Unhappy . I made the reservation. Asked specifically asked for a van to fit a 6ft. Couch. When we arrived we had to wait over 10 min. Ended up with sm. Truck . My husband was driver. When he pd. They added on. $14.00 remove??? No idea what that is. Environmental fee$1.00 ???? The total should have been $69.43. Refund of difference would be appreciated & deserved. Truck was delivered to me with the fuel gage past empty. I was told to go fill it myself and make sure I return it with fuel gage just past a quarter tank as the contract was written incorrectly.. I was also told 8 gallons of fuel would do this. ($20 worth) It put gage still below quarter tank. I delivered truck back with gage justness than a quarter tank and received no fuel credit for the extra fuel I put in truck.

okay, to start off I rented this truck on 9/1 @ 8:00 am returned the truck the same day by 6:00 pm I did have an issue with the truck (the keys got locked in the truck, no one was at the station at that time so I called UHAUL right away.. I did advise them that I had locked the keys in the truck by mistake, he said that there wont be an issue, well on 9/3 I got an email that I was charged an additional 117.70 on my credit card, (I had already paid almost 200) for the truck rental .. so I called UHAUL and spoke with someone I was told that I would have to talk to the store, well I finally got in touch with ANDY the store owner/manager and he originally said that he would split the cost of it (which I shouldn't be charged AT ALL) I told him that he should also take off the coverage of 28.00 (since of course that coverage did NOTHING FOR ME... I did have it on the truck which is insurance you all offer so I believe I shouldn't have been charged this AT ALL AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF THIS ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!!

Well explain how to adjust mirrors go over the truck, this truck was out of alignment, pulled To the right, shook when accelerating above 60 mph, we made it work out it was a white knuckle drive down the highway

Andrew was very helpful in resolving an issue, in that the website allowed me to reserve a local truck for more than 24 hours, which he said they do not do. (He said they have to deal with this routinely.) He worked with me to find a solution that took care of our needs, at a reasonable cost.

What I didnt understand was I had a so called balance from over a year ago, in which I knew nothing about. I took care of the bill, but how does a company go over a yr without notifying customers. I dropped my keys off and that was that (a year ago, over a yr ago) Secondly when I returned the truck i recently rental on Sat morning the person who took the keys spent 10 mins outside entering a claim against me due to a crack in the windshield. Since he was taking so long I went outside to see what was going on and he said to me "did you get the insurance" I said no, he said "well you damaged the windshield" I told him I didnt damage anything and if you would have asked me I would have showed you the paperwork in which the employee wrote on my receipts windshield cracked. He then told me well he didnt place a sticker on the truck stating that... "thats not my problem" I told him. He then had to undo the insurance claim he enter in the system. What should have been a simple drop off turned into a 30min drop off, and lack of communication with the person who collected the keys.
