Dan WardThe rating is due to the excellence staff and how they problem solved. But when I arrived there was no Internet and had to wait quite a while for them to access my booking. I don't understand why you don't have things backed up on paper or accessible when there's no Internet. And secondly the unit that I rented was not actually available. So they had to problem solve to make sure I actually had space to store my stuff U-Haul also didn't have the truck that I rented at the location that I rented it at. U-Haul really needs to get its act together. And not the employees who work in the offices but the head office

I think that the final staw- aside from the ongoing financial strain- for me to finally move my staff out was the incessant emails about updating my address (why? My bill was paid every month for 3 years) but really it was the woman Cayuaga. She is a monster.

Tiffany WalkerOverall the staff could just run the place better. 1 question I said no to because it really should have been 2 questions. Clean? Yeah clean enough, but well maintained? Not so much in my opinion. Many times when trying to access my unit the sliding doors closest to it were locked and i had to go around and get a staff member to unlock it. Most recently the exit gate near my indoor locker has been blocked off with pylons for some reason and many uhaul vehicles were left parked in the area, so i had to reverse my vehicle down the aisle so that i could get back out through the entrance. Im not a fan of the regular aggressive almost monthly price increases, it was getting too expensive and not worth it. When i was first looking at getting a locker, the staff told me i could reserve one for the night while i discussed it with my wife, then the next day when i went to sign up it had been sold to someone else and i was told they cant hold them, so i lost the locker i supposedly had reserved. A little more tlc from the staff could make the difference between mediocre and great. Oh and one more thing... all the little sharp screws sticking out of the wall of the storage locker might be a safety concern to think about.

They called me from diff number & no call was recorded. People at this location don't value their customers at all. All they know is to take money out of people pocket Not recommended at all to rent

Paul nesbitt | Expérience généraleThe experience was good overall, what I was unhappy about is that for a moving company not to have advertised supplies or moving equipment like dollies and carts available to rent... ever, is beyond me. This is supposed to be what they excel at, and to not have it is a disappointment. I was told that they don't supply or stock that even though it's available on the site when booking. Also, if you plan to leave your vehicle there as you rent, there are no spots. You have to park off-site somewhere.

Stanton SheogobindIf your location staff can't record a last name or address correctly how do you suppose you'll keep your business? Also trying to rush a customers return to the point of no vehicle inspection, no return of deposit (was exuberantly told its an Authorization and I don't need to do anything). Customers that are moving, are already facing extreme costs. By doing this, you remove their ability to pay others, buy meals during the move, etc. Wait times for refunds unless punched into the machine can take up to 30 days to process. Slowing down and doing it right will return customers. Doing it wrong will cost you a possible court battle over the spelling of a name. Maybe even your job. Do better please.

Staff had promised to refund me for the unused lock, but task was never completed. - Office smells of cigarette smoke.

Not even go online and check with your one 800 number search stuff. Very disappointed. I've been using U-Haul for a very very long time. That will be coming to an end. I am storage stuff at units all over the place. This location and the last occasion no help.....

I was left on hold a few times for around 20 minutes each time and ended up having to hang up and call back. But they did assist me with my issues when I did finally get to talk to them. Perhaps a phone system that reminds that there's a phone call still on hold would be beneficial. Thanks for everything though and I would still recommend you.

They make promises to their customers that they have no intention of honouring. When the staff is confronted on the promises they made, they tell the customers that it's not their problem and if you don't like it you can " GET OUT". That is what I was told and then threatened to have the police called. I will never use that uhaul location ever again and will tell everyone that I can. That location needs a new owner and new staff. Uhaul is a disgrace, money hungry and do not care about their customers.

I have interacted with her twice and both times she seemed annoyed to be dealing with customers. Almost like she was being bothered whilst dealing with a customer. After having to argue with the under trained staff, we received a number. The manager was extremely rude and the matter was escalated. We never received any follow up on our complaint from head office - and we're told that if we were lying, we would be black listed from Uhaul. I've had great customer service at other locations, but definitely not this one. I would not recommend Uhaul - no one should be treated as we were.

Snow removal was horrible we were in the end building and sometimes couldn't get in. When asked about it in the office we were told it's self storage. And snow removal wasn't that easy for them to do.

I believe it was extremely unprofessional for someone to have been smoking in the unit beside mine on a lawn chair. Everytime we had seen her or had to deal with this woman directly she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She would cut us off and not heat our problem out fully. I want to reiterate that the rest of the staff was nice and helpful. For the sole fact of this one woman I wouldn't recommend this Uhaul to anyone. The guys working there should definitely get a raise that's for sure.

A much higher rating would have been given had there not been a significant amount of mouse s h i t, at first noticed on ghe floor and then when emptying the unit, on my furniture, the couches, inside empty dresser drawers. Born and raised on farm it does not freak me out, and is kinda expected.

One location to pick up the van and the other was where my storage unit was. This was extremely inconvenient because I specifically rented from uhaul to have pick up and storage at the same location. I had to drive 45 mins extra and lost 1 hour of my rental time because of this. I am extremely upset with this process because it costed me time and money.
