I ordered a u box to be delivered on /21 and picked up on /24. Shipped to Rochester ny and arrive on 2/12. It was delivered on 1/22 and picked up 1/27and never shipped until 2/12
1 st unit assigned was actually occupied. Moved to inside unit. No light (power turned off), no carts all day. Agent was very professional and did his best. He needs the tools to do his job.

Better your customer service...The only person who knew what he was doing was named Kristopher. We had to go through 2 other personnel before getting to him which took time from our moving time.
Make ALL u-haul locations this good.
Make sure all information is correct that could affect charges towards the customer!!!
I reserved a pickup truck for 11 am. I arrived at 11 a.m. . Justice the owner was leaving to go run a personal errand in the truck that I had reserved. I had to wait an hour for him to return before I could pick the truck up. The gas wasn't full. The mileage was incorrect on the truck. While the truck performed fine I would not recommend this location for anyone wanting to rent a U-Haul. Staff that I returned the truck to were friendly courteous and did their job quickly. The owner just made excuses and behave unprofessionally when he arrived back with a truck that I had reserved.

The tire strapping on the Auto Transport was to short and did not wrap tire we were stopped by Law enforcement
The lock on the chain that is welded or attached to the back door is dangerous. It flips up, swings and hits you in the head-chin when you open the door! Lawsuit waiting to happen!

Tried to tell me that I would have to pay a penalty for dropping the trailer at their location because my contract listed a location in Port St Lucie.
I loved how when I was in the process of making the agreement the clerk was friendly and informative.

The past two times I've used this location I've been billed for supplies I didn't use. I phoned and explained I did not use the furniture pads and was still billed for them even after my husband was told I would be refunded. This is the 2nd time this has happened
Stop charging people for something they didn't get or do.

My overall experience with uhall was terrible
Had to wait long periods of time for service and even on the phone as much as 10 minutes on hold several times.
Tire monitoring system was flashing. Truck was filthy. Service was very nice.
My truck had a low tire pressure gauge that was lit up... although tires looked good. I think that the attendant should check those lights before customer leaves property... All and all great customer service besides that.

The only comment I would like to make is that my service location omly had one (1) rep working during the lunch break, on a holiday day weekend. They were all there when I arriv but left the one man alone and there were not any chairs. Only in the waiting room. Having said that, the rep, whose name was, James, was great. He remained upbeat snf professional tbe entire time. I must also mention, MiQuan, who when out.of the way to assist me during my return visit. Two reps to cover lunch during a holiday weekend would have been nice. I must say though that I have used this location for many years and the service is always tops.
This port st lucie uhaul seems to run smoothly and made it very easy to rent my uhaul. I high recommend !

Their computer system is not good. Even though I did an online register, the computer system made my wait entirely too long.
When I was able to actually speak to the staff they were helpful. But they never answer their phones. I get kicked to the main UHaul number, wait on hold 30-45 minutes, and they can't help me anyway.
Other than challenges reaching local staff by phone, this was a great experience.
The reason of the poor rating is that I dropped the trailer off during operating hours and you charged me for after hours service and 1 extra day. I dropped the trailer off on December 3rd not the 4th. Also I was never told that I had to have a special lock for your facility. I would hope someone would read this and get back to me. I will be in to your business today to get it straightened out.
Very pleasant experience returning the truck, the young man that checked me was prompt, friendly and professional. The process was quick and easy. I have always found the local UHaul locations to be well managed, but Uhaul corp is a joke when it comes to customer service. I tried to call to get info regarding returning my truck to another location, [read some horror stories about that on other reviews], they didn;t even answer their phone !!! Tried their "chat online", no response !! Someone from a local dealrship needs to go to corp and teach them about customer service !!
Unprofessional, equipment is barely functional, and customer service is unsatisfactory.
The cashier asked me for my drivers license. I told him I entered it via app and should not need it now. Cashier response: I just want to see it anyway.

Had an issue where the trailer I rented required a 2" hitch ball and mine was 4" . Shawn quickly resolved it getting me a 10' truck which worked out well. Thanks Shawn!
When making reservation, had to repeat several times the day for Tuesday in November. When I received my email confirmation to verify Jay put in the date as Thursday in December. I called 4x and no answer. Waited until the next spoke to 2 different people and they said Jay would call me back to change the date within a few hours and he never called. Again I waited till the next day and asked again for someone to make the correction. The woman who answered Jays wife said she would tell Jay and he would change and call me. Needless to say Jay never called. I received a text message with date correction from the Uhaul system asking to start check in process online. Which I did the day prior which was a waste of time. Still had to give again when picking up truck. When we went to pick the truck there were 2 staff on site and it took over an hour to get the truck! The truck was dirty inside. When we returned the truck only 1 staff on site and it took 45 minutes of waiting. The most disorganized place I've ever dealt with!!!

At the end/beginning of every month have more than 2 people working because it's very busy & a lot of people are coming & going. Things would move quicker. There was a line of people. Returns & rentals all at the same time. Too much for 2 employees.
Seems when you have 6 people in line only one person is available - but when no customers are there you'll see 3-4 employees wandering around on their cell phones.
I had reserved a 20 foot truck but when I got there they only had a 26 foot truck the truck did not have air-conditioning and the front end was so loose it was hard to keep it in the lane. In the rain it was a dangerous situation.
Wiper blade were so bad the rubber was flying off couldn't see to drive in the rain. Also the movers I hired threw uhaul were awful broke alot of things and also left things at the old house didnt no it was missing until unloaded in another state. Completely dissatisfied
the right rear tire had a slow leak that I had to deal with the rental trip Other than that everything was fine
I went online and reserved truck ... when we got there to pick up we were told they don't rent trucks on Sunday and sent he 6 miles out of my way. Instead of 30 miles I incurred 50
Customer service was rude and not very helpful. The options offer online were not honored in the store. I was so disappointed I decided to take my business elsewhere.
cant call and pay a bill no one ever answers guys just siting around was no help when i asked to use a cart some guy listning to music was mor imortant siutt in the garage playing music not english have a great day ill never stoer with you guys again
The staff members that i had encountered with were very helpful and had an answer to all my questions and concern...👍👍👍👍👍👍 there's an elderly gentleman there at this location he was AMAZING I think his name James (J.P).
Shawn the manager and the other staff person there were very helpful and polite. The layout is a little difficult for getting in and out while they are busy but they quickly moved any obstacle when asked.
We never even moved our stuff into the unit. We canceled our contract because there was rat poisons in the corners of the unit and roach bait all over the base of the walls. Then we seen a dead roach. We did not need a roach infestation in all our belongings. So we never even used it.

They appeared to be understaffed. When we arrived at facility to obtain information on our storage unit we had to wait in line almost an hour to get waited on. Then the card to swipe for entrance did not work. An employee gave us the code so we would not have another long wait
I was so, SO impressed with the staff at this U-Haul location. The only issue we had is that we were cycled through 5 units before there was one that was actually available; they had just auctioned units & they went back into the system despite not being empty yet. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to help us find one that was actually free, but it still made the process unenjoyable at the start. James specifically was a huge help to us in the beginning!
I have never had a problem with U-Haul especially the particular one where I had my storage at the people are very friendly and very nice and go out of their way to help you I think all the staff that work there
It was sad to see a great manager like Gregg leave our site ..we liked that we always had a contact with he and Shawn . The only suggestion we have is to have the phones at the site answered for questions . As I am sure it's a very busy place we had offen tried to call and there was no answer at that store .

You can speak with Victoria Bruce about it. I have no more time to waste on U-Haul. Anyone else could run uhaul out of business in St Lucie county within 2 months
The guy at the counter was not useful at all. Thankfully there was a lady there, I believed her name was Alexus, that was friendly and super useful that made the experience a lot better. But the guy at the counter didn’t helped at all and was extremely slow.
The staff was professional kind and very patient , I enjoyed the experience and I will definitely come back again and I Will Referred U-Haul to everyone I know
No air conditioning in office, so hot I couldn't wait to get out.

I was promised a 10x20 drive up door. I was given a smaller unit 10x15. Found out when I had to purchase a new key when I already had a uhall key.
I didn't have roaches when I came in but I had them when I came out. But some people is not as clean as other so expect them when you are sharing the facility with others

My only issue is that I was notified that my card was going to be drafted for an additional month of rent that I vacated and for the staff and no longer needed the storage unit.

There are 2 girls there that impressed me with there work efforts for such a busy location. I was impressed everytime I was there and they were on there shift moving trucks and trailers around.
Honestly my storage unit after moving out had a huge ant pile there was water on some of my plastic tubs I had in there the place was always hot the meter didnt work and I over payed for whole thing

Mr Porter was an excellent example of your company. Kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, he made my moving and storage process run smoothly. He accommodated my disability very well.
It’s turned into a truck rental more then a storage facility. They block the storage area with trucks and containers. There are way better and cleaner storage places in the area then this one.
Access for vehicle is tighter than I prefer but facilities are otherwise great
The service in the office is great, but you can never talk to them on the telephone. I even asked the answering service to have them call me the day before the pickup, and they did not.

Everything was great until I got an extra charge because my account was not closed out properly. It was corrected the next day with out a problem.

During the recent visits to the facility office, there was a faint musty odor in the office area where the help counter is. Wasn't sure what caused it? Unpleasant. Otherwise, everything fine.

MY visit on 3/167 was excellent. But I was there because when I vacated my unit and checked out with a clerk 10 days before, he didn't complete the checkout and billing continued.
Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. Not once did i worry about the safety of my belongings or my personal safety while there. I recommend this business.

This location is slow and unorganized. I have had appointments each time but still have waited 30 minutes or longer to be assisted. Storage facility smells badly & main entry doors were never locked.
Unit not available that I reserved on July 9th. Was not informed at time of reservation or prior to my arrival after I called to verify on the day & was told it was available by corporate c. S.
Ineffective staff- they do not know the operating system / client data mgmt system in use at the location. Manager was hostile and argumentative with me regarding a refund due. Lkng frwd to move out

The entire staff was excellent very helpful in answering all my questions , regarding any and all disputes as my personal property had mold and items had to be thrown into gatbage and reported claim.
