The mechanical nature of the truck wasn't top notch. The transmission is need of servicing. But/ I don't hold that against the location. These trucks take a beating. Service reps were super friendly and efficient and thorough in their explanations.

Would you consider converting the 12v outlets in the vehicle to USB ports so device charging could happen during the driving? Otherwise, the vehicle/equipment was great. The van impressed me with it's handling - much easier than I expected.

Only problem I had was when I made the reservation I didn't want to go too far so I was told they have a trailer for me in Palmyra PA. I went there for my reservation as per email check in as well and was told it was in Harrisburg which is the opposite direction of where I was going and now 45 minutes away from my house. Now I lost an hr of my reservation and had a 2 hr drive ahead of me. It all worked in the end but my reservation that I made in Lebanon wasn't ideal. Made me feel like they wanted to get my reservation but screwed me after I confirmed it. Oh well.

Madison at the local office is a great associate with a perfect customer service knowledge and very professional. The truck which I used should not be on the road. The girl which made my reservation at your headquarters should learn customer service from Madison.she is mean ,unprofessional and doesn't know how to take care of the customer. It's people that make or break any organizations.

I made a reservation for Saturday with a customer service representative, she was very helpful. When I explained 5:30 was a little late in the day for us she suggested calling in the morning to check for a cancelation. I called at 7am, another very helpful csr told me a truck was due to be returned at 9am & changed by pick up time. The young lady who took care of me at the location we always use was friendly & efficient as well. I actually got the last truck on the lot! From start to finish everyone was amazing!

We had to return the trailer right after we rented it! I felt as though the trailer had breaks that were applied at all times. Upon returning the equipment the gentleman that greeted us when I told him what was going on he looked at me like I was nuts. Needless to say I won't be returning

Computers were down in store when I arrived to pick a trailer. Staff did their best, using cell phone and personal laptop to complete the transaction. Suggestion: have a paper option for checking out equipment when computers not working.

My only issue was that my storage facility was not available externally, but that was just a misunderstanding on my part. It was clearly labeled as interior, so I don't know what I was thinking, but I will know in the future!

When we arrived, couldn't find the truck number. Because there was no number! Had to go inside, counter clerk said it was removed. Went back out...truck hhad big paint stain inside all over floor. Then truck had alert- 5 miles...need gas. Then the truck said need oil change Why would you set a customer up with this truck? This took up 40 minutes of my moving time!

Always make sure the trucks are clean before renting them out. The one I got had saw dust or something all through it that got onto my moving blankets and then tracked into my home. Otherw, the people were all so friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

We love using UHaul but this most recent time really had us upset. We get in our van and there was a used face mask in the cup holders. Right now that is VERY serious considering Covid-19. We went inside to tell an employee who came out with no mask on and picked it up with no gloves on and just shrugged his shoulders like it wasn't a big concern. Again, we love using UHaul but this incident just has us upset.

The uhaul did its job but there was a lot small things wrong that could've made it better. First, there were used soda cups in my truck when I first got in it at the parking lot. Second, the smell inside the truck was awful and reeked of. Lastly, the price discrepancy between what they said I would pay online when I booked vs when I dropped the truck off ended up being about a $30 difference. Not a huge amount, but when you're advertising yourself as a budget moving company, every little bit makes a difference.

Other than its proximity to me, the location isn't terribly easy to get to or get out of. The staff is less than friendly or helpful, specifically when I was trying to use the app and it wasn't working for whatever reason. I also didn't realize that alternative contacts would be called and therefore they didn't answer their phone which held up the process. Seriously, you can't make the process even a little easier???

We were supposed to pick up the moving truck at a different site but when we called them to confirm it, we were told they didn't have enough people working to go get the truck so we could pick it up. That meant we had to drive an extra 10 miles to the location where the truck was which also means we had to pay for more miles. Not sure why Uhaul allows a person to reserve a truck somewhere if that location can't keep their promises. The store that had the truck was good - we had good service and friendly people helping. We have used that store in the past.

I had to exchange the first truck due to its poor mechanical condition. The second truck was much better mechanically, but it was not clean.

The experience with the storage unit was excellent. The move out experience on your website was horrible. Every time I got done with the process, the final screen would say my session had expired. I tried using the chat and after the tech read my problem, she disconnected the chat. I verified I was still online so internet was not the issue. I tried from both my cell phone Via cell tower and my laptop via cable modem. I finally had to go to the store in person to move out.
