We returned our Uhaul at about 7pm and luckily Andy was there because the location link on the Uhaul app wasn't working to check ourselves in. Also, we had been marked as having received 24 blankets, but we really were only given 18 blankets. We explained the situation and he took care of everything the next day. We really appreciate his help.

the national computer was down during checkin but your agent handled the process professionally and was still able to get me into my reservation in a timely manner and apologized throughout. My check in was professional and quick.

NANCY S.The customer service was horrible, the manager didn't even go out and show me the truck. I had to go find it myself. Then they both were rude and neither wore a mask till I approached the counter. I was left to find and inspect the truck on my own. Absolutely no help, even after I went back in and asked for assit the female manager just opened the store door and scoffed "it's parked right there, look at your key for the number". Then appon inspection of the truck I realized that the truck was not at 3/4 full, but instead it was barley at a 1/4. When I went to fill it up, there was a leak in the fuel fill line to the tank and raw gasoline just poured all over the ground. That was not only extremely dangerous but a serious inconvenience given the fact that the truck was on 1/4 tank. When I reported it to the lot attendent he just laughed and said "yeah we get our gas stolen alot from here. 🤦 What a joke...and they represent U-haul?!! Sad

The guy who was there when I returned the truck was extremely rude for no apparent reason. Anything I said he had a rude response back. Also, I'm not sure if it's in the contract but he was about to charge me 25 $because the blankets weren't folded? Just overall terrible experience with the guy that was completely unwarranted. I have to get a Uhaul again for a move this weekend and I will not be going through that location because of him. Shame, because the owner was great.

STEPHEN H.Make sure scheduled staff is on time. I arrived at this location and there was one person running the entire store and it was said that his co-worker was MIA. Once his co-worker showed up, customer service was good. The one guy that was there was very pleasant, even though it was apparent he was a bit stressed out.

Stephen H.When I made the reservation over the phone I ask specific if I can tow with the pickup truck and they assure me yes. Well this is the second location that tells me it's store policy to lock the receiver so people can not use it to tow. It is not corporate policy and potential customers should be made aware of this before booking, so we can take our business elsewhere. Corporate should stamp out these rouge stores that operate outside of their policies.
Daniel H.I rented a 5 x 8 trailer for two days. When I saw it in person, I realized it would be too small and I explained this to the associate. Since they did not have a larger one, I agreed to rent it for the day to move what I could. I returned it later that night to find the next day I was charged for a night drop off? This was not explained to me at all, in fact I thought I was doing the business a favor by returning it early. I could have easily brought it back in the morning and not been charged extra. I explained this to the phone person the next day when I got the bill, and all he said is 'that it is in the contract'. What a bunch of BS. I would never rent here again, and would certainly not recommend to anybody. Very unhappy...it isn't so much the 20 $it is more the principal.

I would understand if it was the middle of moving season but when I went to pick up truck there was 4 trucks setting in the rental yard !!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!
