The mobile check in is not worth it to me. It took a tad bit longer with me having to do all of the examination myself and wait on the load time. It was a very cool experience, but the process with people is much more efficient and fluid as it relates to time. As it relates to speed and efficiency, many things now days are enhanced with technology, but this isn't one of them, in my honest opinion. It is very convenient depending on the circumstances...but 9 times out of 10 I will go human over tech in the rental experience. Beyond that, great support and service has been my experience for years with using this location.

Lot access is not very convenient from all directions. I do have to say the staff was awesome. With the current short staff issues in all service industries, they handled the large customer flow with courtesy and expertise.

I drove 11 hours to get to town for business/charity work to help elderly people move from flood issues. My reservation pick up confirmed before driving to town was sunday to tuesday. Was called and told after I was in town and had confirmed our business appointments that they wanted to change my rental to only a few hours on sunday. I couldnt risk not getting a truck at all so I picked it up and handled my business. Monday I started getting calls from Andrew about returning the truck and them charging me extra because they had to cancel reservations because of me. I explained my commitments and said the truck would be back the next day. Andrew proceeded to call and harrass me and fuss on the phone at me and stressing me out. I spoke to Crystal at traffic office and explained situation and she said she understood and for me not to stress and she appreciated the work we were doing. She said the account would be updated and to return as I originally planned. Andrew continued to call my phone repeatedly and stressing me out. I ended up in the hospital. The calls continued. When I was able to I called the uhaul office I explained my situation and told them I was working to get someone to bring the vehicle back for me that day. I continue to get calls even though the guy said he updated the account and gave me best wishes to get better. His name was Juan. But as the day went on I continue to get phone calls from Andrew harrassing me. The vehicle was returned that day but I have no idea how much they're charging me at this point.. Especially considering they changed my reservation from what I had originally requested and committed myself to other people for. I don't feel like it's fair to have to incur any extra charges After all that I had to go through

Experience with this location was really great until the day before move day. We received a confirmation call about the truck we were renting for the following day. The employee asked me when i would be returning the truck, i explained that I had reserved it until close (7pm) the day of the rental. The employee said, “unfortunately, we're going to need you to return it by 4pm.” I explained that I made the reservation in person with an employee in that store and I have a reservation confirmation email that states that we rented it until 7 PM. He explained again that he was unfortunately going to need the truck back by 4 o'clock because it had been rented out to someone else. No other help with the situation, no looking into what happened, no making it right… just double booked the truck and we needed to have it back. That was stressful on top of move day stresses. So, Unfortunately… I would say renting a truck from this location was not the best. Although, clean store, nice and efficient employees, but the customer service when something went wrong on their end was very lacking.

I picked up a reserved trailer on a very busy Sunday morning - 10-12 people in line ahead of me. The staff were moving quickly to serve everyone. Thanks for your hard work!

It was ridiculous how this location contradicted the reservation manager. It was constant lying. Everyone was named Andrew and had no name tags. I was told they bumped my reservation. When I arrived another worker stated that there was still a truck available. He wrote the number of the available truck and Big Andrew told him that I was not getting it. I was sent away. I contacted reservations and they made a reservation for 1:30 pm. I arrived and the skinny Andrew said absolutely not. Nothing was available. The big Andrew said, go ahead and give it to me. He then started changing the terms from the reservation. He then said I would have to come back in the morning, he didn't have anything today. He also said that the reservation manager didn't know what he was talking about. He did not know his inventory. Big Andrew told him to give me a truck. The condescension was appalling. Plus the fact that water damaged affected by moving process, they were rude.

As stared above i was very satisfied with the process , this is not my first exprience with uhaul and this location but my only issue is during unique circumstances we should be allowed a grace period if you need more time Before return, recently we had a flood at the storage unit were i kept my belongings we were done moving but we could not exit the gate their were so many people with trucks trying to get out the gate we had a long wait everyone had to be out by Monday and it was congested so we should not be charged after such events if you call about your situation

Florissant was not the problem it was the one in ST peters that sucked Have my damn trailer there when I try to pick up...it wasn't there and you sent me to another location in florissant 20 miles away and got wrong trailer size as well as no 50 off as discussed

Employees need to ask customers to get in vehicle and check mirror placement and if not ok, make the appropriate adjustments. I just moved a 26ft truck across 7 states and couldn't move the mirrors as needed.

I rented a truck for a day. I was never asked what time I planned to return it. I had never rented from Uhaul before but I assumed a day meant 24 hours and that it should be brought back at the same time the next day. When I picked it up at 10am I saw that it was expected to be returned at 4:00. When I asked about it the guy was rude and said I must have told them that. I explained that I never said about a return time because of my assumption nor was I asked what time I planned to return it. He said all the employees must ask about a return time when renting so he questioned me saying “So you're saying you were never asked?” He asked it like I did something wrong or was lying and that I was going to get someone in trouble for making that lie up. I almost walked out but I was counting on that rental. We agreed upon a 7pm return. I wasn't sure how long I needed it but thought I could be done in time. Still it wasn't my 24 hours I thought I would have and I certainly didn't appreciate the third degree and sarcastic accusations. Very frustrating!

There was soda spilled in the inside of the truck! I reserved a truck about A month before I needed it, they made me pick it up at A location 20 minutes away! They told me to drop it off at a certain location, when I arrived they told me I had to take it to a different U-Haul.. No idea what you guys are running, I will never use Uhaul again

The truck broke down. It was a horrible experience getting help from uhaul. I had a hard time contacting road side assistance it took almost 2 hours to get in contact with anyone. The uhaul location was no help and hung up on me. Also I called the cell phone number on the company business card no one answered I left a message. I recieved a call back just to be told to keep trying to contact Roadside assistance. Once I was able to get in contact with roadside assistance the woman who helped me was very nice and understanding to what was happening she stuck by me and listened to every complaint I had. She was the reason anything was taken care of. It took another hour to get a tow truck. The tow truck driver was upset and very rude he did not understand his job nor did he complete it. I was not giving any paperwork for the pickup. His customers service was horrible. All of uhaul's vehicles should be checked before allowing them to be driven by customers. This was a big inconvenience to me and no one seemed to care or seemed to be concerned. This was a horrible experience.

This proprietor now REQUIRES the customer to use a dysfunctional ap sent to their personal cell phones rather than hand processing the customer's drivers license at the desk. It was maddening. It was inelegant and didn't function well. But the proprietor insisted and refused to take my ID and hand process it himself. What if a customer does not possess a cell phone with a camera? Are these people banned from renting Uhaul vehicles? THIS IS ABSURD. In addition, this store proprietor was terse and rude in every other aspect of personal communication. I recommend finding another franchise unless this is a Uhaul corporate policy. If so--I recommend just find another company from which to rent a vehicle. There are no lack of them.

I was told I had to pay an amount and that I wouldn't have to pay anything else but when I went to return the truck I was told I had to pay 174 dollars. I returned it after hours which I was told wouldn't cost me anything extra and I only drove one mile over my expected driving distance.

The trucks are parked WAY TOO CLOSE to each other!!! We almost had to cancel our truck because we could not get into it. My husband was finally able to get in the passenger side and scoot over to the drivers side to pull the van out. The lot is small but about a block away is a Uhaul storage facility with a large empty lot.

Staff friendly and polite. Premises clean and easy to navigate. Everybody courteous and ready to help as needed. Equipment what you would expect from a first rate operation. I see no reason to go anywhere else.
