Mi experiencia fue un poco molesta, porque me habían mostrado un storage y me dijeron q me lo ivan a reservar pq era en un segundo piso y no tienen ascensor me dijeron q fuera a otra locación de ellos mismos pero tampoco tenían espacio y regrese pero cuando llegue,, me dieron el que no era cuando lleve mis pertenencias,, y me quisieron resorber pero lo q me mostraron estaba con olor a ratón 🤢 recomiendo q tengan más organización y limpieza.. pq yo me tuve q buscar otro lugar para guardar mis cosas y coloquen ascensores para q no sea tan incomodo para llevar las pertenencias y uno se sienta a gusto con el precio q cobran.. consideró q es mucho $ para lo q ofrecen.. Jeremy S.While your staff is friendly and helpful, and you cannot do anything about the crime rate in your neighborhood, the facility itself is not in the best of shape. The rodent issue is frightening. The rotten odors coming from different units, the constant smell of freshly burned cannabis from within the building and the overall cleanliness are issues. I fell while I was there on uneven, unmarked concrete. I notified the office and nothing was said or done. It was on camera, but nothing happened. Moved out after 1 month because it was a horrible experience.

I had made an appoint to pickup something at 8 am so I ended up being an hour late. I learned from another customer waiting that this is common at this location and they are always late. I would not recommend renting anything from here if you care to be on time.

I also rented a storage space, I was told it was the only space avaliable and there was only 3 steps to the second floor. Since I was storing a gas range, it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE that there were actually 7 steps we had to manipulate. And the storage unit smells of urine. This was not a good experience.

Bobby F.Had such a bad experience when renting out a pickup truck. You leave property in the truck by accident and when you go back they say they didn't find it and don't want to be held accountable for it. They just lost a customer in this location. After you drop off the vehicle they call you complaining for you to get an extension for the rental even though the truck had already been returned. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend it at all at least this location.

The assistant manager and manager of New Bedford Mass should not have jobs they gave our unit away and then kept giving us units that where not accessible and when given a chance to make it right they kept saying there was nothing they could do and it was our problem. They were rude and talking down and slander about other facilities. They would not watch the video of us looking for our units and they wouldn't bring us to show us any of the units that was unavailable. I will never use you guys or refer you guys and I will be telling everyone about this experience. Your motto is moving is stressful we make it less stressful and that to me is a trash motto for a trash company. You made my worst week even worse for 4 additional days of stress then blaming the customer. I have videos I will be posting on all my social media pages.
William L. | Expérience généraleSince we had a unit that was on the basement level, we needed to use the conveyor belt. Sending the items down worked okay, but sending them up was difficult. The tread on the belt is so worn down, there is no grip, so a lot of the items kept slipping down and we needed to carry them up the stairs. Other than that, the experience was fine.

My 6 year old autistic couldn't use the facilities as It was dirty (and the bathroom) was covered in human blood and feces a few times when I went there. Also I ended up having to stop taking him with me when I went there because people were in there using drugs on several occasions and I didn't want him exposed to that. It was the final straw for me. I felt It was unsafe. I stopped using the facility for a few reasons but that was the main one for me
