Gentlemen had to complete the transaction on his phone. It was reported your computer system has been down for several hours. What would you do if an employee didn't know to use their phone and could not assist customers? This is where the gentleman gets kudos for going above and beyond.

Staff was very professional and friendly. We rented a 6X12 cargo trailer, and it was in excellent condition. Tires looked new. They hooked it up to our SUV for us. I was glad they were open longer hours than most (until 7 PM) as we were able to check it back in on the same day and receive the final paperwork/receipt at that time. I highly recommend this dealer/location.

The manager of this facility Kassie Reeves has a strong sense of customer service going above and beyond to make sure that you are extremely satisfied. She was able to multitask by providing mentorship and guidance to her new employees while tending to the customer. Overall, outstanding service by the manager of this facility

Everything was great compared to my last rental at another location. It would be nice for the employee's, if someone was to get there golf cart fixed and that would cut down time to and from the back area where my trailer was!

The only issue I had was returning the vehicle after hours. I couldn't get the mobile app to work properly, so I had to just drop the keys in the box and hope that everything was okay. That's not an issue with the facility, though, but rather an issue with U-Haul's technology.

It was so much to return the vehicle and then they charged me extra after I had put 20$ in the tank and had to drive back to Uhaul knowing the meter would move a little . I had a horrible experience . And will be requesting for a refund .

Everything was great. I had more stuff that could fit in the storage unit. So I stopped by leesburg u-haul. I got a bigger unit. I came back to Eustis. I explained it to the young man. He said no problem. He even refund my money. That I was not expecting. Because it was 100 % my fault. Thank you again.

I was told by the store associate that I was not allowed to use my debit card for the pickup truck rental because of theft reasons, and had to settle for a 10 ' Box Truck. I feel like I was overcharged. When I originally booked my rental, I was told that I could use a debit card. So , going forward I will not use them . Plus the associate was rude to me when I was trying to get them to understand my situation.

Staff at the Eustis location were very helpful and knowledgeable - both when renting and returning the equipment. Same CANNOT be said for the "original" rental location ("Ideal Dealer Services Inc") as their location was "jam packed" with equipment and the truck I reserved was "blocked in" between a trailer and another truck. Unable to contact anyone for assistance at that location but DID get help from my "usual rental location" (Sanford Florida on Rinehart Road) and they provided much needed help by re-assigning my reservation to the Eustis office (see above accolades).

I filed two complaints in Sept. Both regarding all the leaves, debris and dirt....resulting in a hefty dry cleaner bill for my winter sweaters....no one even called me?? Today, 11/4/23 I came to collect my stored items and close the acct. For unit #529 and I was horrified at what I mice/rats had invaded and chewed, peed and pooped on so many of my things I NEED A CALL FROM CORP--ASAP!!

Have had a storage unit for over 8 years for over 6 months you have to call 30 to 40 times to try to pay your bill and I would be most happy to give you copies of my phone bill then you have the balls to charge a late fee if not payed on time if you don't answer there it go to main office that a Bigger joke after your on hold on any emotion you try even the brake down line 35 to 40 min of waiting on hold it hangs up I don't pay any of my 30 other bills on line but I was forced to 2 times with you to avoid late fees I even tex the Manger over 2 weeks ago about this no response but she has time after you don't answer your phones for day to send a email your bill is do.i took my stuff and found a new place to store it .Peter L Pappas 352-613-5346

Kassie went above & beyond with my truck rental and later with a storage rental. I was under duress with this move, trying to care for my son, who has Stage 4 Lung Cancer and the fact that I had 6 broken ribs due to a car accident. At one point she was actually there to help me get out of the truck! She is truly a great asset to U-Haul, I hope she is receiving the pay she deserves.

Staff was great! Tried their best to help. However , not being able to access facility easily while moving is was a hassle. The gate would not open with code or remote. Staff stated that outage occurred in system causing issue with many tenants. This has caused my move more time and inconvenience than necessary. Again i want to note that the staff went above and beyond to try to assist, but it was just wildly inconvenient when dealing with move and trying to access unit.

The ceiling of my 10x10 unit was covered with rest and old paint , or something. Another customer backed into the door if my unit which left a huge dent and difficult for me to open the roll up door. When the door was hit, the impact knocked a HUGE amount of the ceiling debris down onto all my belongings. A HUGE MESS. Also, I moved out of Florida last September (2022). I gave 95 % of my belongings away before I left. A couch, loveseat and king mattress were left- I called 3 companies to donate them to...Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army. NONE of them would take them because they weren't in perfect condition! I had no truck to remove the stuff. My ex tried to turn in the keys & key fob but Manager wouldn't accept it. Instead of throwing away the stuff and charge me $300-$500, they simply kept charging me.....they want roughly $1500. now. Unbelievable.

Staff very helpful and available. Unit itself left unclean. AC portion moldy from AC not having been drained. We are tearing out moldy drywall and removing damage to make the area usable. We have had several large units in this facility and have always made repairs and upgrades at our cost. We appreciate getting the unit because of the high demand. I realize rental damage is a part of doing business. I would appreciate an option for a better unit if available in the future. Merci

This by far was my best moving experience of all times. The movers were great, friendly and fast. My stuff was handled with h care. They placed each item in my storage nice and neatly. My only complaint is that I had 3 dead cockroaches in my new unit, a dead centipede, and other bugs, put for the most part the storage was cool and spacious. I'm a happy customer

I feel I should have been given a discount considering a couple weeks ago I helped you guys relocate one of your overdue / missing trucks in the middle of the night and it must have been missing for a while because y'all were there within an hour and a half and had a tow company pick it up I asked if there was any type of reward for this or anything which I wasn't too concerned with getting but I was told that I would be getting a call from somebody and nobody ever responded I never even got a call from a representative at U-Haul thing thank you for going out of my way to help you guys recover a truck and that's all I really looked for was for somebody just to call and say thank you but I didn't get it thank you for any kind of discount or anything so do you think I'll ever help you guys find one of your missing trucks again I only use U-Haul because I was in a pinch and had to and we'll be moving my storage unit to a different location that's not a U-Haul as soon as I able to get another unit at my other storage thank you for taking the time to read this if you really did if anybody would like to reach me my phone number is 352-800-8278 thank you for your time. The window seal was ripped off when I pick up the truck. I ask the women if it's ok to drive like that she said yea. During my commute to my destination the window seal keep smacking me in my face during the whole ride. The worst experience ever.. very disappointed with u-haul service

The people were polite and helpful, however, the place was dirty and rundown. Also, we had to pay $25 cleaning fee when we closed out our storage unit, even though we worked hard to make it clean before we left it. Was told that that is just the way it is. They always charge the $25 cleaning fee, no matter if it needs cleaning or not. I will never use U-Haul, again.

Staff was very nice. Storage unit was a disgrace, My boxes became filled with cockroaches, which I did not find out about till moving the boxes in the back of the unit that had been there for 4+ years. My movers refused to move four of them because of the roaches. Much debris and leaves fell from the top of the unit, causing 1/4" of debris and leaves accumulating on top of the boxes. There was also signs of water damage to some of the boxes. No attempt was ever made in 4+ years to gain access to the storage unit to preform any kind of bug spray inside the unit. I would have expected better from U-Haul, considering the unit rent paid over four years. Would not use this location again. Mark Van Saun

Very satisfied with the convenience, assistance and help by staff to make moving my stuff in and maintaining my storage unit. Staff was very helpful when my lock froze up and I couldn't unlock it and finally had to cut it off but was able to purchase a replacement lock onsite. My unit was broken into. I was notified by your staff to come check my unit and when I did I realized immediately that someone has been in my unit. I called the police as directed. Then your employee has the nerve to question me as to how someone got into my locker. I'm very dissatisfied with U Hauls inability to keep my belongings safe. On top of that the insurance company acts like they don't want to cover my losses.
