The cab of the truck had a major leak. Every time it rained the passenger had to get on her knees and hold a bag under it and then throw it out when it filled. It was not a drip leak. It poured in. Filled a bag every 3-5 minutes. I have video of itMichael M.

Paid online when reserving. Also purchased a 2inch receiver and pin for it online while reserving. Total came out to $36.70. When I arrived the associate confirmed my reservation. Once I told him I also purchased the hitch I then picked it out from the wall and found out the Pin came with it. I asked for a refund on the extra pin I purchased and wont need but he never acknowledged it. He then gave me a total to pay for. I told him I already paid online and even showed him my bank account to confirm. He acknowledged and said " Oh we have your card on file I will just use this" and proceeded to charge me again. As I am standing there I noticed another charge for Uhaul $25.25. I asked what this is and why I was being charged more. I got 3 different answers and none of them made sense so I moved on. Finally he asked for me to sign off on a payment for $32.42. At this point I was in a hurry and just needed to go. I was sick of debating with the guy got the trailer and left. I have reserved many uhauls like this and never have I had multiple charges. I just got a motorcycle trailer for 4hours. $32,42 + $36.70. + $25,25 = 94.37. I feel like I never got credit for the $36,7 I initially paid.Kurtis F.

Very bad customer service from that kid Emiliano on 1951 NW Loop 410 San Antonio, TX 78213 (honeysuckle exit), my reservation was not ready, I waited almost an hour then he send me to anothet Uhaul on Eckhert.The boy didn't even have the courtesy to call the other store that I was coming. Horrible experience at this UHaul! I was never greeted when I arrived, had to hunt down assistance, and my equipment was missing a part to connect the lights. Had to wait 45 minutes! The manager was so rude, aggressive, and confrontational when I requested compensation for my inconvenience. He has no compassion or customer service skills. I will not be returning to that UHaul. I cannot submit a suggestion to ameliorate the current rental process. The entire Team Quentin, Hunter and Jose provided outstanding service. Albeit, I conducted the majority (if not all) of my transaction with Hunter. This writer is impressed with the customer service skills exhibited by Hunter; hence the basis of this glowing review. This location found the mistake and brought it to my attention that the trailer I was assigned on my contract wasn't the trailer that I was dropping off for a one-way drop off from Arlington, Texas to San Antonio. The staff was trying to be helpful. The manager however, was a little unsettling in explaining things and what needed to be done to address the mistake of the Arlington location. I was on hold for a customer service agent for over 2 hours. Finally received a call back from a rep named Kristi who noted my account thoroughly with the details of the mistake and notes directly to both managers at both locations. After reviewing the closed receipt from the San Antonio location. The original trailer number still appeared on the receipt as the one on my contract and not the one I dropped off. So to me they closed out the wrong trailer on the receipt in San Antonio. READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE LEAVE ANY UHUAL LOCATION!LaShun F.

I rented a spot to park my trailer and was assured I could use both spots so long as I left a little room for people to access their storage closets. From day 1, it's been a hassle, as the other spot was used to store spare parts. the last straw was when material was stacked against my trailer. Very disappointed that I drove an additional 30 miles with the Van that I rented so I rented so that I could move stuff to the storage facility I was not informed the facility would be locked. So 30 miles at 79 cents a mile I would say that you it u-haul owes me a little return on the $99 I just spent to rent a Van for 24 hours. If I would have been provided the proper information tpermission then I would have come within within the mileage that I expected and within budget of this rental vehicle. It's very important that I stay within budget since I currently don't know when I'm going to get another dollar from any source. First a positive note: Mr. Q. Reed was helpful and very nice both times I needed his assistance! The only reason for not giving an Excellent rating is due to the curb in front of the door to the Climate Controlled units and the 3-step access process to open the door which was often stuck. QUINTON IS A SHINING & STELLAR EXAMPLE OF A PERFECT EMPLOYEE!!! . He went out of his way to correct a lockout situation that was a nightmare of multiple problems created by the person who had not only sold me a new lock the day before, but had also confirmed my automatic payment status AND my emergency contact information. I was locked out w a notice of non payment so Quinton was left to correct a horrid & insulting situation he did not create. He was polite & professional through the entire ordeal. The person who sold me the lock gave me wrong keys so once the lockout lock & tags had been removed, we discovered that situation. What an ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY UNNECESSARY & time consuming mess for Quinton to make right. He handled this entire transaction in an extremely courteous manner. He displayed an honest & sincere desire to please me & did so w a level of integrity that represented U-Haul w impeccable professionalism. The entire transaction also included the transfer to a smaller unit so after the inconvenience to me as a customer & the horrendous disaster left for Quinton to resolve w MULTIPLE steps to regain access to my unit, I was able to transfer from unit B67 to B113 w an ease that, again, represented U-Haul w the utmost professionalism. Quinton was polite; genuine & sincere; & maintained a level of professionalism throughout each & every UNNECESSARY step of rectifying the nightmare he did not create. I am of the belief that his only goal was to be sure that my situation was one he was DETERMINED TO CORRECT!!! He did so & never once displayed any agitation toward me or his fellow employee whatsoever. Not only should he be allowed to train all other employees, he should be promoted to a level of management & given a well deserved increase in salary that speaks as beautifully to him & as highly for him as he did for U-Haul. We appreciated being able to use dollies to move items into the unit. However, I found furniture dollies much more helpful when they were provided at a different facility (not UHaul) I used a couple of years ago! The climate controlled room was warmer than expected while we put items into the unit. We were surprised to see the wall thermostat at 90 degrees before we finished. Mr Martin and me Cruz have to be the best combo ever for u-haul inc. they booth deserve national recognition in there customer service and there ability to build report with ALL there storage clients. Mrs cruz has been nothing but a nurturing woman with advice and tips to resolve and find options to fit our needs. I am happy to say that I will always be choosing there location for all storage needs.
