I didn't like that the vehicle wasn't full and I had to tell through the text that it wasn't. After I brought it back, I still charge for it to be full unhanded dispute The charge. It seems like a lot of hassle for everyone!

JACQUELINE WThe open trailer we got, the lower walk on gate was not able to be used because the back right side twist coupler was rusted closed. We could not open it, even using 2 vise grips. Ironically, when I this to " Bryon " who was at the register, he seemed to have known of this situation because he commented, " the right side " before I even told him which side. I'll make sure I check this before leaving the UHaul parking lot in the future
RICHARD WThe dark male customer service cashier acted like we was bothering him, just because we were in the store, and he had to do his job. However, the blonde lady customer service agent, was friendly for the drop off of the truck, and I saw her service the truck a few moments later. She looked like she loved her job, and I would only come back when she is there.

RAVIKANT SI returned the truck before closing at the drop off location. The attendant was outside and saw me and went inside. I waited patiently thinking he was caring. for another customer. The drop off sign said stay with your vehicle, so I did. I waited for about 15 minutes and noticed the lights were being turned off in the service area. The attendant was closing the business for the night. I hollered to him that I'm waiting to return the vehicle. He then acknowledged and someone else came out to accept the vehicle. They told me that I would receive a receipt via email. So I left the truck and assumed they would tally up what I owed and send me an email receipt. I was surprised to see on my receipt that I was being charged for an after hour drop off of $20. This is very disappointing as I was clearly there on time to drop off the vehicle.

Bob LKevin was so helpful, efficient and very professional. My confirmation for my appointment came through via text, but it wasn't showing on your end. My invoice for the work showed as paid by the wrong person. Yet he handled everything, did not complain just fixed the issue Amazing employee. You probably know that though. Thanks Kevin.

JASON WYour trucks and van need maintenance. Definitely need maintenance. Then I was renting has awful brakes was a crab a piece of crab. I'm sorry. The car was shaking while I'm driving, so there was something wrong with the truck.

JOAN VI had never used rental trucks before, so it was my first time experience. Everything was great except for one thing. I used the truck for 20 miles with no idling and the load was light household stuff. The next day I put about 3 gallons of gas, which is more enough for the distance. But I was still charged $21 for gas. Was I annoyed by it? Slightly. Would I use the uhaul again? Yes, it's convenient. But next time I will take a picture of the fuel gauge before and after I use the truck.

Anush AFox Valley Moving and Storage is another great U-Haul center that is well-staffed. I have used them on multiple occasions. Simple and efficient return process that takes less than 10 minutes to check in and unhook the trailer. This was wth two other rental trucks in front of me when I pulled in.

ELLEN SWith my online reservation I reserved a utility dolly with my truck. In the morning when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told there were no utility dollies available. I was very disappointed but made it through my day without it. It would be nice if this location had more utility Dollie's available for customers. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience with this location. Picking up and returning the truck was painless.
CRYSTAL LInstallation went very smoothly. I had received a call about a week prior and they had told me to plan on a 3 hour install. I know they were just covering in case. But anyways, I arrived a half hour prior to my appointment and they were just finishing up another vehicle. They hopped on mine and were done about 1 hour and 15 minutes later. So I was pleased with that!
