I should have to pay $70 more even though I returned the van to the initially rental location. The woman who was working was friendly though.

I was surprised to see a location open, but very happy. This site needs a few more parking slots for customers to park. Maybe put customer car in slot where van came from ok? Had all I needed for move like dolly, blankets. Friendly professional service.

The app reservation was fine, but the app for pickup was not very useful and delayed me. However the in-person customer assistance at the location was very help, kept me from making a mistake in my choice, and friendly.

was disappointed that the people who worked there 1) did not tell me anything about the truck, how to drive it, what to watch out for, who to call in case of emergencies, etc, 2) did not show me where the truck was (I had to wander around the lot to find it) and 3 did not offer to adjust the mirrors for me (they required a tool to loosen them, adjust them and then retighten them).

There were at least 3 changes of how the pricing of the "free" unit worked out. I was very annoyed with that. It went from free to...I had to buy a lock for the unit, to the day of I had purchase ins.

I felt rushed to load the U-Boxes I reserved. Online reservations really only assign two days for loading. On-site loading on a weekend means that you arrive Sat morning, but everything must be complete by 4:00 Sunday so that boxes can be stored. In the end, it really only gives you a little over 24 hours to get boxes loaded. Boxes that are not loaded just get turned back, even though you rented them for a month. Online reservations could be smoother.

I wanted to be nice to Uhaul. So, I filled the gas more than I was told (filled full tank though I was told to fill half) Cleaned the truck before I returned. But I felt a very bad experience with Uhaul at the end. I was charged $ 21.40 as an after-hours service fee. I didn't see this fee written in the contract while renting the truck. I had rented a budget truck before and never changed me any fees other than they mentioned upfront. Normally, most of the rental companies don't charge fees for after-hours drop off or for key drop-off. In conclusion, I will never use Uhaul in my life and never recommend my friends and family to use Uhaul. $21.40 is not a big amount for me and Uhaul, but Uhaul gives me a very bad experience.

When I picked up the equipment, I was told that my credit card wouldn’t be charged and only used as a “hold” until I dropped off the equipment the following day in which I had a different card to use for the actual processing of payment. My card was charged, which wasn’t authorized, and now I’m being told nothing can be done about it. Also, no one has offered any solutions to rectify the situation.

My only feedback would be that they underestimated the number of containers that I would need and I had given them a very detailed account of my belongings. I had to pay an additional fee to have the additional box delivered even though I had ordered the number of boxes they recommended. Everything else about it was great.

The employee was very rude to me... I got back to the location at 6:47pm and he refused to check me in and would not help me check in on my phone... He told me that i had to be back at 6:45 if not i would have to check in on my phone but i didn’t know how... i tried but no where on the phone said RETURN... he told me and my family member to GET OUT!! I would never go there again... I rented on Friday 15th and Monday the 18th... Friday was perfect but Monday was terrible... i was crying and upset about the whole thing...

The representative did not greet customers, had a very difficult time with the reservation/software so it took us a long time to even pick up the trailer outside. It seemed like he was not properly trained. When we went outside to attach the trailer he had to take a wire from a different one- the wire had an electrical short and he didn’t notice so half of the tail lights did not work for the first couple hours of driving.

My lights were not working on my trailer hitch. Two of the employees at this location went above & beyond my expectations in fixing the situation so I could rent the trailer. I am very greatful to these employees for being so helpful. Will definitely use this location again.

U-Haul was way off on the recommendation for the number of boxes I needed in NC. This resulted in a second delivery of two additional boxes which cost me more money in delivery fees. In Cincinnati, my delivery person, JIM, was OUTSTANDING. Right on time for delivery and pickup. Extremely efficient and pleasant to work with!

Attendant was unable to print out final receipt for me. Main building was flea infested. Counter had fleas all over it, to which the attendant instructed me to "just smash 'em". Then he took my paperwork and did just that. Really frustrating....hope I didnt bring them home with me. Also while checking in clerk asked for the zip code connected to my card account....NEVER been asked that in any circumstances at a check-in counter. Made me uncomfortable ....I'll be checking my account for un-authorized purchases in the future. Use your own judgement in patronizing this location.

I was originally scheduled to pick up at your Gilbert Avenue location here in Cincinnati Ohio. When I got to that location they were very unprofessional, and had not evaluated their equipment on hand. They failed to service me in a timely manner, and I had to go to the Dalton location because of a failure to properly maintain and know what equipment they had available at the Gilbert site. This is not the first time this is happened at that location, I am very displeased with that location and their employees. Called 1800 number was sent to Gilbert ave location to pick up a car dolly but they did not have one avaiable. The guy at Gilbert location did call the store on Dalton and asked me to go there they would be able to help me. When I arrived there I was slso told they did not have a dolly either and they told the guy on the phone they did not have a dolly a available they did have a car trailer and was willing to rent me that but couldnt do it for the same price of the dolly. I ended up renting the trailer anyway cause the vehichle I was towing had to be moved yesterday. I paying more than what I was expecting and had to go to two locations and still didnt get what I was expecting.

My reservations for the truck were made at the Glen Crossing location and I spoke with her a nice woman by the name of Bonnie if it wasn’t for her this move would not have been good the sales rep at Dalton Street was great as well but Bonnie made this entire event more fun as she was very fun over the phone she was very candid she was very well agreeable she went out of her way she actually went above and beyond to get me what I needed for my moving needs and I would recommend anyone speaking with Bonnie if they have any customer concerns or customer related issues thank you so much Charlene Adams

I rented an auto transport and made reservation for a 30 day storage ,10 by 20 to store a 1927 classic auto and upon arrival I was told my storage area was on the 3rd floor and only a freight elevator

Need access to more than one elevator. People held up the elevator to move their items therefore other people to had to wait until they came down to the main floor, waiting caused me to pay extra!
