Spare tire was not available. I was told if I had a flat I was to call for road side assistance. I took this to Big Bend in south west Texas, I would have waited days for assistance. Luck I did not have a flat. I will be buying my own trailer.TERENCE H.

I was to have the van for 11 hours. I returned it at 10,5 hours and you have charged me for 2 days? I will call the manager then my credit card company and write a review on yelp and google. I called for roadside assistance because the van wouldnt start. Felicia, transferred me and I got to wait for 30 min finally hanging up. I could have gotten more help if I'd have asked a 5 year old. You need to tell people who rent your vans that if the steering wheel locks to turn the wheel then try to start the van. I tried to upload a pic showing equipment return and wasnt able to. So charging me 20 $for that and a second day is theft!TERESA N.

Definitely lied about starting mileage and gas to drive my charges up. I was told it had a 1/4 tank and when i got in it was less than 1/8. Was going to complain but didn't realize they had lied about starting mileage as well. It was less than 10 miles total but charged i am being charged for 40. Will never use u-haul again and am going out of my way to tell others what happened to em so they don't use u-haul.MATTHEW R.

The truck cab was actually pretty dirty when I got in, liquid in cup holders, other than that, a bunch of big grime on the front but that's pretty understood. Overall was a good experience.ROGER F.
Used the app to "skip the counter." Searched lot for my truck for five minutes; found it behind the building. Checked in with the app. Waited 10 minutes and eventually was asked to re-enter my credit card info again. Then waited for office to call person who drove me there as a backup contact. After 25 minutes on site, app instructed to go into the office to get my keys. Keys were not on counter and I waited in line. Finally got keys only to go to truck and discover low left front tire message on dash, and less than full tank of gas. Cab was also dirty. Went back to office, waited in line again, and exchanged for different truck. They claimed to have updated the app, but I had no record of the mileage out, or that I had 5/8 tank of gas this time. Went back to office for third time, so that they would come record the correct data. I asked for printed proof of the gas, mileage and truck switch, and was told they had it in the computer. It took me 45 minutes to "skip the counter." Terrible process execution and trucks should have been in better condition. Never had these issues with Enterprise.Kevin C.

The ride of this truck on city streets was harsh. It had 166 000 miles on it. There was some damage on some of the load riding by the door. We are not sure if we are going to use you again. I was told that I could request a newer truck but there was no guarantee.MICHAEL VERNON F.

I was given a truck that had 0 gas and charged 30 gas service charge. The truck had serious mechanical problems and the gas fumes was almost at a danger level. I had to drive an extra 52 miles due to another uhaul outlet letting me know that they had no truck for me 5 mins before I arrived.RANDALL R.

The manager, I can't remember her name but it started with a M, was very friendly, efficient and understanding. Her staff on the other hand were not. One time even after I set up payment arrangements with the manager I was called and threatened with auction. The guy was a complete jerk and rude! Plus when I was able to come back into town to get my items a lot of my stuff was missing. I didn't realize it was missing until I started unpacking my boxes. They didn't go through individual boxes, they just took 4 of my large boxes with a lot of my decorations and personal effects. Not worth much to anyone but me and my family. I wouldn't recommend this storage facility to anyone unless they want to lose their things. Trying to close out this unit was the most awful experience. It took from June 13 to July 5 to get it resolved… I had to call multiple times and each time I never spoke to the specific location; I was forwarded to the customer service center. I was told multiple times the manager would call me from this specific location and she never did. I had to call many times over those 3 weeks so get it closed. I even did the online close out and it says someone will contact you in 48 hours. No one ever did. I then received an email that said our payment was late and there was a fee added on. I called again and the customer service center could not get in contact with the manager… so I was given her email. I voiced my frustration and all I got was a close out receipt of our unit. No apology at all. I am so upset. Customer service is so important and is lacking immensely. We also had a situation of picking up a truck to get our stuff from the storage unit. The truck was supposed to be picked up at five in the morning. My husband went to go pick it up and there were no keys. We were not told that the previous customer did not return the keys in so my husband had to wait eight hours to speak to someone at that location because it was a Sunday, and figure out a Plan B. And we only received a 50 $compensation for that… I understand that it's not their fault but we should have been notified ahead of time so that my husband didn't have to waste eight hours.Marie J. | Expérience générale

This was my 5th time using this storage location, and it is very suitable with a fair price. However, lately there have been an increased number of dead insects inside my storage unit. They should probably spray the perimeter better so they don't make it inside my storage unit. The entrance has a "donation" area which turned into a junk storage area, and no one dumps the trashed items. Management routinely parks un-rented U-haul trucks in front of the customer loading dock which blocks access to pick up/drop off heavy items.David E. | Expérience générale

Very hard to access my storage to unload a trailer. Overflow of trucks only gave me a small opening to unload ... including a large step up to manage. Also, be consistent across U-HAUL regarding masks. In NORMAN OK, no mention of "wear your mask". In GRAPEVINE, TX, the employees were overbearing and unfriendly regarding the requirement to wear a mask.
