i was called the day before my scheduled reservation to be told my truck had been leased and I did not have a vehicle. Instead of getting a truck to the location I scheduled for, I was asked to drive 30 minutes away to another uHaul location to pick up a different vehicle. I felt as though I was being asked to fix uHaul's problem rather than having my custom valued and staff attempting to find an alternative solution.
