Shawn C.I was given the U-Haul with only 1/4 tank of gas. This made planning my move even more difficult given i had to fill the tank back up to only a quarter tank of gas.

They went above and beyond to help me find a moving company and when none of them were available they contacted their husband and he was able to help me move out of my apartment into my new home. I cannot thank them enough for everything. This is my favorite U-HAUL location for a very good reason and the price was very reasonable too.

Gary S.Had a reservation for 8:30am. The don't have the truck. Told me to come back in a hour. Came back at 11. Truck still wasn't there. They sent me to Whitehall, 30 min away and said one would be available at 12pm. At 1pm I finally had the truck. Returned it to Easton, where I made my reservation at 7pm the same day 6 hours later. Now they charged me $333 for wrong drop off location.

Thomas S.Overall, I m extreemly ulset with Uhaul. Originally I booked truck @ Bangor, PA location. To make extra money & ripped me off They transfered my booking @ Easton, PA location. I ended paying extra $65 including tax. Basically, I ended up driving additional 40 miles. I tried explaining this particular location & Manager Rubin of the situarion. Both of them told me if you rent, rent or forget it. I think this highway robbery by Uhaul. I will twice before recommending Uhaul to any of my friends and for myself as well. " extreemly worst experience overall"

Joe M.Once I had the truck, my moving day went smooth. The day before I picked up my truck was another story. I “reserved†a truck and less then 24 hrs before my reservation I not only didn't get the truck I reserved but I also had to drive over 30 miles out of my way to get a truck so I could keep my plans in tact to move. I assume it's a truck shortage but it's a weak business plan to just take reservations and not be able to deliver. The people are always nice and I've used uhaul many times but having to scramble last minute will certainly have me rethink who I use next time.

Highway robbery and I will be using every source to put this travesty out to the public!

Then phone calls asking where the truck was?? After 4/5 calls they said they found it. Parked outside the door and keys put where I was told and couldn't find it?? 類 Sounds to me like someone isn't doing their job

John H.Need to change your policy on the gas fee. All because the gas Guage wasn't spot on or over when it was only 2 inches off and you need to level out the truck drop off spot so other people don't get charged for gas that they did already put in it. Because it helps when the truck sits level.

Matthew W.I rented a truck for a couple hours. Went from Uahl in Easton to Emmaus PA and then back to Easton. Under 50 miles round trip. I picked up the uhaul and it had a half tank of gas. When I returned from Emmaus I stopped at the gas station and put $15 in the tank. It put it almost to the line past a half a tank. I return the vehicle driven only 5 miles since putting more gas than I picked it up with and on my bill I'm charged a 2 Gallon gas fee for $8.25. I called to have it removed, I gave the person my rental agreement number the number and license plate of the truck and I'm told they can't find my rental in the system for some reason. I have to drive back over to prove my case, instead of the person grabbing the keys and looking at the gas gauge. Besides feeling like I was being taken advantage of with this aspect, the rest of the process was easy and well done. But now I'll always know I have to cover my butt anytime I go into this place and not leave until after the inspection. The person that I returned it to just grabbed the keys from me. Turns to me and says, is an email receipt ok, I said yes and left. I know next time to say I want to go over the vehicle with them. Maybe it was an honest mistake but it surely didn't feel that way when I got back there. No one even offered to grab the keys and verify my story. I even showed the gas receipt.
Stephen M.Truck was old and showed its age and mileage. Probably ready for retirement. The furniture pads and dolly I ordered weren't ready when I picked it up. I ordered 3 dozen pads but when I went in to ask for the pads they gave me 3 bags which turned out to be only 6 per bag. They seemed disorganized and overwhelmed inside.

Also there should be a big enough dumpster for people to throw things out without being told the dumpster is too full. Other than those 2 things, no problems

Shawn D. | Expérience généraleMost of the workers were friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. There was one time I was denied access by the system even though I was told I had 24 hr access. It was inconvenient because I had a trailer load of things for the storage and I had to take it back home. I went back during business hours and the manager said I wasn't on 24hr access so he made a few clicks and made it so. They are daily checking the lockers and found that I didn't slide the latch over so it wasn't really locked. They put a bracket and a lock on to secure my locker until I came back. The storage business is booming and Uhaul is at the top of the game with competitive prices. All in all it was a great experience.

The first time we rented the truck, they did not have the correct size either. I would not recommend renting a truck from U-haul but I would recommend it as a storage unit.

I went to U-Haul to get an outdoor storage, when I asked the store associate if the storage unit they had was outside he said yes , when asked if a small trailer can be put inside he said as long as it fits you can store it . When we got the card and went looking for the storage we couldn't find it outside . By this time the store associate left for the day , and another store associate had to help us find the storage that was inside the storage facility! Waste of time and money , I would have never left my other storage unit for this one . The guy who helped us was very careless and wasted our time !

I live out of state so it's hard for me to just drive there to speak with someone. I recently filed a claim and the employees have limited experience and knowledge regarding procedures and whether I needed to keep my storage unit open. I'm also trying to track down my adjusted at Rep West which has only been time consuming. I have reported my concerns to the front office this week and hoping to have a resolution very soon.

I specifically asked for an outside unit. They gave me an inside unit with a 5' door in a tight hallway. I can't get anything in there. After 1hr and 40 mins, no one knows how to refund my money.

My storage was in for too long. I have never had an experience with long term,so that could of been the reason for all that dust that accumulated.

I didn't realize until I walked into the facility that I had not reserved the type of unit I wanted. Luckily, the on the ground staff fixed things quickly.
