The overall experience was great except for the sound system in the truck, which was bad as the volume control knob has spoilt. I have to drive the truck around for the whole day with a loud noise.
Abayomi A.They initially charged me 30 $ even though I have filled the tank to same indicator as they have given me and when I called them they said I need to come back to show them the pictures to prove my point. No concern about customer satisfaction and the kids were operating the location.

A much higher rating would have been given had there not been a significant amount of mouse s h i t, at first noticed on ghe floor and then when emptying the unit, on my furniture, the couches, inside empty dresser drawers. Born and raised on farm it does not freak me out, and is kinda expected.

I brought back the truck back Sunday evening because it stalled so much I was over charged. This location need to inspect their vehicles before they leave the place the radio does even work. Yet they charging me so much $. I want my refund back they need to have better customer service representatives. I called the store and spoke to all she said was she's going to check.This has created an inconvenient for me. Seeming that they didn't have another 20ft at the time. I can be reached at 6476789458.

Mark M.Don't lie about the contract. I was told if I bring the truck back earlier I get a refund for the extra days it was booked (7 days, return in 5, refund for 2). After I returned it, called to ask about where is my refund because I received the email for miles/km of extra charges. They said I don't get a refund because it was a one way truck. Which your uhaul rep told me was the only truck available so I had to go to brantford pickup the truck, drive back to Hamilton, (was given some free km), load up in Hamilton, move to brantford, then return it in Hamilton. Waste of gas but no problem. Called uhaul they told me no because it's a one way truck there's a “flat fee†for number of days booked. Which I was never told about. I thought I'd be unloading alone that's why I had it booked for a few days more, but when I moved on Thursday I ended up hiring a couple guys to help me unload quicker, yet I wasn't given my money back for the 2 days early return. Had I known I wouldn't get my refund I would have kept the truck until Saturday. You guys lied to me and frauded me out of 2 days worth of rent. I've rented so many trucks and trailers from you, this is how they treat loyal customers. Good on you.

Ogugua H.the online process is very long and more complicated than it needs to be! And I'm pretty decent at online stuff... the gas tank should ALWAYS be at FULL! so much easier to fill it back up! The truck wasn't gross but there was coffee all over the cup holders. And the passenger reverse light was out so made it a little harder backing up in the dark...

Mohi M.We rented a pick up truck and the passenger sit was full of dog hair. I took my car and followed my husband instead. Plus the bed of the pick up truck was dirty with dry up mud and sand with lots of screws, bolts and small parts all over the bed of the pick up truck. We only had to pick up some a BBQ in a box. If I had to pick up stuff that could have gotten dirty I wouldn't taken the pick up truck and asked for another truck that was clean.

When I got to the van, the dolly I requested was not inside, so I had to go back inside again. Thankfully the man working was really nice. The van had lots of unverified damage also. If someone needed this rental outside business hours, they would have been screwed.

john M.I have ordered a 15ft truck and what I got was a 10 ft truck with no explanation why the 15 ft truck was not there evne though it was showing available online .I also ordered 2 furniture dollies which they said is out of stock .I know u guys have a monopoly but please learn how to behave to clients as it's clients who drive business .I would surely go for pensyke next as I have been a loyal client of U-Haul and the employee behaviour at the location made me rethink my decision.Please teach ur staff how to behave to clients also please check ur online system ,It should only available items in a location.Really bad u guys made my moving miserable and a nightmare...I wish I could write more....

I was never contacted about this and it was just changed without me knowing which shifted my moving plans for the whole day. They just said sorry and I was never offered any discount. Unacceptable.

This kind of left us hanging as we were moving furniture with nothing to wrap some of it with. Perhaps items shouldn't be offered at locations that don't have stock. Other than that, the truck was in great shape, clean and ready to go.

March 25 @ 4pm the two young guys in the office were doing extremely helpful and even backed our UHaul 20 ft rental truck into our storage spot. They explained each procedure and walked us out to the keypad to show us. We are very happy that we chose UHaul rentals and Storage.

This was extremely inconvenient because I specifically rented from uhaul to have pick up and storage at the same location. I had to drive 45 mins extra and lost 1 hour of my rental time because of this. I am extremely upset with this process because it costed me time and money.
