Ensure each rental has the equipment inside and ready to go as per the customers order. This caused delays for us which also caused us to accrue extra charges. We had to add and extra full day for two stupid dollys that were not in the truck as they should have been. Ridiculous.KEVIN K.

The staff was courteous, however I booked the reservation online and paid for a furniture dolly. I got to the store to pick up the truck and they had no furniture dolly. I brought my own utility dolly. I was charged nonetheless for the furniture dolly.Susan T.

You could not charge for a second day until at least 24 hours have passed. You could not take cash and then issue a refund that was less than the cash taken on a card that's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get there when you just took the fucking cash out of my handjeffery G.

Excellent customer service! Convenient location. I wish I could remember their names, but one employee went the extra mile to make sure the inside was disinfected he wiped everything down again, just because he knew I had anxiety about germs. The other gentleman helped me adjust the seat because I didn't know how. They had such great attitudes. Thank you again!Stephanie M.

You had two guys working the counter the same two guys had to go out and leave the people standing there while they hooked up trainers and got trucks ready for other people,In there for 30 minutes to wait to pick up a truck and then I stood there for aanother 30 minutes Just to return the truck,I suggest you have people working the counter and other people looking at trailers and getting trucks ready,It was my first experience with you all and I hope it's my last thanksSteven G.

Andrew is his name, and he is the worst definition of a CSR, I hope I never have to deal with such an individual again. When I came in the day, I was taken care of by Joe who was awesome, but Andrew ruined my experience with U-Haul. I was so scared of dealing with Andrew, that my wife and I had to invite the cops to the store because we were literally scared for our life. Andrew is the rudest employee I have ever done business with, and I hope he is immediately fired or re-assigned because he does not need to be dealing with customers. Andrew should not be in a customer-facing position.Noble I.

The issue I had was returning the truck. The employees were still inside the store 10 minutes before closing time, the doors were locked, and would not unlock the doors for me to door my return. I am not familiar with the no contact return. Thankfully someone was there to help me do the no contact return, and it was not an employee.Deborah F.

The girl that checked us out was very polite. However, when we returned the van there wasn't anyone in the store. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up. I even called the store while we were waiting because we heard someone working in the repair shop, but no one answered the phone. When the guy that was working finally came back I said something to him about no one being there. His response was "We are busy". I might have believed him if I hadn't seen him drive across the street right before I walked in the building and he came back with a Red Bull. I don't like being lied to. Extremely poor customer service. If he was going to leave then the person in the shop should have covered for him. I even called the store and heard the phone ringing in the repair shop, but no one answered.Steven T.
