It's not the fault of anyone working there, but it's really difficult to get in/out of the parking lot. If there was a clear path to leave by going around to the back of the building, it would make it considerably less dangerous.

I swept out the van, so it was better than when I got it. People friendly but seemed under staffed.

Can had horrible smell of gasoline. Rented there 3-4 times in the last month. No problems till yesterday

I find that your practice of changing mileage rate to be a corporate greed rip off of the unsuspecting public. I had thought of U-Haul being fair but no longer and I am likely to never return.

Running lights were not working. Ended up driving 150 miles in the rain at night with no lights. This should have been checked before the rental.

Location appeared understaffed. No one was there when I arrived to rent the truck. And when I dropped it off, there was some confusion about the return location. Associate went inside to resolve it, but never returned. When I finally went in to ask, he was on lunch break

renting a truck was super easy and the pickup truck was great!

I called and reserved a storage unit which ended up being way too small. The lady asked me questions about furniture I had even how many bedrooms which was two with king and queen size bedroom sets. I could barely put 1 bedroom in the unit she reserved for me therefore I had to shop around for another storage place which cost me more money and more money for the movers!!! I'm so disappointed. My move was the worst. Always check out the facility…The young man was very nice and understanding. He apologized and was helping me find some place else.

First of all. The staff could be friendlier, more engaging, and communicate more. They made me feel as though I was bothering them! Maybe they should refrain from using their phones while working. Secondly, call me old fashioned but I remember when renting from UHaul used to be a pleasant experience. You're trucks are so filthy that I was almost hesitant to take the rental. Is it too much trouble to was the vehicles between users?

Staff were great in responding to my last minute rental after having an issue with a rental at another location. They quickly and efficiently processed my rental to get me on the road ASAP. Only issue I ever have at this location is the small physical space/location. Makes it a little challenging to drive a truck in/out of the property.

Full service Uhaul site. Check in procedure is a bit too long and check in instruction could have been posted online.

Oil liight was on and the truck ran rough. It also had no dolly in the bed.

The truck was not clean (DVD case, melted candy and child's jewelry on dashboard, windshield and windows were filthy). Truck, though it had a lot of miles, worked fine.

The staff at U-Haul of Forest Park is very helpful, accommodating & friendly, I highly recommend this facility. The only minus for the location is that the main entrance is situated vey close to the busy intersection which can make it difficult to drive in and out. The storage entrance is further past the main entrance and is not as problematic.

Do not recommend. I was told by the staff that after dropping off the truck I would get a refund from the difference amount of miles used. Unfortunately, I was fully charged $110 for 7 miles and 4 hours with the truck.

I rented 2 trucks a 26 and a 20 foot the 26 ft trucks were clean but the 26 ft truck had trouble picking up speed it would shake to pick up speed but did the job from Chicago to Joliet IL.

The person checking me in asked me to bring truck to the back. I have never been asked to do this in my numerous times renting from this place. He then was very short with me when I asked for a paper receipt. He acted like I was asking him a great, big, fat favor. He said he was busy. Never thanked me for my rental. Note- Normally the service here is good. Merci.

Reserved vehicle was correct and ready to go at the correct time. 10' Truck was brand new, clean and perfect for our needs. Check out was smooth and easy, staff was friendly. Thank you for a great experience Mike! Would definitely rent here again.

The back of the truck had not been cleaned when I picked up the truck, but I made sure it was swept clean before I returned it. I've rented at this location before and will come back again. I'd ask that they make sure the truck is clean and also sanitized in the front passenger area.

For the most part this particular service should go smoothly with little to zero problems. But it's the fact that the employee who was helping me didn't bring to my attention or notice, that there would charges for another day, plus extra fees. I believe it's their job to let customers know that there is another reserve that is waiting for the following dates. I wasn't given an option to extend my time either. The truck needed to be swept before use an the gas tank was on empty. I originally had checked out my rental on the app an it still wasn't processed, I mean at that point shouldn't I get the same type of disclosure in-store, that there is going to be late fees or that someone had reserved for the following day. Besides that everything was just up to par, but full disclosure on the terms of being late or others who have pending reserves should be made to customers attention at the time of rental.

They did not have the size truck that I reserved over a week ago and didn't call to let me know. I had to take a bigger truck that was not great for the downtown location I was moving into. They did not even offer to take off the cost of the moving blankets or anything. It was very disappointing.

My 2 month storage experience was excellent. I accessed the site several times during that time and in all of my visits, I was the only vehicle in the facility. Very convenient. Staff was very courteous and the facility was extremley clean.

There's a serious mouse infestation!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! There was mouse droppings and pee all over my things! I had to throw away almost half of the things in my unit because they were completely ruined. And the price they were charging at this location was outrageous!!! I moved to a different uhaul location that's way nicer and climate controlled for $80 less! Over all I was HIGHLY disappointed with the forest park location and WOULD NOT recommend anyone to go there.

The storage facility smells so incredibly bad. I'm not sure if it's the smell of mice excrement or the smell of the poison trying to kill the mice, but either way it made me want to throw up every single time I went in there. Plus, now our belongings smell that same terrible smell now that we've taken them out, despite multiple cleanings. Furthermore, we had NO food whatsover, yet mice still chewed threw our things. We had to throw many of them out. This was such a terrible experience!

the only issue i had is there upper level storage units are up 6-7 stairs with no lift.

Your facilities are priced way too high$169.00. We had to work around palettes to pull out our stuff. 2 years no mice. Last 6 month, dead mouse skeleton, mouse poop everywhere. Had to throw out stuff
