Trailer lights did not work

I reserved a 15' truck and a vehicle tow trailer a month prior to the pick up date. The day I went to pick it up (which was moving day), neither the 15' truck or the vehicle tow trailer were available and no one called to notify me. I got stuck with a 10' foot truck and the two wheeled vehicle dolly. I had to leave furniture behind because of this and it was a real inconvenience. I will not ever refer anyone to uhaul because I wouldn't want them to go through the horrible experience I went through.

Absolutely awful experience in total and not so much this location. The employee working there was great and there is he did wrong. Reserving equipment is just an imaginary idea.. nothing is actually reserved. The app doesn't work. The employees you call on the phone are pretty rude and unsympathetic to the problems the company created, they also don't know where to transfer you when you need to make changes. I also rented 2 pieces of equipment that I had to drop off at 2 different locations… so that was stupid. Overall, a terrible experience.

At the location on 4th Ave El Centro CA: staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Outside of vehical was very very dirty, which made me think that the cab (inside) of truck was not cleaned after last customer. I sanitized the cab my self. Outside attendent did not show me which truck to take. I had to look over my contract and match number. I was lucky to find a truck with keys in it and running. I guess i took the correct truck. Prior to arriveing at the 4th Ave location, i was at the wrong location. I want to express how well the online operator Logan help me find the right location. Logan was auwsome.

If the customer understands he is renting a 5 X 8 in-closed trailer, but nothing is available except a 5 X 10 or larger, the customer should be allowed to rent the trailer for the 5 X 8 price

The trucks alignment was completely off. Big safety hazard. They kept some of my property that was left in the back of the truck. They would not allow me to take my property back.

We had to drive 70 miles to put up the truck. The truck was dirty. The truck did run well. We had no mechanical problems at all. Upon returning the truck the return site was closed at 10:30 am with a hand written sign they would return at 3:30 pm. Before returning at 3:30 we called the number on the paperwork and we're hung up 3 times. We went back at 3:15 pm there was no one about called again and was told to “leave the key in the orange box” which we did. Since the whole drop off was a little unsettling we called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. The man that we spoke with was very helpful and we received our correct statement quickly.

It was impossible to select the vehicle trailer online. The item was shown plus the price but it was not accepted when I pressed the select button. Though your "call in to request" reservation personnel were very professional it still took 25 minutes to get through. I asked about the issue at the La Habra facility and they said that the trailer was either not available but most likely a web connection at company end.

Agustin was an extremely friendly person to deal with, I had the storage unit for about two years and it was a great experience. The prices had to go up for the unit that's the only thing that I don't like, but this is happening everywhere 路‍♂️

I would not recommend this location purely on the fact that there were multiple unannounced nominal increases to my rent. Also staff was extremely unpleasant, unfriendly, and apathetic every time I need assistance.

The only issue I had was I moved out of my units (2) on the 2nd of June. I had just paid rent on the 20th of May, but I couldn't get a refund for the time I was early. My situation didn't let me use the whole month I had paid for. That's the way it goes.

Would be great to have 24 hour access or at least later access. Not everyone works 9-5. I found hours to be my only issue at times.

I rented a 10 foot truck. 24 hours. I get there This rude punk.Tells me to shut up calls manager. Gives me a 24ft. So I store the stuff there.can't afford it. You sell everything and I owe you 1000.
