The woman who met me to hook up the trailer got in her car and left while I was still talking, and waiting to check the lights. Luckily everything was ok. But, I've just never experienced that.

I moved out before 12-1-2022, it was Monday,November 21st when I moved out both storages. But overall everything was really good and clean. Merci

I could not find out how to move my vehicle to the first floor. It was extremely inconvenient. One of the elevators wasn't even working. There needs to be better instructions on how to access the floor to your unit.

Storage facility wasn't well kept. Had roaches coming from different units and while moving out were on a few of my things!

Everything was great except for no restroom's were available to use in the storage area. I have a medical condition and it requires me to have to use the restroom, and I wasn't able to because it's out of order.

Reserved a trailer, for hold to rent, went later to pick up and they rented it, had to go to another store way out of my way, very disappointed about the hole mater .

Wonderful experience. Only when UHaul is able, add 1 or 2 more employees. The single employee was professional & very nice, but we think you could use a minimum of 2. When 1 must be absent from the deskâ€" for valid readons, of course â€"the other 1 takes over.

The personnel was helpful when I dropped off the trailer, but then he billed me an After Hours Service Fee. The trailer was dropped off one day early and clearly during working hours. I am not happy being billed the Service Fee.

Nothing was ready on time. We had to drive to Atlanta texas. Never got my 50$ refund for having to drive 2 hours round trip.

The lady at the counter is super nice and does a great job. She managed to check us in quickly even with our yakkety granddaughter trying to distract her too. She was so nice that the baby wants to go see her again. One of the rails in the van was loose but we called as soon as we noticed and had no problems.

Don't get me wrong I did like the facility reason being my frustrations is it was my own fault coming at late hours when they were closing the tenant to which was taken care of you is very kind and nice it was me I have a hip problem and I can't walk too far and I didn't realize that it was way in the middle of where I had to go that is the only reason that I had to back out nothing other than that at all I think you for your help Intel the lady that helped me thank you also Cheryl Silvis

Paige Robertson made up for all the stress on my reservations .My account errors , mistakes, over-charges, etc more tolerable . She said Monday she'll look into it. I was overcharged at least $280, even after one location gave me a small credit

Ms.Eva at the Shreveport Louisiana Downtown Riverfront location was SO sweet, nice, caring and helpful. I had to do an emergency move and she did everything she could to help me. Shes a saint! I will miss her dearly, and the facility was the best location possible and I felt like my things were always safe. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I do feel like it was a little pricey though, and I wish there was a grace period for if when I moved my things out I could get my money back for that month. I moved my things out yesterday, so I basically paid like $150 for only two weeks of storage. Other than that, it was over all a fantastic experience.

I enjoyed having my things in a climate controlled room. I had stored a few boxes at my brothers in his shed in his backpack and it's just got a pull down garage door but my things were in there for only about 2 ½weeks and it looks like 2 ½ years! This states weather makes it almost impossible to have things day in and day out in this humidity and it's moisture mixed together is the perfect conditions for this fungus to flourish! At the same time I wl never, ever, ever use the 247 truck share crap again. Way too much to do on top of what you already have going on that day! Not the service but the functionality of it is NO Bueno.

It's always a pleasure working with this location. The only down fall is the unit has a concrete support beam which is taking away available space. Besides that it's always a good experience using the downtown location.
