I couldn't believe how close the location was to where I was staying. Very easy process to get things going and after calling around to Enterprise and even Uhaul customer service it seemed that I was not going to be able to rent a cargo van for the time I needed. Then I simply called this local Uhaul and Darron made it happen. I appreciate you guys and will come back. Robert

JoAnn E.The actual location was fine. I felt bad for the worker in there, it appeared like he was the only person in there and he had to do everything. I had to wait a long time in the office for my rental but I do NOT blame him, he was running and working very hard. He did a great job, he just needs more people to be scheduled to help him out. I don't like the website as it keeps “expiring†and doesn't show my reservations properly, they called me and moved me to a location 20 minutes away after I already booked it and the website said it was available, and the final contract overcharged me. I'll explore other options before using uhaul again.

Heather B.i was called the day before my scheduled reservation to be told my truck had been leased and I did not have a vehicle. Instead of getting a truck to the location I scheduled for, I was asked to drive 30 minutes away to another uHaul location to pick up a different vehicle. I felt as though I was being asked to fix uHaul's problem rather than having my custom valued and staff attempting to find an alternative solution.
