SHONNA BI booked a cargo van on the website and Tyler called to let me know despite what the website claimed they didn't have any cargo vans available the day of my reservation. He got me squared away with a 10' truck and I was able to move what I needed to move. I have used this location because and I will use this location again.

Becky CThe hitch itself is great and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. I am having a problem with the bicycle rack they sold me as the design of it drops too low and impacts the tarmac on bumps. They should have known and advised me on a different rack.

DAVID STruck had no clip rings to use ratchet straps. I drove 69 miles but I had to put 10 gallons of gas in. Truck is poor quality. 7 miles per gallon is terrible. First truck k ever had that didn't have load straps rings. Not happy

ALBERT BWe have lost over 75 % of our belongings due to rat droppings and urine in our unit. We now know why you all have that big blue dumpster out back - for customer's lost belongings due to a poorly managed facility. After 12 years of renting from you guys, we expected a higher quality of service and better management of our storage unit. For the past 2-3 years you all have been slowly increasing our rent without notice or reason, despite calling and requesting an explanation. You all were quick to ask for the monthly fee, while pretending to maintain a clean facility. We will be filing an official complaint. However, Dwayne was extremely helpful , closed us out and his customer service skills - top tier! He deserves a raise just for working at this location.

The U Haul app, however, is horrible and was responsible for the worst rental process I've ever experienced. Next time, give me the option to bypass this useless piece of Technology and just deal with the service professionals that you hire.

Brown the gm on 29th street made a racist comment to me called me a cracker and wouldn't rent me a dolly, actually put me on the restriction list even after going through the tow hitch department to validate the safety of me using a semi truck with after market hitch....now we see why shes a racist..anyways the nation u haul customer service removed the restriction and sent me to Allentown blvd, these guys accommodated me no problem. Funny I haul 9 car for a living luckily things worked out... ty Allentown boulevard, hopefully Ms. Brown on 29th street loses her job, she was so unprofessional and had a completely unacceptable attitude the moment I walked in

Then I rented a truck several days before moving all belongings out of the unit and we returned the truck only to receive a letter saying we were late with our storage unit which we had alerted we moved when we turned in the truck.

Three stars as average for move in ease vs. not as stated in description.

Every time I got done with the process, the final screen would say my session had expired. I tried using the chat and after the tech read my problem, she disconnected the chat. I verified I was still online so internet was not the issue. I tried from both my cell phone Via cell tower and my laptop via cable modem. I finally had to go to the store in person to move out.
